We stayed at the Avenis Hotel because it was very affordable and is close to airport and the Da Nang attractions. It also had a breakfast at the hotel and was very tasty. Better to go early as it fills up quickly. Will come back the next time in Da Nang.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!
From the moment we checked in on July 12, my friend and I (two women) had a terrible experience. We had just entered our room when a man suddenly opened the door and walked in before we had any chance to react. He later claimed he was part of the hotel's maintenance staff.
I immediately called the front desk to report how seriously concerned we were about guest safety and requested that the issue be addressed. We never received any response or follow-up.
The next morning, July 13 at around 10:20 a.m., a housekeeping staff member knocked on our door to clean the room. We clearly told her that we didn't need housekeeping. The room has very poor soundproofing, so I'm certain she heard us. She stayed silent outside for more than five minutes, and we assumed she had left.
Instead, she unlocked our room and walked in without our permission.
I've never stayed at a hotel that made me feel the need to leave such a negative review. If you're a woman reading this, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Previous reviews have already mentioned housekeeping staff entering rooms without permission and even using guests' lipstick.
We had booked ocean view room and they were big and beautiful. Room, service and location all are good.
The Hotel is great and the breakfast is the best I ever had at this price (50k) Rooms are modern and the bed is huge ! It’s a bit fron the center area but we had a really nice stay
The room is nice and large. Service was okay, would not say its the best. Staff are not very helpful in general but having said that didn't face any issues otherwise.
The location is nice but a bit away from the main city.
