Reviews
First time stay at this hotel and really pleasant to stay here. The room is clean and comfortable. All the staff here are friendly and hospitality. The breakfast is amazing and the facility like sauna, swimming pool and gym here are excellent. My family have a great and wonderful holiday. We really enjoy staying here. Thanks to all the staff and mgt of the hotel. Your guy did a fantastic job. Really recommend.
We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and were very happy with our stay. The hotel is very cosy, clean and smells lovely everywhere. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and always willing to assist.
When we wanted to organise trips with a driver or buy tickets, the reception staff were very kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
So green and modern, clean and beautiful.
We really enjoyed staying in that place.
The only things I would suggest improving in terms of the facilities are:
The pool is closed every day from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. These are some of the hottest hours of the day, and for us it was quite disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool during that time.
There is no air conditioning in the gym. For us, it was impossible to work out comfortably without AC. The staff were extremely helpful and immediately brought us a fan, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough.
The food in the dining room wasn’t quite tasty or varied enough for our
Pool area is very nice, but closes in the afternoon. Lots of photo opportunities in the
hotel. Very walkable to the beach. Breakfast spread was ok, would have like more kid friendly options. Room were a bit on the smaller side.
Firstly, we would like to say that the service was great, especially from the bellboy. Right from the doorstep, he assisted us with the baggage and continuously did so throughout the days. At checkout, he helped us with all our baggage, and we did not have to lift a single hand. We unknowingly tipped him too little because of our unfamiliarity with the currency. If you do meet him, please encourage him kindly.
We stayed at room 403 with the pool view and it truly had an amazing view. The room was superbly clean and had both a bathtub and a shower. The beds tend to be on the firmer side but we slept well with no issue. The room service was super speedy too, the room was cleaned as soon as we left for breakfast and when we returned 30minutes later, we had a clean set of towels, water and coffee.
We would recommend you to stay here!
