Machu Picchu Full Day Tour From Cusco

I had a truly great experience at Machu Picchu thanks to this company. While it was a very long day, I had paid an extra US$70 to go to Circuit 3 on a guided tour. What I didn’t know was that it was a PRIVATE TOUR. My guide, Harold, was excellent and as I am hard of hearing, having him all to myself was excellent. It is a 20-hour day starting at 2:45am and it is unfortunate that the bus ride in both directions is in the dark and we miss seeing the countryside but that cannot be helped on a one-day trip. The morning train ride was breathtaking!!! The communication with the company was excellent and they always responded on WhatsApp within half an hour. The four-hour layover in Águas Calientes was a bit excessive at the end of the day but if one has the energy and money, there’s a lot to see there and the shopping is great. I heartily recommend Machu Picchu Cheap!!!

A long day but worth it. Great that all the organisation was done for me so no stress. My tour guide was fantastic, he was happy to do many photo shoots and was extremely knowledgeable about the sight and wider history. A wonderful day!
