My main issue staying here is the aircon. Not that cold when you drop the temperature. The water bottle supply is limited only. The food in Breakfast buffet is good. The room looks the same as the photos in the agodas or klook.

The rooms are decent but while checkout, they charged us 100K VND for a stained hand towel that was not even used by us. When we informed the stain was already there, they responded that we should inform them while checking in. It was a hand towel that was probably had a pink lipstick stain. I questioned that don't the towels go through laundry anyway? And they didn't respond. The breakfast buffet is not great if you don't eat pork or beef. There are very limited items as-is. The toaster doesn't work for bread. There's no butter or jam until you ask for it. The benefits of the hotel are that it is conveniently located,the room was spacious (it was a deluxe double bed) and the staff is courteous.

Excellent room for an excellent price. I am sure other sides of the building have amazing views. The rooms are clean and very much like the ohotos in the advertising. Also the tv has man foreign news channels at easy access.

The Calix Hotel offers a truly awful experience. I would give it a negative rating if that were possible. The staff there are rude and unhelpful. Breakfast is extremely poor: very little variety, terrible taste, and low-quality food. The beds are sunken, the sheets are stained. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a disappointing experience at Calix Hotel Danag. The bathroom was flooded, and the toilet was like a pool, which made it difficult to shower properly. At breakfast, most of the food options were pork-based, so my family and I could not eat much due to our pork allergy. However, I would like to mention that the chef and Yan Dan were very kind, understanding, and helpful, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for that. I hope the hotel will improve these issues in the near future
