Bluesun Danang Beach Hotel

Our stay at BlueSun Hotel has been wonderful. All of the hotel staff, from the receptionists and concierge to the cleaning staff, were friendly and welcoming. They frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. One thoughtful gesture that really stood out to us was how one of the staff members would bring an umbrella to shield my family from the rain whenever we were coming in or leaving the hotel. It was such a small but meaningful gesture that showed how attentive and caring the staff were. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and in close proximity to other tourist attractions, such as Lady Buddha. It is also only about an hour away from Hoi An, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BlueSun Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!

Overall, we had a very pleasant 4-night stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and provided very good service throughout our stay. There were just two points that could have been handled better. I requested an ironing board, but unfortunately it was only provided on the last night of our four-night stay. I was also a little disappointed to be charged for a lost room key. I understand that hotels have different policies, but considering that many hotels use easily replaceable or disposable key cards, I felt the charge was unnecessary. Apart from these minor issues, we were happy with our stay and the overall experience was very good.

Best stay in Da Nang! Will 100% recommend We had an amazing experience at BlueSun Hotel Da Nang. Accommodation: The place is very nice and the beds are super comfy. We also loved the welcome drink they served when we arrived - Jasmine lemon tea. So refreshing after the flight! Staff: The staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. They picked us up from the airport with their airport-to-hotel transfer service, and from the front desk to everyone we met, super accommodating. Big thanks to the bell boy who guided us and Shyn from the restaurant - she recommended the best local food spots and places to visit. Made our trip so much easier! Food: The food is top tier. They have Western, Indian, and Vietnamese dishes and all were delicious. Their coffee is a must-try as well. We were also so impressed with the complimentary afternoon tea - it was excellent! Overall, this was the best hotel experience we’ve had in Da Nang. I’ll definitely recommend BlueSun to anyone going to Da Nang.

This is an excellent hotel with a perfect location, right in front of the beach and next to a famous seafood restaurant. We stayed in an Ocean View King Suite with a balcony. The view was priceless, and the room was extremely spacious. The bed, and even the extra bed, was so comfortable that we didn’t want to go out; we just wanted to stay in and relax. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained. Julia replied to my emails very quickly, and Kelvin, along with all the staff, took great care of my family throughout our stay. The price was very reasonable and included a good breakfast with a wide variety of choices, as well as a one-way airport transfer. Duy Đức was waiting for us at the airport early in the morning and drove us safely to the hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer. If I return to Da Nang, I will definitely stay at BlueSun Hotel again.
