Brilliant Hotel

I stayed here for two nights with my mother. I had booked an airport pickup in advance, and meeting the driver went smoothly. The driver even showed us to a currency exchange counter, which made us feel comfortable and reassured at the start of our first visit to Da Nang. The hotel also responded courteously to my inquiries before the trip, and all the staff we met were kind and friendly. We had dinner at the rooftop bar and enjoyed the night view of Da Nang. Although we had already finished our meal and settled the bill before the Dragon Bridge show started, a staff member let us know that the show would begin soon and invited us to stay and watch it from the rooftop bar. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Our package also included complimentary afternoon tea. It was buffet-style and very relaxing. When a window seat became available, a staff member kindly asked if we would like to move there, which was another thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I especially loved the passion fruit juice. There was a wide variety of food, including bread, noodles, congee, fried rice and cereal, so there were plenty of choices even for a longer stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt that the hotel offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Da Nang.

Brilliant Hotel wasn’t originally where we planned to stay when we arrived in Da Nang on July 27. My sister and I were disappointed with the hotel we had booked through Agoda because it looked nothing like the photos. On a whim, we decided to walk into Brilliant Hotel, not expecting they would have a room available that same day. Fortunately, they did! The staff were incredibly accommodating—they warmly assisted us and even showed us the available rooms before we made our decision. A huge thank you to the amazing team for turning our trip around. Your hospitality made all the difference. We’ll definitely stay at Brilliant Hotel again if we’re lucky enough to visit Da Nang in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—it’s within walking distance of Han Market, many delicious restaurants, convenience stores, and late-night laundry services, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The river view from our room was stunning, and being able to watch the Dragon Bridge show right from our room was a huge relief, as we didn’t have to take our tired kids out at night. Also, we didn't even mention it was a birthday, but the staff surprised us with a cake, which was such a lovely gesture. This hotel is truly fantastic!

We stayed at the location for nearly a week and found it to be clean, with a lovely view and a very convenient location. There's a variety of food options in the area and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was excellent as well. Michael was especially helpful in booking tours, suggesting enjoyable activities, and even assisting us in retrieving a forgotten bag at the airport before departure! Overall, the hotel offered excellent value and friendly, attentive service from the staff. We would heartily recommend staying here! Thank you very much.
