About Activity
Depart from Cusco early, traveling to Cusipata and then to Phulawasipata, where the hike begins. Along the way, see llamas, alpacas, and the impressive Apu Ausangate mountain. Reach the 5,020m summit of Rainbow Mountain and enjoy the vibrant views. Then, continue to the beautiful Red Valley before returning for a refreshing snack. Best to visit outside the rainy season (Jan–Mar).
