Our team will monitor your flight status and be waiting for you at the airport. After collecting your luggage, simply look for the representative holding a sign with your name. You will then be escorted to your private vehicle and begin your journey to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.
The drive takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your hotel's location and current road and traffic conditions. The vehicle is equipped with air conditioning and internet access, allowing you to travel comfortably while taking in your first views of the Peruvian Andes.

Our team will monitor your flight status and may be able to accommodate delays. • If your flight is delayed or arrives earlier than scheduled, it is important to contact our team as soon as possible to check whether the transfer can be rescheduled. • Changes cannot be made once the vehicle has arrived at the airport and the driver's waiting period has begun. After the 60-minute waiting period, the driver will leave the airport, and the reservation will be considered a NO SHOW, with no refund, as the service will have been made available and the maximum waiting time fulfilled. • This service covers transfers from Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport to hotels located in Pisac and Urubamba, in the Sacred Valley. The pick up service was punctual and they came inside of the airport with a sign of my name which was very helpful. Vehicle was good size for all our luggage and sit very comfortably for our group size of 8.

Our drivers were wonderful, we had a major issue with all of our luggage not arriving from LIM and they waited quite some time for us to get the process started to get our bags to us. They were very pleasant, and we greatly appreciated their patience with us!
