Crystal Hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel lost our reservation and the reception staff proved to be completely unprepared and utterly passive. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the only "solution" they offered was to make us pay more for the only room they had left. No sincere apology, no support, no genuine effort to resolve the problem. What is even more concerning is that other guests were complaining about the exact same issue, which suggests this is not an isolated incident but a clear sign of poor and disorganized management. If you want to avoid stress, wasted time, and embarrassingly bad customer service, stay away from this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The receptionist is quite smiley and sweet. You can store ur luggages there and they have cctv in the storage room so it’s safe. Also sleeper bus G8 ticket office is right at the hotel so it’s really convenient if u want to catch a ride. Except the cigarette-like smelly rooms, it’s good overall.

Awesome location . Rooms are kept clean and tidy but they show their age unfortunately. Ours had cracks across the windows etc . Roof top pool is nothing like the pictures . It's very old and outdated. But if your on a budget and looking for reasonably cheap accommodations while still being in a great location this would be one of my picks

I like the views from the hotel but it would be better if it had a balcony. The rooms can also be a bit too hot in the day time, the bathtub is also small and doesnt have head support and slippery . And the size of the room is a bit small. The rooftop pool is amazing though
