Private Transfer From The Airport To Central Hotels In Cusco

It would have been helpful to explain in the booking that the driver would be outside of baggage claim.

Perfect airport transfer. Easy peasy.

It was a great experience. Everything occurred according to the plans. Our guides were great! Cristian, Albert, Reinaldo, Armando, Luis! The food and accommodation was also great! I truly recommend book the Salkantay trip with Machu Pichu Viagens!

We got in the car and the tour guide was great, giving us information of the town (recomendations) and tips

Our van was available as soon as we landed at the airport. The van was very clean and the crew was kind. Definitely recommend.

It was nice to have someone pick us up. We were a group 7 and had a nice van. They were in constant communication via WhatsApp which was nice because our plan was a little delayed so even though we didn’t connect right away it was only 5 min before we met up with our driver.

All details on point, explained, su Marized.and plenty of time to ask questions

Flor was very nice and prompt to pick us up. Recommend them for service again

Flor was very nice. The driver was fast and professional.

Very good experience, nice reception

Great experience. Well explained.

Mucho bueno, congratulations

Good explanation. Everything was clear

Good organization by Machu Picchu Viagens.

Tour operator's logistical handling of our transportation, communication skills pre-arrival, coordination prior to our arrival, handling of our pickup, and confusion during our pickup led to this rating. Driver was outstanding. but the company managing the business, not so great.

Excellent experience! Instructions were clear and staff very nice. Highly recommend

Very easy and on time! Great communication.

Really great experience overall. Raul was a wonderful guide and gave us a very comprehensive experience. Super recommend him!

The guide Crismar is very charismatic and explained everything to us.

Crismar is the guide name that came and explained the visits with us. To make things simple and know the steps of the visit.

Friendly and on time. Safe drive into town from the airport about 20 min. Comfortable van.

Very good experience and the lady is very polite

It was all great! They were waiting at the airport, communicated everything and explained the entire itinerary. highly recommended

Very easy pick-up from CUZ airport to my hotel in the city. Bryan and the driver (sorry, I don’t know his name) took good care of me and made sure I was comfortable dealing with the high altitude and high traffic. I would highly recommend this company for your transfers.

It was great experience and he was very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit!

The shuttle service is very good; they're punctual and friendly.

Comfortable, clean, and calm ride from the airport.

Amazing experience ! Great hospitality and service ! Jenny was super hospitable when we arrived !

Super friendly staff! The only way to travel from the airport!

They communicated well and were on time for both our transfer to and from the hotel. The vans were large and comfortable

Communication via WhatsApp was convenient. Clear instructions were given. Driver wasn’t right at exit when we exited airport, but he arrived within a couple minutes once I informed via WhatsApp that we had our luggage and were exiting. Vehicle was comfortable. It was nice to have transfer pre-arranged as we arrived 9:00pm after a long travel day. Would recommend!

Jenny was an excellent guide. Driver was very helpful also. Will use this service on our return trip to airport.
