We spent 8 nights here in September 2026 and I must say it was outstanding 🇻🇳😍 Upon check in I was very unwell with the flu and the reception staff went out of their way to make me a honey, ginger tea to help my cough.
The room had the most beautiful view of the beach, was spacious and a super comfortable bed! We ate at the rooftop restaurant with the most amazing views and food/service was 100%.
Walk out the back door of reception to a full food court, coffee shops, laundry and massages…. Walk out the front door and your on the beach with beach clubs, restaurants and 24/7 coffee truck!

This place was great! A bit expensive but we also got a sea view room as that's all that was left! Room cleaning daily and the nicest staff. Being right across from the beach is great for sunrise swims. I wouldn't eat at their restaurant or use their laundry/spa as it's all extremely overpriced compared to surrounding businesses. Otherwise would definitely stay here again!!
We found a cockroach in our room. Management apologized and offered a plate of fruit as compensation, which felt inadequate given the seriousness of the issue.
The Front Office Manager apologized and offered complimentary airport transportation as compensation. However, around two hours later, she withdrew the offer saying it had been declined by senior management.
We found a staple on the floor beside the bed, creating an unnecessary safety hazard.
The baby cot was unstable and tipped over in the middle of the night, which was extremely concerning.
The pool policy was also disappointing. Even if a child is a confident swimmer, but under 1.4 meters - the child is only allowed to use the baby pool, which is less than 2 feet deep. Even with parent supervision they could not go in the deep pool.

Right across the road was our balcony to the strip at da nang beach. Glad we were given top floor room 1703a. Wow is all I can say. Very nice massage I had by Lee. So affordable. They do all they can to please. Sophia at desk to book our tour was fabulous!! Better to stay in places like these than big names resorts. I notice they don’t care. Smaller places care more and we got afternoon tea voucher free as well. Hotel need some improvements like in breakfast area they have stunning view of beach but all
Windows are closed and would be nice if they extended it out like an alfresco to view the beach better. It’s getting little wear this place but I’d stay again due to being close to all you need and beach across the road. Loved breakfast. Maybe French toast or waffles and more fruit and yoghurt options is something they could add. Loved this place.
Overall I was happy with our stay. It was nice to get a high floor (15th) with a fabulous seaview. The Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a big dining area so we were always able to get a table at whatever time. There was also a secure spacious underground parking area for my motorcycle. Nice rooftop pool with good seaview. Two things I would flag which meant this hotel lost one star for me. The first is the balcony lighting which you have no control over. It's as though they are using the evening balcony lighting (switches off at 10.30pm) for the benefit of those not staying at the hotel to highlight it's presence rather than for the benefit of guests who might want to keep the curtains open and enjoy the seaview. The second thing I didn't like was the bed. Yes it's a very large bed, but it's actually two mattresses put together rather than a single large mattress. It means as a couple wanting to cuddle in the middle of the bed, you can feel the join between the two mattresses. I understand why some hotels do this because it gives them the flexibility of turning rooms into twin rooms rather than double rooms, however it is less comfortable for guests seeking a double bed.
