Cordial Hotel

We had an amazing stay in Cordial Hotel. Staff are amazing, room was amazing with floor to ceiling windows. Lightsleepers should be wary, as the walls are quite thin so this depends on your neighbours. Would recommend this hotel many times. Thuy was an amazing help throughout our stay. Helped us many times and is always so pleasant. She is a credit to the Cordial hotels. Thank you Thuy!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us with drivers and tickets to our activities. The breakfast was amazing! The shower was clogged and flooded the bathroom each time but dried by the next day. The staff even gave our kids a little gift as we left. The hotel is about a 5-10min grab ride to My Khe beach and all the cafes around that area but there is a beach just at the end of the street and lots of great restaurants and cafes. Jennie nail across the road was good. The coconut coffee next door to the hotel was amazing.

nice hotel, Great infinity pool with a beautiful view over the city which was the best part of the hotel. Didn’t have a good view out the window of our room, completely blocked by a wall which was a shame- we did ask to be upgraded but wanted an extra £115 GBP to upgrade which we thought was a lot of money. The room itself was very nice, clean and big. The bed was very comfy. Tv had a good selection of films. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t do anything to make us feel that welcome, especially the people at reception. The man on the door was super friendly and nice and was super smiley! We would stay here again and it was worth the price!

This hotel is a complete disaster. The rooms are crawling with small insects that get into everything. If you leave your luggage open for even a minute, they will crawl inside and you'll end up taking them home with you. The rooms themselves are incredibly cramped, uncomfortable, and the corridors are loud because there is zero sound isolation. The reception staff are entirely useless and unfriendly. They charged an extra 250,000 VND for a child over 6 years old but refused to provide an extra pillow. When asked, their response was, "Not available today, will provide tomorrow." I am checking out tomorrow. What am I supposed to do with a pillow after the stay is over? "Not available today, will provide tomorrow" is their default answer for absolutely everything. The exact same thing happened when asking for an iron and even just two forks. They don't even keep basic tissues at the front desk. To top it off, the advertising is completely misleading. They market an infinity pool, but it isn't even located in this hotel. It is across the street at a completely different property that you just get access to. Every single second spent here was worse than the last. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
