About Activity
This day-long trek is perfect for nature and archaeology enthusiasts. Starting early from Cusco, we pass through Limatambo and visit the Tarawasi archaeological site. We then head to Soraypampa to begin a four-hour hike to Lake Humantay, reaching 4,200 meters above sea level. The turquoise lake nestled in the mountains provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. After exploring and taking photos, we descend back to Soraypampa for our return journey.
