I bought a 5 day package in Cuzco and the truth the Montecristo hotel was disappointing with a horrible buffet. As for the tours when not knowing Peru the first was Valle Sagrado, in my opinion it is not worth much, they did not offer me the mountain of colors, honestly I did not know that it was close but they should include it. Machu Pichu amazing. And in terms of value for money I found it expensive for everything offered.

The experience with the trip put together with the agency was excellent. Everything they offer is not true, they deceived me, they offered me different tours that did not comply (with two) the worst thing is that they make you pay 100% in advance, when I complained they returned only 130 something like that, and well, living off Foreigners with the days numbered we could not go to the main office in Miraflores, total disappointment we paid about 5000 or more. It is their page that I left comments expressing my complaint and they always cancel it, I don't know if it is a way of deception by this agency, because when you contact them for the first time the first thing they tell you is to look at the opinions of the agency on the internet , and apparently "all" the tourists have a good time mmmm hoping they don't cancel my opinion again, I accept being scammed by this Maypitravel agency.

I must highlight the professionalism of the agency, they complied with everything that we had previously agreed upon from my country. I did not know them but I trusted them and I was not wrong. Our experience could not have been better. Since we arrived in Cusco, everything has been great. They have treated us as if we were family. From Normita and Lenin who picked us up at the airport, to Eddi who was our chatty guide and Rebeca, without whom my father-in-law would not have been able to get to the top of Macchu Pichu, and of course she was the one who recorded when my boyfriend asked me to marry him 🥰 🤩 Everything is great!!

Everything was very good but we didn't like the tour to Maras-Moray. In Maras the guide only showed us products from the area (salt, chocolates) in a store to buy, after that they left us in the Maras salt mines and he did not go with us, they gave us 40 minutes to be there (the driver told us so). ; the guide was no longer with us and said goodbye), it seemed ugly to me that they left us there alone. There were also some lack of coordination, although they were resolved.

Beautiful visit to Lima and Cusco. Machu Pichu, Maras, Moray, Ollantaytambo and much more. Everything organized by Maypi impeccably. We spent a full day in Lima and were able to see the historic center and the Miraflores area where we stayed. They also took us to see a water fountain show with light and sound in a large park at dusk. The visit to Cusco was 5 full days with everything well scheduled and always assisted in everything by the agency and its people, Melissa, and Norma.
