The tour begins by picking you up from your hotel in Cusco or Urubamba very early in the morning(from 04:30 to 06:30 am approx) depending on the train option you like (Expedition / Voyager or Vistadome) and the train availability , from Cusco City you will go to the train station of Ollantaytambo for an hour and a half by a private car.
From this traditional town, we take the train to “Aguas Calientes/Machu Picchu Town” during 1 hour and 45 minutes, enjoying the most amazing views during the trip.
In Aguas Calientes a representative of Inca Machu Picchu Tours, will wait for you and You will have a short time to get all ready(here you will buy bottle of waters, snacks, etc) and then we can take the bus that will take us to the Archaeological Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
Once you arrive, our guide will wait for you at the bus station to start our private guided tour for 2:30 hours approx, We will visiting the most important places within the Inca city, You will have free extra minutes to explore Machu Picchu on your own (following the circuit to the exit), after leaving Machu Picchu Inca Site you will have to take the bus back to “Aguas Calientes Town” by your own and then to go to our restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious lunch, finishing You will take by your own the train back to the station of Ollantaytambo or Poroy (according to the train availability), after travelling 1:45 hrs to Ollantaytambo or 3:30 hrs to Poroy, a representative of Inca Machu Picchu Tours will take us back to Cusco, Arriving at night (from 5:30 to 9:30 pm) to your respective hotel.

I took this private tour with my husband and everything went so smoothly from the US booking to the return to the hotel. our hotel pick-up in Cusco, transfer to the train and meeting our guide Jose in Aguas Calientes, it was all seamless. Our driver was a courteous and safe driver, the train ride was amazing, the return was stunning with views, music and dancing, the Machu Picchu tour was superlative. Everything is professionally delivered. I can't think of any other way to improve the experience other than eliminating the rude tourists who seem to only care about taking selfies at the spiritual site. Thanks a lot guys.

We book a private tour with my husband, pre-booked from the US. Yang helped with the booking via email and was responsive, approachable and spoke good English. Customer service is very good! Inca Machu Picchu Tours does a great job ensuring that we get where we need it at the right time. Of course, Machu Picchu is great and must be done. The tour guide felt that we were in a time frame, but he was very patient with my mother and father thank you for all Inca Team.

We had an amazing experience in Machu picchu with these guys.Our travel assistant Yang organize everything for us from purchasing our train tickets, machu picchu entrances and bus tickets, our driver Raul was very helpful, he doesnt speak english but always He try to help. Machu picchu was gorgeous. It was defnitely worth the wait. We love our guide Juan Carlos. He made it enjoyable and was our photographer as well! To start the year 2023 I decided to take a trip to know one of the wonders of the world located in Cusco!!! Despite the regional stoppage in the city, the Inca Machu Picchu Tours agency solved everything:) and took me on an alternate route. I went through several villages like Santa Maria appreciating the pleasant landscapes, we arrived at the Cocalmayo Thermal Baths in Santa Teresa that apart from being beautiful are medicinal, then we arrived at the Machu Picchu Hydroelectric and walked for some hours appreciating the rivers and part of the jungle, it was an intense and interesting hike until reaching the village of Machu Picchu. The next day in the morning we headed towards the citadel of Machu Picchu!!! It was an immense joy to know this majestic place that leaves history, archaeological remains that are part of the wonderful Inca culture in Peru.
The agency was punctual and your tour guide was very fun and with great knowledge of the Inca culture. The vehicles they use for transportation are new and the drivers are very careful and helpful. The gentleman who took us was Yang, a very helpful and charismatic gentleman, 100% recommended.
