This tour is a must for lovers of Peruvian gastronomy and its exceptional ingredients. Between Cusco and the Sacred Valley, in Chinchero, we'll enjoy a unique culinary experience. Agronomist Manuel Choqque will introduce us to his research on native potatoes and tubers, showcasing over 370 varieties with surprising colors and enhanced nutritional value. We'll sample these potatoes with uchucuta, a traditional sauce made from Peruvian chili peppers and herbs. Manuel will also treat us to tastings of his experimental beverages, including wine and vodka distilled from native potatoes, supplied to renowned Cusco restaurants.
