Belle Maison Parosand Da Nang Hotel

location was right across the street from the beach and near Be Ni 2 which was great, but it’s out of the hustle and bustle. the street behind the hotel has some food and shopping. but if you’re looking to be in an area with many stores and restaurants i would recommend staying a little south from here. staff was very nice. rooms were clean and modern. some things i didn’t love: - the breakfast coffee was not good. i’ve had better coffee at holiday inn back in the US, if you know you know - was given a voucher for the spa on the 19th floor. handed the voucher to the ladies working at the spa and asked for the head massage and she said it was for both head and foot massage. we left and they called my room saying we need to pay for one service because the voucher only covered one. keep in mind my mother speaks fluent viet so there’s no chance of mistranslation. we told them they can talk to the reception desk and sort it out. that rubbed me the wrong way and felt super scammy. overall the place was fine but be sure to stand up for yourself anywhere in vietnam bc they try to add on stuff you didn’t even ask for.

Amazing hotel and service. We had superior family room at 17 floor with sea view. It worths to pay extra and enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises with panoramic view. Cleaning service, and the rest were excellent. There is nothing to complain and everything worths high rating. My granny was in love with the hotel, especially with pool at the last floor.

We’ve spent almost a week in this beautiful hotel. We expected something good since the reviews are generally good and it’s not that cheap in comparison to other hotels in Vietnam. But what we got was way more than we expected. The rooms are very spacious, clean, cozy and just beautiful. Breakfast is amazing and so much variety, changing a bit everyday. Not to forget the staff, from the beginning to our leaving, everyone was always so kind and helpful. They even brought me a piece of birthday cake for my birthday and a handwritten birthday card. Also the location was just perfect, just a walk over the street and you were at the beach.

Wonderful location, wonderful room. Just gorgeous. 18th floor 3 bedroom/ 3 bath suite with window wrapping around 3 sides with view to beach. One of the buge showers even had a full length window too. Really unbelievable. Open concept kitchen/dining/living room. Very modern, clean, borderline posh decor. Comfy beds & couches. Effective air con. Overall great for our large group of friends and family. Included breakfast buffet was an unbelievable selection. Viet/Asian and Western choices; even oatrich one day. Tons of fresh fruit. Carafe coffee could be improved; espresso machine was very slow going but good quality. Recommend without hesitation.
