We just had an amazing 3 nights at Cordial Grand Hotel. We arrived early from a sleeper bus and had the option to pay a discounted rate to have the room early which was amazing. We were also offered an upgrade when we arrived which was a bonus. The rooftop pool was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Special mention to Tram who was very helpful on reception.
air con at first didn’t work but then was okay once asked to fix it , toilet broke so they sent the security guard to fix it the room smells like cigarettes , we booked 2 rooms one twin room with 2 beds and one king room but this was not what we got , in the twin room was one bed and when we asked to change they said yeah if you pay more and not available for 2 days furthermore the ‘gym’ was VERY limited and dumbbells only up to 10kg and it was in a meeting room on the bright side the location was great near the sea and in a nice part of town.
Location: The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the beach. There are many local restaurants nearby, although most were not very busy during our stay.
Room: We stayed in a Studio Room with two queen beds, which was comfortable for a family of four. However, the bathroom was quite small and had only one bathtub, making it less convenient for a family.
Cleanliness & Service: The room cleanliness could be improved. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes and soap were not replenished daily during our stay.
Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered limited choices, although the taste was acceptable.
Overall: While the room size was suitable for our family, the overall experience did not provide good value for the price paid. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
We had an amazing stay at Cordial Grand Hotel in Da Nang! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. Our room was comfortable, and the views were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang. We would definitely stay here again!
