This hotel is very wonderful and comfortable, with clean rooms and excellent services. The team welcomes you upon arrival, who offers you a warm welcome and assistance wherever your destination may be. The hotel manager, Daisy, provides the finest services to hotel guests. Not to mention the breakfast, which includes a variety of delicious dishes and food, along with fruit, coffee, tea, and juice. The hotel's location is strategic, allowing you to walk to and stay close to everything you need during your stay, even few meters of the beautiful beach, I hardly recommend about will not disappoint, you will love to stay more and come back again,
The location of the hotel is the only good thing about the property. The my khe beach is right in front and very convenient to access. Regarding the service and staff they are cold and somewhat rude in their behaviour compared to everyone else we met in our entire vietnam trip. We were greeted with not a hello but a direct taunt that our room category was the smallest which made us confused because we didn't ask nor did we bring up the topic. The rooms and amenities are extremely worn out. There was a very foul stench of mould in the room and everything felt dusty and dirty also the bath robes and towels looked like foot mats with worn out fabric and loose threads fighting for its life. After we raised the issue we were moved to another dingy room but it was definitely better as we could breath but the towels were still in that poor state. The staff behaviour did become indifferent as compared to the cold mean behaviour before. That was definitely an upgrade lol. As the hotel was booked by our agent and we completely relied on the reviews and couldn't do much but I'd request anyone reading this that if you want to give a chance to this hotel just book it for a day first and then extend your stay so that your money doesn't get blocked. Food was decent and the location was very very good.
Prime location, across the street from the beach and within range to a lot of the markets and site seeing spots. Rooms are very spacious the one we got had a balcony with a beach view.
Our reservations comes with complimentary breakfast very nice!! Only complaint is that some of the towels have a little bit of smell which you can ask for exchange.

Our stay at this hotel had some ups and downs. Initially, the room we were given smelled musty—almost like smoke—and it felt a bit unclean. We raised the issue, and the hotel gave us a dehumidifier or scent diffuser, but it didn’t really solve the problem.
Eventually, when we mentioned it to our tour guide (since the hotel was part of our package), the hotel offered to move us to one of their best suites free of charge. We actually didn’t want a suite—we just wanted the original issue addressed, but the hotel was insistent. They even transferred all our belongings, though in the process, some of our small items were misplaced. Nothing valuable, but it was frustrating trying to track our things down afterward.
The suite itself was nice, and the front desk staff were friendly. The buffet was just okay—not much to talk about—but I did enjoy the spa.
In the end, while the hotel had good intentions, it would have been better to simply address the original issue. We left with no ill will, but the experience could have been smoother from the start.
Stayed here for the Ironman for 6 days. We got the seaview room.
Although in the morning you can hear some beeping and the loud speakers from the event. but at night it’s nice and quiet. Except for that one night at 10pm when one of the guests were knocking the door at 10pm because he couldn’t get into his room. But nevertheless, the rooms are sound proof.
The staff are so nice. The breakfast has different menu everyday. I love that they have egg drop soup in different recipes.
They always clean my room and change my toothbrushes even if I don’t need to.
Great location. Just cross the street ahd it’s the beach. Lots of restos and mini groceries around. If you join the Ironman, you can take good videos of the finishline.
They also have good packages for tours. Really affordable!
