We booked a tour leaving our hotel at 8am and the day before were advised it was not available and we would be picked up at 2.30 am. We are seniors so this was a challenge. To make matters worse they booked us on a train returning at 9.30 pm. Why wouldn’t they book us on an earlier train considering we started the tour nearly six hours earlier.? We had to pay them an extra USD160 to get on an earlier train. Otherwise the tour would have taken nearly 24 hours. On a positive note the guide was fantastic. I would NOT recommend this tour operator.

A trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu took 24 hours ! We received a message to pick us up at 2am! This was a mistake should have been 3-3.20 eventually arrived at 3.30, had to wait around for other travellers as we were booked for 10am bus they were booked for 11am! Guide was fantastic only positive of the trip. Trains delayed, chaos at train station on return as trans cancelled due to issues? No updates or communication from train staff and more importantly zero contact from the trip organisers. Finally got on train which had speed limits on the way there but not on return journey as passengers bounced all over the place. Arrived back at Ollantaytambo and had to look for driver with our name on a board, which had the wrong name . She put us on a taxi bus after half an hour of listening to her saying momento! Asked us to pay taxi again, dropped us at 2.30am 20min walk from hotel. Really hard to believe how poor the communication upon reflection.
⚠️ DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION — Major itinerary changes, misleading information, poor communication, and additional expenses We booked the “Machu Picchu by Train from Cusco” excursion through Tripadvisor expecting a 12–16 hour experience, as explicitly stated in the Tripadvisor listing. We chose this excursion specifically because we wanted a convenient, organized experience where transportation, train tickets, Machu Picchu entrance, and a guide would all be handled for us. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disorganized, stressful, and very different from what was advertised. From the beginning, communication was poor. We were told we would be picked up at 4:00 a.m., and then the pickup time was changed to 3:30 a.m. We were also told our Machu Picchu entrance would be at approximately 6:00 a.m. However, our itinerary and Machu Picchu schedule were changed at 10:43 a.m. the day BEFORE our excursion. This left us with less than 24 hours’ notice about a significant change to our plans. The company repeatedly referenced their policy stating that customers must provide 24 hours’ notice to make changes to tickets. The problem is that WE were not requesting this change — THEY changed our itinerary with less than 24 hours’ notice. It was extremely frustrating to have their 24-hour policy used against us when the company itself did not provide 24 hours’ notice for the changes they made. We also were not provided with our updated Machu Picchu tickets in a timely manner. We still had the original tickets showing the 6:00 a.m. entry time and were left confused about whether those tickets were even valid after the company changed our itinerary. We had to repeatedly contact the company just to try to understand what our actual schedule was supposed to be. The Tripadvisor listing also stated that the entire excursion would be approximately 12–16 hours. Based on that information, we planned the rest of our Peru trip accordingly. We had another excursion scheduled for the following morning, with a 3:00 a.m. pickup, so the advertised duration was extremely important to us. Instead, our return train was scheduled for 9:50 p.m., despite us being picked up around 3:00–3:30 a.m. This meant we were going to be in Aguas Calientes for approximately 6–7+ hours after finishing our Machu Picchu experience. Aguas Calientes is a very small town. There is absolutely nothing wrong with visiting or spending time there, but spending an additional 6–7+ hours there was NOT what we had planned or agreed to when booking a 12–16 hour excursion. We had other activities planned for our trip and had specifically scheduled them around the advertised duration of this tour. Our Machu Picchu portion of the excursion also did not align with the original expectations. Our schedule was changed to have the Machu Picchu portion begin at 6:00 a.m. and end around 11:00 a.m., although the actual tour ended around 2:00 p.m. We were then left with an enormous gap before our 9:50 p.m. train. We initially assumed that perhaps the later train was necessary because earlier trains were fully booked. However, when we looked into purchasing an earlier train ourselves, we discovered that the earlier train had plenty of availability. We ultimately had to consider purchasing additional train tickets ourselves simply to get back to Cusco at a reasonable time and avoid being stranded in Aguas Calientes for hours. We also had to pay out of pocket for additional transportation, including an Uber, because the transportation arrangements provided by the company did not allow us to return according to the schedule that was advertised. Another major issue was the lack of a tour guide and communication throughout the experience. The description promised a guide for the duration of the trip, yet we were repeatedly left on our own with very little information. Less than 24 hours before the trip, the primary information we were given was essentially that “David will meet you.” We were expected to navigate multiple parts of the excursion with very little guidance. When we contacted the company to ask for clarification and try to resolve these issues, the response was incredibly disappointing. Instead of listening to our concerns, the representative was condescending and dismissive. During one of our calls, when we were trying to explain the situation, he actually said, “Are you going to let me speak?” We were not calling to argue — we were trying to understand the itinerary that THEY had changed and figure out how we were supposed to get back to Cusco. The representative also insisted that we had not given 24 hours’ notice for a ticket change, even though the changes we were discussing were changes made by the company, not changes requested by us. When we pointed out that the Tripadvisor listing clearly stated the trip would be 12–16 hours, the representative sent us a screenshot from a completely different website claiming the excursion was 22 hours long. This was particularly concerning because the 22-hour duration was NOT what was advertised on the Tripadvisor listing when we booked. If the excursion had actually been advertised as 22 hours, we would not have booked it because we had another excursion scheduled for 3:00 a.m. the following morning. The entire reason we booked an organized excursion was to have a seamless experience without having to worry about coordinating transportation, trains, tickets, and timing ourselves. Instead, we spent a significant portion of our trip trying to figure out what was happening, contacting the company repeatedly, and ultimately considering paying additional money just to get ourselves back to Cusco. By the time we were expected to return to our hotel, it would have been approximately 1:00 a.m., despite having another excursion pickup at 3:00 a.m. the same morning. We were exhausted, stressed, and completely confused about why our itinerary had been changed so dramatically. This was not simply a minor inconvenience or a delayed train. The advertised duration, transportation schedule, Machu Picchu entry time, return train, guide/communication, and overall itinerary were all inconsistent with what we expected when we booked. We have screenshots documenting the original Tripadvisor listing, the original itinerary, the revised itinerary, the messages showing when the changes were communicated to us, our original Machu Picchu tickets, the communication with the company, and receipts for the additional transportation and train expenses we incurred. We have contacted the company to request a full refund, as well as reimbursement for the additional expenses we were forced to consider/pay in order to get back to Cusco. We hope Tripadvisor will also review this experience and the discrepancy between what is advertised on its platform and what this company actually provides. If you are considering booking this excursion, I already saved you the trouble. Don’t waste your life trying to see a dream by people who only want to ravish you from it. If I could give negative ratings, I would. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this excursion.
WORST EXPERIENCE!! DON'T LISTEN TO THE BOT REVIEWS PROMISING AN INCREDIBLE TRIP. Absolutely zero information provided until less than 24 hours before the tour. When we finally received the information, we noticed we would be in aguas calientes from 6am until 9:50pm and wouldn't be getting back to our hotel until 1-2am when we were picked up at 3:00am the morning of. A total of almost 24 hours when it was advertised as 12-16 hours total. When we tried calling, we were met with extremely rude man that would not let me speak and would speak extremely condescendingly. They told us there was no way to change our train tickets back. We ended up having to spend an extra $350 to get back to cusco.
It was one of the worst trips I have ever done. Communication was terrible, and they basically provide you with no useful information until the night before the trip. The worst part was the train booking. It seems they deliberately book the cheapest possible train tickets in order to increase their own margins, with very little consideration for the customer’s schedule or convenience. My return train was booked for 9 PM, which would have meant spending several unnecessary hours waiting around. I ended up having to buy a new ticket for around $100 just to return earlier. What made it even worse is that the original ticket could not be changed less than 24 hours before departure, but nobody informed me of this in advance. I only found out once I was already there and it was too late to make any changes. Given the poor communication and the fact that I had to spend an additional $100 because of how they arranged the trip, I genuinely believe I should be refunded for the extra ticket.
Very good experience. The staff was friendly, responsive, and well organized. Communication was clear and everything went smoothly. Super recommended
The on-the-ground guides were excellent and worked hard to compensate for the organizer's poor planning. However, communication from the organizer was severely lacking — we received no details until 4:30pm the day before departure, and only after I proactively reached out to ask what time we'd be picked up. The itinerary as scheduled did not align with the tickets we were issued, and we ended up spending our only evening in Cusco reworking the organizer's poor planning ourselves. As a result, we had to pay an additional $240 for new return train tickets and $230 for a taxi back to Cusco to avoid missing our flight. The original write-up stated the trip would take 14–16 hours, but as planned, it would have taken over 20 hours (accounting for a 1.5-hour van ride, a 2-hour train ride, and a 30-minute bus ride after a long wait in line). Additionally, the tickets purchased for Machu Picchu entry were only valid for 2 hours from the printed entry time. Our tickets listed a 6am entry, but we didn't reach the bus line until after 8am — already outside the valid window. To resolve this, the on-the-ground guide took us to a medical center to report an "upset stomach," in order to obtain a medical slip that would allow us past the expired entry window. Upon our return, while still trying to recoup the additional costs we incurred, I reached out to the organizer directly. Despite our best efforts to remain fair — we did, after all, still get to experience Machu Picchu — the overall experience was significantly diminished by the poor planning and communication. Rather than addressing our concerns, the contact simply directed me to raise the issue through TripAdvisor.
This tour was very stressful due to the poor organization of the main center. No information was given until 4:30pm the day before and the a 12-15 hour tour turned into a 20hour tour which ran over our departure flight from Cusco. No help was given to remedy this problem so we had to purchase other train tickets for the return. And then when they agreed to provide the transport back to Cusco from the train station, the driver had to wait for other trains and so we would miss our flight. So we had to hire a taxi to get us back to Cusco and then to airport. Other problems were they gave us entry tickets to Machu Picchu for 6 am which were good for 2 hours and we didn’t get there until after 8! David, the fellow on the ground at Machu Picchu did a fabulous job fixing this problem and it cost him out of pocket. The whole experience was so stressful that we had a difficult time enjoying the actual experience in the site.
**PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS TOUR. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH.** For those who are not aware, Machu Picchu tickets can book out months in advance depending on what time of year you go. The Peruvian government releases a set number of advance tickets for each day that can be purchased online. Once the advance tickets are sold out, the only option is to purchase your tickets in person (with passport) in Aguas Calientes. The government releases 1,000 in-person tickets per day. I was not aware of all this before booking the tour. My friend and I decided on Peru as a travel destination earlier this year, and when I went to book our Machu Picchu tour a few months ago, most of the tour companies were already sold out for the week of our trip. I found this company on TripAdvisor and they still had availability during our travel week. After booking the tour that was advertised as a one-day trip and paying almost $800, the tour company messaged me and said they actually did not have tickets available for the date I had booked. They advised that if I would like to proceed with the tour, they would provide transportation to Aguas Calientes on the morning of June 3rd and assist us in purchasing tickets in person for June 4th. This meant that we would have to stay in Aguas Calientes for one night (at our own expense) and make this a two-day trip instead of just one day. The tour operator, Miguel, was unable to answer my questions about why this had happened or what exactly the new itinerary would be, so I had to piece it together myself by researching the situation in more detail. We were a bit skeptical about this but we really wanted to see Machu Picchu so we agreed. At one point in mid-May, I was following a Reddit page where people were giving daily updates on the in-person ticket situation. The tickets were in such high demand that some people were having to book 3-4 days out. Since we did not have this much time set aside in our trip, I messaged the tour operator, Miguel, again and asked if he really thought it would be possible for us to get tickets for the next day given the current situation on the ground. He assured me that it was a "100% guarantee" that we would get tickets and stated that the Peruvian government was also releasing an extra 500 tickets per day due to high demand. This was not true and I have no idea where he got this information. My friend and I discussed this and decided to go ahead with the tour since it would be our only shot to see Machu Picchu. If we were not able to get tickets we would ask for a refund. Again, for those who are not aware, it is kind of logistically difficult to get to Machu Picchu as there is no direct road from Cusco. You must first travel to Ollantaytambo, which is about an hour and forty-five minute drive from Cusco. You must then take the train from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes, which is another hour and thirty minutes. From there, it is a thirty minute bus ride to Machu Picchu. In-person tickets are purchased in Aguas Calientes. The tour company did arrange this transport for us and we made it to Aguas Calientes around 7 AM on June 3rd. Things had slowed down considerably with ticket demand and we were able to secure Circuit 2 tickets for June 4th. Our actual tour guide, Pavel, was incredibly knowledgeable and being able to experience Machu Picchu was obviously a once in a lifetime opportunity. That was the only good part about this experience. Our tour was at 11 AM on June 4th and we were finished around 2 PM. While most of the people in our group had train tickets to return to Ollantaytambo in the early afternoon, for some inexplicable reason the tour company booked our return train at 9:50 PM. This meant that we had to spend an additional 8 hours wandering around Aguas Calientes. It is a neat town but there is very little to do there aside from restaurants and souvenir shops. We would have preferred to return much earlier. Given the late departure, we did not arrive in Ollantaytambo until almost midnight. I messaged the tour operator, Miguel, to ask if the same person who drove us from Cusco to Ollantaytambo two nights before would be the same person picking us up from the train and he confirmed that it would be. When we got to the train station, the same person was not there. Instead, there was a woman who herded a large group of us onto a Greyhound bus that was clearly overbooked. When my friend and I got on the bus, there were no seats available. I ended having to sit in the very back of the bus squished between four other people and my friend was forced to sit in the co-pilot seat in the front of the bus with her feet dangling over the stairwell. There were a few people behind us in the line to get on the bus who had to be turned away because there were no seats left. We have no idea how they got back to Cusco. It took two and a half hours in an uncomfortable and slow moving bus to get back to Cusco. We did not arrive at our hotel until after 2 AM, more than twelve hours after our tour of Machu Picchu was complete. I am giving two stars because our tour guide, Pavel, was excellent. The rest of this experience was ridiculous. The tour company did not have the correct phone number for me in WhatsApp, in spite of the fact that I had provided my phone number when I booked the tour. I was also not informed that someone would even be contacting me through WhatsApp until I got a rude message from Miguel through TripAdvisor letting me know that they had been trying to reach me to coordinate our pickup. I was contacted by six different people through WhatsApp during the duration of this trip, and from one stop to the next, I had no idea who would be reaching out to me or who would be our point person at the next stop. I never received a formal itinerary and every interaction with Miguel left me with more questions than answers. I have actually had multiple missed WhatsApp calls from various people from this company since I returned from my trip, which indicates to me that they are extremely unorganized and unable to keep track of who is booked on their daily tours. I get the sense that they just want your money and do not care about your experience otherwise. Generally, the reason people book these kinds of guided tours is so they do not have to deal with the logistics and stress of planning everything. This experience was made more stressful by the disorganization and lack of communication from this company. At the end of the day, I am grateful that we were able to get to Machu Picchu, but given the recent reviews of this tour, others have not been so lucky. There were so many turns where this could have gone wrong and we are lucky that we were not stranded somewhere. I actually feel like I had to do more research and planning for this experience because I did not know from one minute to the next if someone was actually going to show up or if we would be left to our own devices. If I had to do this all over again, I would have just handled everything myself and not booked with this tour company. The cost of this tour was not worth the hassle and I don't understand how the are allowing people to book this "one-day tour" when they clearly don't have the tickets available. Overall terrible experience, please save yourself the headache and book with another company.
We flew 4000 miles to see Machu Picchu. But I find out the day before we are to go that the tour guides have changed it. It is now a two day tour and the guide wants me to change my return flight to adjust. That was not an option. He argued with me repeatedly that it wa somehow both the government’s fault and my fault for not rescheduling my flight. So unfortunately, I did not get to see Machu Picchu. I demand a refund!
BE AWARE before booking this tour — it is extremely misleading. The tour is advertised as a 12-hour tour, but in reality, you need to allow 2 full days. On Day 1, you must travel to Aguas Calientes just to try and obtain an entry ticket to Machu Picchu. There is no guarantee you will even get a ticket. If you are successful, you then need to return again on Day 2 for the actual Machu Picchu tour. We were only informed of this 6 days before the tour date, after already booking and finalising our travel plans. As a result, we are now missing out on seeing Machu Picchu entirely — which was the main reason for our trip to Cusco. To make matters worse, TripAdvisor is making the refund process extremely difficult and continues to advise that the booking is non-refundable, despite the misleading description of the tour. BE AWARE before booking this tour and don't make the same mistake as us!
We loved our guide. He taught us so much and was enthusiastic. Would highly recommend
The tour operator was unable to get tickets to Matcha Picchu and advised me to go to Aguas Calientes the day before and attempt to get tickets. Due to my schedule that was not possible and I advised them accordingly, and asked for a refund to my credit card. Twelve days later it has still not been processed.
Manchu Picchu was awesome but this tour operator cut too many corners on the logistics. It is a very complex process to get from Cusco to Manchu Picchu and back in one day and there were too many complications for our trip.
The Machu Picchu site is a recognized and justified wonder of the world. It is magical, epic and incredible to borrow overused descriptions. Our guide there was excellent, being informative, patient and helpful. Our logistics getting to and from the site had a lot to be desired. Specifically, we were supposed to initially leave by bus at 4am. A day before the trip it was changed to 2:50am. Then the morning of it was changed to 2:20am. My friend was called at 1:45am on the day in Spanish only to get there sooner. We arrived at the train departure location early and waited. Upon arrival at the town to catch the bus up to the site our Spanish only speaking guide took us to pick up the bus ticket up and down. The explanation for timing to take the bus was poor. We had entrance at 9:00am to site. Finally on train ride back to bus pick up we are told by a train porter that we were to stay on past Ollantaytambo and proceed to Pachar. This directly conflicted to tour operator instructions. We scrambled to clarify where we were to get picked up. Finally this was sorted but not before some anxiety. In summary the logistical aspects of the tour were a marked contrast to the Sacred Valley tour which was excellent from start to finish. Some more English speaking guidance would have been very helpful. The day was incredible and memorable.
Overall good tour at Macchu Pichu, PeruRail experience was great as well, but pickup was actually around 3am for my group after thinking it was 5am. Train leaving Macchu Pichu could have been scheduled earlier in the day, which left my partner and I to wait over 4 hours to leave Aguas Calientes. We booked an English speaking guide for the tour, but we were put with a Spanish speaking guide with no notice. The advertised time for this excursion is about 12 hours, but anyone booking should expect 20+ for anyone looking to go to Macchu Pichu from Cusco.
Before you read what the company responds to my review, just remember they were the ones to allow me to purchase this tour on the specified date I paid for. It’s rather simple to list the tour as not available on the specified date if you are not willing/able to give the customer the services they pay for. I assumed there is a base level of trust booking on TripAdvisor. With that being said, I DID book 3 days before my tour date. I was already in Cusco and my girlfriend really, really wanted to see MachuPicchu. Even though MachuPicchu entrance tickets are “included” I was told I will have to buy them in person because of the passport number. I thought ok maybe it is not too bad? On October 16th I am coordinating with somebody from the company and I am told “It will be best if you get to Aguas Calientes (right next to MachuPicchu) a day early to secure your tickets”. So I am in Aguas Calientes by 8AM on October 17th. There are no more tickets available for October 18th. I pay for October 19th tickets just in case, but could not change my flights and I already had Huacachina tour booked in Lima on October 19th. That is why I paid for October 18th tour. I paid for the night in Aguas Calientes on top of my Cusco hotel I was supposed to be in that night, and the company never offered to pay for my accommodation in Aguas Calientes. (If they had the tickets like they said in description, I wouldn’t have had to stay a night in Aguas Calientes). The main problem was spending on an all inclusive tour and all that was included was transportation. The company didn’t have the MachuPicchu tickets as they state in the “included” section nor did I get a guide to see MachuPicchu of course. In the future please have the number of TripAdvisor slots for people to buy the exact same as the tickets you own. Another option is to remove “tickets included” in the price of the tour. Either one is ok but now I had let future customers know what could happen when booking with you guys. Please do not respond and say you did everything you could to get me to MachuPicchu. The company owned no more tickets for the date I purchased and instead of refunding me soon after booking you led me on a field trip to Aguas Calientes with no MachuPicchu in sight, stating not even a partial refund is possible. I recommend you book months in advance from the Peru Culture website and buy everything separately if you’re proactive and want to see MachuPicchu. At least on the ride back from the train station I received a car instead of a stuffed van like on the way there where a kid threw up on my luggage. Maybe in a couple years I will come back but this was my only chance to visit MachuPicchu in the near future. That is why I am writing a bad review. I never write bad reviews. Hey, no refund but a private driver, right? Unfortunately I have to talk to TripAdvisor and my credit card company now. The company purchased my transportation to MachuPicchu knowing they owned no tickets and were looking for any alternative to being honest with me and refunding my “MachuPicchu tour” experience before I ever left Cusco. “Hey, we do not own any tickets for the date you purchased and it is possible you may not be able to obtain a ticket for that date either, it is very busy, would you like a refund?” And this could’ve been prevented. All sales are final but I didn’t get what I paid for. Thanks guys.
We booked our trip last minute. We felt secure because we booked via TripAdvisor. We reached out to the tour operator via TripAdvisor and they were slow to respond. Finally they connected with us via WhatsApp, but communication was poor at best. No details were given unless we asked, and the typical answer was "we haven't finalized that yet". To get to Machu Pichu from Cusco you must take a train. To get to the train. We were told that we would have transportation from our hotel in Cusco to and from Machu Pichu for a same-day trip. Per the booking on TripAdvisor. Later we were charged additional $15 US to get us at our hotel, asked to book a hotel in Aguas Calientes (base of Machu Pichu) etc... When we were picked up at the hotel, we were dropped off at a local Ride-Share in Cusco. Placed in a small car with 8 people and driven 1.5hrs to the bus station. None of this was explained by tour operator. We took the train to Aguas Calientes, not know what to do when we arrived. Upon arrival someone found us we were told we had to purchase our Machu Pichu entrance tickets (included with TripAdvisor purchase) as an additional costs $60 US per person. Note that we got the last 2 tickets available and hundreds of people in line behind us did not get their tickets. If we were 10 seconds later the trip would have ended in Aguas Calientes. The next day our tour operator was supposed to meet us at the hotel at 5:30am he did not arrive. We found the bus ourselves and made the tour ourselves. Summed up, if you are willing to pay more and risk seeing Machu Pichu, and are good with POOR communication, book with them. Otherwise don't.
Tour booked as one day but then changed to two days having to pay extra for overnight stay and change of train as the Machu Pichu experience could be completed in the morning but return train was booked for 10pm. To request a change cost more when the original request was already made during booking to have an earlier return but was told you will not get a Machu Pichu entrance ticket early so have to book a late train but actually there are plenty of tickets available even 6am one especially during off season. I believed the tour operator jut want to make extra money. Not happy with the service provided however, the Machu Pichu experience itself was amazing a must do. Just watch out for the tour operators. You can probably book it yourself and get it for cheap but you do need to book in advance or do a two day stay if it’s last minute. Had the tour operator sold it as two days I would know what I was letting myself into before booking and planned my trip accordingly.
The tour was excellent, they covered all what they offered, even when they were some issues going on with the situation of trains and buses in Machu Picchu. The guides were very kind and professional.
It was really cool and beautiful, me and my family spend a couple days, and we love to came back some day Really good experience, we recommend!!
They basically scammed me saying that the entrance ticket was included, but it’s not and they just got to keep my money. Viator didn’t t even try to give me a refund. They are scammers as well as Viator!!!!!
Everything went very well with the organization. Currently it is difficult to do everything without an agency. They helped us a lot, thanks!
The service was great, the best trip is a well-planned one and this was a good experience I can trust for my next adventures hehe I hope for a next time but to other countries
Plan in advance
It was a very beautiful experience, the organization was wonderful from the first day, our guide informed us about everything regarding the local culture and traditions, highly recommended
They are very professional people, committed to the quality of service, they fulfilled every detail of the trip, I would travel with them again!!
It was the best experience of my life
Good service, I will recommend it to my acquaintances.
The best of the best, from the moment we arrived everything was 10/10, the guides helped us find accommodation and even routes to take by taxi.
A unique, extraordinary experience, they really showed the best of the place, we were delighted.
Informal, lacking seriousness, lacking intelligence and COMMON SENSE, mocking, cynical when one makes a complaint, totally unwilling to provide a solution and they do not even offer an option, they are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL rude and respond with mockery. They have no clue what customer service is. I will pass my complaint to TripAdvisor USA
We had a great time. Serious, precise, and professional. We communicated via WhatsApp a long time in advance. They always answered all my questions and tried to accommodate all my requests.
Everything was very nice, the best experience
An unforgettable experience at the Quelcaya glacier. The landscape is impressive, with spectacular views of mountains and glaciers that leave you speechless. The tour is very well organized, our guide knew the area perfectly, explained everything about the geography to us, and took care of us at all times. It is a magical place, highly recommended for those who love nature and adventure.
Great travel experience the guide has been careful with his work and also the organization..
A spectacular job by the group and the guide 100% highly recommended, the trip is totally planned and appropriate
Very good service, excellent work by Miguel and his group, great job by the guides, excellent tour...
A nice and pleasant experience
The company was very attentive and clear with the instructions at the time of booking. They told us that availability was limited but that they would help us get the tickets, very kind and gentle. They coordinated everything to visit Machu Picchu; the schedules were the best, and above all, the guide is an expert. Recommended!!!
It was a fantastic experience; Machu Picchu is definitely worth the trip. We had a bit of fog at first, but it cleared up as well.
Very good service, they fulfilled everything that was described!
The coordination of the logistics is good, but it is false that it includes the tickets; they are all sold out. The issue is that they make you travel in advance to obtain them in person, and it is not guaranteed. They told us we would get them with the help of a guide who made us wait in line and then disappeared... and after we could not get them, they told us that now we have to arrange for a partial refund of the tickets with the operator. The same feedback we gave to the person; they know this and should not lie to people saying that if they travel the day before, they will find the tickets. The reality is that you need to be there 3 or 4 days in advance to secure them; it is not very reliable.
Very nice experience, always very friendly and attentive to my family, good Service by the agency. Fully recommended

This tour was certainly one of the most impressive experiences I have ever had. From the beginning, the organization was impeccable, for the punctuality, the friendliness and constant company of the guide that made everything flow smoothly.
