The drive to hotels in downtown Cusco takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes in a comfortable vehicle equipped with air conditioning and internet. Everything went well, they answered my messages in a timely manner and were very flexible when we lost our flight and had to be picked up at a different time. On the first pickup the guys were great, vey knowledgeable and attentive even tho we did get lost due to where our airbnb was and Brian giving wrong directions 😂. But everything was good 10/10 would recommend we had fun getting “lost”

Made getting from the airport to the hotel very easy. When we left the airport, our driver was right there with a sign. He helped us with our luggage and was very polite.
1- fizemos check out de hacienda centro para irmos à águas calientes, ao refazer o check in no hotel hacienda Cusco centro, nos colocaram em um quarto que não havia geladeira (precisávamos) e também não havia entretenimento na tv como Netflix e YouTube (não funcionava).
2- ao voltarmos de águas calientes o translado não estava esperando, saímos andando a pé e mandando mensagem pra saber o q houve. Então somente assim o translado nos pegou no meio do caminho.
3- de maneira geral a experiência foi muito boa e valeu a pena a viagem !
