An incredible experience that was an ambition of many years fulfilled with the generous help of our expert guide Alex. He navigated our route through the citadel with valuable information and profound insights in Inca history and culture. He answered all our questions and offered to take marvellous photos of us at key locations. Alex ensured that our visit to this historic site will live long in our memory. All arrangements for the visit were perfect and puntual.

We had a great trip to Machu Picchu. Our tickets were ready for us upon arrival at Aguas Calientes, and the tour operator reached out via WhatsApp a couple days ahead of the tour. The guide we had, Martín, was amazing. We had a great time learning from him and getting to know about MP. Highly recommend!

The tour operator contacted me via WhatsApp in advance. They arranged for Yudi Layme to meet us in our hotel lobby in Aguas Calientes the night before our tour to assist with any questions we had. She then electronically transferred both our Machu Picchu and bus tickets directly to my phone. Having the tickets in hand ahead of time made me feel completely comfortable and reassured that everything was in order. However, I would highly advise tour operators to send out Machu Picchu tickets as soon as the booking is confirmed. This allows travellers to immediately verify that their names, passport numbers, and the dates/times of the hike are correct. I have heard many stories about disappointed tourists traveling all the way from other continents, only to be turned away without seeing what they came for due to booking errors. As for Yudi, she was incredibly friendly, easy-going, and eager to show us around while explaining the lifestyle, culture, and history of the Incas. She also pointed out many strategic photo spots, leaving us with wonderful memories. We chose the afternoon slot, the weather was perfectly clear, and the views were absolutely incredible. Everything went smoothly, and we had a fantastic experience!

Edgar was our guide. He has many many years of experience. This was obvious throughout the 2.5 hours he spent with us. He went into a lot of details on the history and archeology of Machu Pichu. After going through the difficulties of coming to Machu picchu it was nice to learn all about it. I felt bad for the people that didnt have tour guides. They walked quickly through taking pictures of things they dont understand and keep walking. They will go home with a lot of pictures and no clue what they took pictures of. This tour definitely cost more than what people pay for the tour guides they acquire at the begining of the bus stop. But I saw those tour guides just walking and talking (so they could quickly get to their next customer) . They didnt stop a lot like Edgar did and take the time to explain things. So you get what you paid for. We spent a lot of money to get here and I didnt want to skimp on understanding the story behind this wonder of the world. Edgar also took our phones and took lots of pictures at the best spots and viewing points. Would recommend. Bring suntan lotion, wide brim hat, pancho, hiking pants water resistant, metal water bottle to keep water cold, power bank. Back pack , hiking boots, sunglasses

FLY CUSCO PERU Tour team made our Machu Picchu trip very successful! When we booked Machu Picchu tour tickets from them in Feb, they advised us to buy which time train ticket. The day we took train to there, Rayza from fly cuzco Peru sent us all of tickets documents. She kept communicating with us all the time. She told us how to meet their team member in train station. When we arrived, Mr Fernando met us and accompany us to our hotel. He told us take a rest. He will come back at 12:30. At 12.230, he came took us to bus station. We waited around one hour in line, so did him. When we got to bus, he text his team member in Machu Picchu our bus number. When we got off bus, I heard someone called my name. That was tour guide Mr Martin Aranda called me. That time, my husband got sick. He could not go up. Martin was a very care person. He helped my husband seat some place. Then he and me did circuit 2. He is very knowledgeable about all of areas. His English is so good and easy to understand. He told me story and history every places we passed. He help to take photos of me and picked very good photo locations. Few times when we were in good location, he reminded me whatapp my husband and share Machu Picchu beauty with him. I was moved by his care! After we out of bus in town, he was worry about my husband and. accompanied us to hotel. I highly appreciate Fly Cuzco Peru team work, many thanks to all of them.

We booked this private tour of machu picchu absolutely seamless from the time we got off the train in aguas calientes till we returned. Rayza was an excellent booking agent,& communicator we had updates on whatsapp and our guides Fernando who put us on the bus to machu picchu and our guide at the site Ciro was so knowledgeable and knew how to get the perfect pics in the perfect spots. this tour was 5 star, you get so much more one on one instead of a large group and this is a once in a lifetime visit to an incredible location. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful scenery and interesting history. Be sure to carry lots of water and wear sturdy shoes for lots of stairs. Strongly recommend hiring a guide.

We had such a fabulous and beautiful experience with our guide, Carlos Sullcaccori. He was kind, patient, and dedicated to our experience being a great one. We were traveling with two couples and 4 kids (ages 7-17) and Carlos was wonderful at keeping all individuals engaged and while four of us had traveled to Machu Picchu before, we felt we learned so many new things about this magical place and the culture of the Quechuan. When we first ascended to the citadel vantage point (best for *that* photo), the sky was completely white with fog and clouds. Carlos waited with us, telling stories and jokes and sharing information about the citadel until the clouds cleared 15 minutes later and then quickly assembled us for amazing photos of the group. He was an absolute pro at keeping the 8 of us together, even when we were distracted or when the kids were being kids. We are so grateful for the beautiful words, perspective, information, and kindness he shared with us. What an amazing trip!

Our guide was deeply knowledgable, not only about the details of Inca culture and technology, but about the spiritual dimension as well. He was really something of a philosopher as well as tour guide, and responded knowledgable but also thoughtfully to our many questions. He gave us plenty of room for our own contemplation and was generous with his time. He seemed to appreciate that though we wanted some good photos, we also wanted to just be as fully present as possible in this magic place.

Amazing, start to finish! Yudi was a fantastic guide! She was so knowledgeable and efficient! She knew all the best spots for photos and made sure we got a ton of pictures. She was so helpful answering our many questions about everything from plant life to history and more. We are not very athletic and she made sure we moved at a pace we were comfortable with, giving us breaks as needed. Would 100% recommend!

This was a truly incredible tour. Whatsapp communication was very good. We were met at the hotel and taken to the bus up to Machu Picchu where we met our guide Martin who was just sensational. The ticket was for the classic route 2 through the Citadel and Martin's knowledge and enthusiasm for the place was obvious. He also took some amazing photos for us and there was no rush, we had loads of time to absorb the surroundings (and climb up and down a lot of steps!). Thank you Martin for an incredible experience

Our visit to Machu Picchu was unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible tour guide, Martin. From start to finish, Martin impressed us with his deep knowledge of Inca history and the fascinating stories behind the ruins. He had a natural way of making the past come alive, and his passion for the site was truly contagious. What really stood out, though, was Martin’s kindness and attentiveness. My mom was recovering from an arm injury during the trip, and Martin went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and safe every step of the way. His thoughtfulness and care made a big difference, and we’re so grateful for the extra support he provided. Martin is the kind of guide who goes above and beyond, and we can’t recommend him highly enough for anyone planning a visit to Machu Picchu.

It was an amazing experience. We had a great time. The inca citadel was spectacular, very impresive. My kids love it.

Yudi, our guide, was professional and fun as well as being respectful of my limited mobility issues because of the altitude and heart issues. We were very fortunate to have sunshine during our Machu Picchu tour and we could see the surrounding mountains. We know others who were not so fortunate. A personal tour was perfect so that we could move at our own pace and have one-on-one with our knowledgeable guide.

Rayza helped with organizing our tour. There were a few hiccups with communication given our schedule but she was able to accommodate us and things worked out perfectly. She was in constant communication with us. Our tour guide Yudi was phenomenal. We have done a lot of tours over the past years at various places and she was exceptional. Patient, informative and allowed us time to take pictures, explain about Macchu Pichu and the Inca Trail. She gave us great pointers and little known facts about MP and overall was just a vast of knowledge and a pleasure to spend the day with. We recommend this trip and especially Yudi as your guide. Make sure you bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent. We weren’t told this in advance and the mosquitos can be annoying.

Our guide, Jorge, was amazing. He spoke basically fluent English which was great for our group who lacks the ability to speak Spanish well. Everything was on time. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us.

Miguel was the best tour guide we could have asked for. He met us at our hotel in Aguas Calientes and rode the bus up to Machu Picchu together. We completed Circuit 2 and we stopped many times to learn about the history of Machu Picchu and he pointed out many things we would have missed on our own. He tailored the tour to our interests and stopped many times for us to catch our breath. It was nice to have a conversation with the guide rather than be in a group tour where the guide provides info but it is more like an announcement and not a conversation. Our guide also took many many stunning photos of us. This is the best way to experience Machu Picchu, I recommend you book this once in a life time experience!

I wanted to personally thank Juan Carlos for making my visit to Manchu Picchu an unforgettable experience. My experience was great Aroel was knowledgeable he picked us up at hotel and took us to the buses. The walk thru Machu Picchu he answers all my questions and provided history that I was not aware of. This has been a dream for me for 30 years. I recommend the guide tour you miss out on a lot of information if you don't.

Victor was a magnificent guide. Although we did not know Spanish well, he did his best to make us understand by speaking slowly and enunciating the words well. His explanations were exhaustive and he answered every one of our questions. He took wonderful photos of us throughout the journey. Highly recommended!

The guide was great. I asked for a Japanese guide, who was very kind and kind to guide me and taught me in depth about the Incas. The tour was also blessed with good weather, exceeding expectations. I want to participate again.

The tour was well organized in Machu pichu and our guide Martin was excellent, spoke Portuguese detailing the entire history of the place with pictures and books. An unforgettable walk!

It was all in all very interesting and very nice. We were picked up from our hostel and taken to the bus. Upstairs in front of the entrance of Machu Picchu, our German-speaking tour guide picked us up. I would book it again.

Machu Picchu is fantastic. The tour guide was on time, very interested , even with the tickets everything worked smoothly. In some places it was a bit too much narrative for me, I wanted to focus even more on Machu Picchu, but basically everything was okay.

Tremendous and recommended experience. From the beginning they maintained contact with me, the day before departure in Aguascalientes they handed me bus tickets and income to Machu Picchu. Our guide Yudith accompanied us throughout the process and was very enlightening in the doubts we raised. Circuit 2 ride deserves it. Recommended for those who do not want to manage the bus, the guide and the entrance to the city.

J'ai adore ma visite guide a Machu Picchu. Mais....j'avait demande et payer pour le circuit #2. Le lendemain je recoit un message disant qu'il n'y avait pas de place disponible, seulement le circuit #1. Je n'ai pas eu de remboursement et losque je suis arriver a Machu Picchu, mon guide m'a offert le circuit #2 pour 50 soles de plus. Ma copine a aussi payee, alors 100 soles d'extra au guide lorsque en toute verite, j'avait deja payer pour 2 personnes pour se circuit #2.
