The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which we really appreciated. However, the villa itself felt quite old and wasn’t well maintained. The furniture looked outdated, and cleanliness needs significant improvement. The doors and overall villa were not as clean as expected. With better maintenance and housekeeping, this place could offer a much better experience.
We had a wonderful family stay at The Ocean Villas Danang. The villa was spacious, very clean, and serviced every day to a high standard. We loved the peaceful location, the beautiful private beach, and the secure gated resort, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. A special thank you to Tony for his outstanding service. He was always available, responded quickly to every request, and helped us arrange transportation, an early takeaway breakfast for our Ba Na Hills trip, spa appointments, and even a small maintenance issue in our villa. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, even in the evening. The breakfast prepared in our villa was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The chefs did an excellent job. Thank you to Tony and the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend The Ocean Villas Danang and would be happy to stay here again.
We just spent 5 days in one of the Ocean Villas beachfront villas. 5 huge bedrooms, each with unsuite, massive living area and kitchen and private pool. Step straight onto the beach. How good is that? Central to Hoi An and Da Nang and other attractions. And great service from Tony and Simon in Admin. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks guys!
I had a stay of two halves at Ocean Villas. My experience started off very well; the check-in was smooth and the staff provided a warm, friendly welcome that set a great tone for the trip. We also opted for an in-villa BBQ—while the food was l fine, it wasn't particularly memorable or "wow" for the price point, but it served its purpose for a relaxing night in. However, the final day was incredibly frustrating due to service delays. We called for a buggy well in advance, but it took 30 minutes to arrive, causing us to miss the breakfast service entirely. Seeking an alternative, we headed to the gym, only to find it locked with no staff available to open it. We ended up having to run back to our villa ourselves. To top it off, when it was time to check out, we waited another 30 minutes for a second buggy. While the property is beautiful and the initial service was lovely, the lack of reliability regarding transportation and facility access on our last day really dampened the overall experience. Consistency is definitely something that needs to be addressed here.
Didn't stay but attended a friend's wedding here. I usually have low expectations for big generic resorts like this but they did a great job. The food was excellent. They served a Vietnamese menu with fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, mango salad, soup, tiger prawns, barramundi, and roasted chicken. Every dish was well seasoned and cooked until the meat was tender. The staff were accommodating and patient even when it was busy.
