No communication from the provider. Messaged the day prior and the morning of with no response. Eventually found a WhatsApp number and they responded an hour later saying someone will come, but it was clear if I didn't message that there wasn't going to be anyone showing up. Car came with no seatbelts, didn't look roadworthy and no space whatsoever. The driver was nice but the pictures they put of the cars they use on their viator page are not accurate at all. If you want a safe car, with seat belts while navigating chaotic Peruvian roads and small mountain roads, I would definitely look elsewhere. They did write to me to ask what went wrong, but they had put on disappearing messages before I could respond. There are many other options to choose from for transfers, do not choose this one!

Thought when booking a private transfer we would be getting a nice car ride with an experienced driver but that was not the case. Understandably the roads in Peru are rough but the car we were picked up in made it worse. Our driver was also quickly excelerating and the hard braking for the entire 2 hours making it a tough ride to cusco. Car also had a bright video screen playing music videos and our ride was at night which wasnt safe to have bright light in the car. Communication with company was good but know that you may not be getting a nice comfortable car ride.

Driver was nice, the car was clean, and we felt safe with his driving. The transfer wasn't that expensive and the best way to get back to Cusco.

This company did not communicate with us and left us stranded in Ollantaytambo at the train station. This company should not be allowed to be able to offer their ”services” through Viator or any other app.

Driver No Show. Despite having texted Willka Travel Cusco in advance to confirm my train number and arrival time, the operator failed to arrange my pickup. When I arrived, my assigned driver was nowhere to be found. However, I managed to find another driver from the same operator, Willka who was there to pick up a family of four from California, USA. This driver was helpful enough to call the Cusco office several times on my behalf, but no one resolved the issue. He eventually offered to squeeze my family into the van booked by the American family. I appreciate the American family was kind enough to allow us squeezed into the same van that booked by them. Since both my family and the American family had paid for a private transfer, this solution was completely unacceptable and unfair to both parties.

Our train was very late but Cesar happily greeted us and took us safely to Cusco. I highly recommend him.

Excellent and prompt service! We needed to be picked up at 1am to get to the airport which was a 2hr drive. Our driver came exactly on time and even parked and walked up to our hotel reception to retrieve us. Excellent- will use Viator again for sure 100%

Great driver, company and driver were willing to make a last minute change to our pickup plans which was very appreciated. Friday afternoon drive had far more folks on the road, making the trip about 45 minutes longer than our Weds night trip, but the driver handled all well.

Our transfer from Ollantaytambo train station to our hotel in Cusco was pleasant. Driver was waiting with a sign upon exiting the station. Car was modern, clean and the driver was pleasant. Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the communication leading up to the transfer. Most of the other companies I have used reach out the day prior. This service did not, adding some stress and confusion. All good in the end but I cannot give a perfect score based on the first communication I got was while on the train 45min before arrival.

A good option to get from the train to Cusco. It was safe, efficient and fast. Given the potential transportation issues in Peru it was a good option to protect your vacation

Car arrived on time and we managed to find each other. Car and driver were fine. Very economical compared to other services. You can communicate with them in real time in English on WhatsApp and they can accomodate small changes in plan. They go in both directions between Cuzco and Ollantaytambo. I recommend them.

Driver was 50 mins late to pick us up. This was due to it being mother's day and the traffic was bad but a taxi company should probably have known the traffic would be heavy. The whatsapp communication during the delay was good and so we did know what was happening. Our driver did his best to avoid the traffic jams on the way to Cusco and we could see how bad the traffic was.

Smooth and comfortable transfer from the door of our hotel in Ollantaytambo to our hotel in Cusco. The van was very nice and clean. Our driver didn’t speak much English, but he was very friendly and professional. He also pointed out a few historic sites along the way and even stopped and provided some helpful essential oils for my wife when she started to get a little car sick (which is very easy for her - it didn’t have anything to do with his driving!). Very pleased overall!

Excellent experience, our driver was waiting for us in the Ollantaytambo train station holding a sign with my name on it. The only point the should improve on is the communication prior to the activity date.

Ickes us up with a board outside airport - beware someone had seen our name and came and said said our names by baggage claim he took our bags and walked us out to the real driver ! He was polite and spoke a little English and drive us safely 2 hours to Cusco
