An English-speaking tour was requested and confirmed during booking. However, the tour group was primarily Spanish-speaking. Although the guide, Sergg, spoke English, all instructions and narration were in Spanish. Polite requests to include English were ignored. There was also a hidden cost. After payment, an entrance fee was required in cash. This contradicted information on the company's website. Finally, the tour was disorganized. The group was separated multiple times, and the guide was difficult to locate. At one point, the travelers returned to the meeting point, believing they were left behind, only to find they were the first to arrive. Connecting with another guide from the same company was necessary to determine the group's location. Recommendation: While Rainbow Mountain is worth visiting, Peceros Travel is not recommended unless fluent in Spanish and tolerant of non-transparent pricing. The lack of pricing on their brochures should be considered a warning.
