We experienced a full-day trip from Cusco to the iconic Machu Picchu, which was perfect for us. We started with an early morning transfer to Ollantaytambo and took a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes. From there, a short bus ride took us to Machu Picchu, where a professional guide shared with us the history and secrets of the ancient Inca citadel. We enjoyed the breathtaking views, visited the important sites, and took unforgettable photos before returning to Cusco in the evening.

We had an unforgettable full-day trip from Cusco to Machu Picchu. Our expedition began with an early morning transfer to Ollantaytambo, followed by a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes. From there, a short bus ride took us to the majestic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. We explored its ancient temples, terraces, and breathtaking views with a professional guide. After the trip, we returned to Cusco the same day. This all-inclusive trip offered a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.

We booked this trip at least 6 months in advance to ensure we secured a spot. The trip was well organised and the tour company stayed in touch with us from the point of booking all the way through to the end of the trip. The transport was also well organised, with a 3am taxi pick up from our hotel in Cusco to take us to Cusco station to get the bus to Ollantaytambo train station. This took about 2.5h before we boarded the train to Machu Picchu Pueblos station (Aguas Calientes) which took another 1.5h. Here we met the tour guide (Anthony) who accompanied us to the site on the 25m bus ride. All tickets were sorted in advance and provided electronically on WhatsApp. The tour of Machu Picchu (MP) took approximately 2h with Anthony taking us to all the key points on Circuit 2. This is the best circuit of the 3 available but we did not have the choice when booking so it turned out just fine. Anthony was well informed and provided a great insight into the history of the citadel and also was at hand to take the many many photos we wanted. The return journey took a lot longer and with a tight connection at Ollytantambo back to Cusco, we were worried about missing the bus however, it is clear that PeruRail own the trips and the bus waited until all passengers from the delayed train from MP arrived. A taxi was waiting for us at Cusco to take us back to the hotel, all included in the booking. A fabulous day for us and a bucket list item well and truly ticked. Thank you to Anthony and the tour company for making this a seamless tour and one for us to remember for a long time!

the guide did not speak a word of English and the agent who boooked us knew that we inly spoke english . a member of the group tried to translate but this was rather inconvenient and not always a correct translation. the drive back was horrendous with 4 persons squeezed into a car that was meant only for 3 on a 3 hour drive . lack of communication and confusion on the return leg

I was a bit disappointed and frustrated with this Machu Pichu tour. I planned this tour for myself and my husband. Usually tours have guides upon arrival and through the duration of the tour. I was sent tickets for the bus ride and train ride at the last minute the night before. We showed up at the bus and we were on our own to figure it out. We arrived at the train station and there was a guide just to show us what line to get on for the train ride. Then we arrived at Machu Pichu and had no idea if we were getting a guide or not. After 30 minutes of waiting our guide was in the park waiting for us. No one gave us direction and it was very very confusing.

The tour to Machu Picchu was made easy by this tour. All tickets were bought and coordinated by the agents. We might be able to do this by ourselves much cheaper but you pay for the convenience and stress free of the tour. Machu Picchu is, of course, spectacular! Even if it’s hard to go to, it’s worth seeing.

I had originally booked this tour with Viator and they never confirmed with the previous vendor until I reached out and was told no availability. I googled another site and found get guide and immediately downloaded the app and booked the same tour. Of course the request was denied for the date I had requested but the biggest difference with this vendor (Viajes Speedy Tour), they took care of me by offering an alternative date if I could change my reservation and arrive in Cusco a day early. It cost me quite a bit more, but it was well worth it. Beto was beyond fantastic, he stayed up late and got me all the tickets I needed to make my birthday trip a reality. This was one of my bucket lists wish and thanks to Beto and his tour company, I got to see Machu Picchu. He even sent me a taxi at 4am so I’ll be safe. I’m forever grateful and thankful for the above and beyond service. My tour guide was also amazing. Thank you.

Our tour to Machu Picchu was incredible. Edgar, our guide, was patient and knowledgeable. The itinerary was greatly planned. Seeing Machu Picchu was breathtaking, and learning about all the history opened our eyes as to why it is considered one of the seven wonders of the world. We are deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience! The ATV ride to Rainbow Mountain was super fun. They give you a quick briefing on how to handle the quads and keep you safe, with two guides, one leading and one following. Climbing up to the rainbow mountain at 5,000 meters can be tough if you’re not used to the altitude, but the Edgar was always there to help. Totally recommend this tour and would definitely do it again!

This company was impeccable.! Great communication, very adaptable and accommodating. We have had some experience in tours as well as the enjoyment of off road vehicles. This was the best of both combined. The views are breathtaking, as expected! The tour guide was fun and we learned some fun facts about the history along the way. Riding the trails was so much fun. Machu Picchu is incredibly amazing. I took two tours with Viajes Speedy and everything went exactly as planned with transportation on time, the guide waited for us at the Aguas Calientes station and from there I toured circuit 2 with the guide. The guide was fantastic.

La organización bastante nefasta. La noche de antes nos llaman para ofrecernos un tour privado pagando más porque había problemas de transporte…luego comprobamos que no era así, por lo que entendimos que nos quisieron engañar. Al llegar al pueblo de Aguas Calientes a las 08.20 horas de la mañana, nos dicen que nos recogerán a las 10 (nuestra hora de entrada según el ticket). Nos recogieron a las 11 horas después de muchas llamadas y mensajes porque nadie nos hacía caso y estábamos desesperados. Finalmente, entramos en el turno de las 12 horas…Horrible experiencia con esta agencia.

Pessima experiência com a empresa viator e a terceirizada ( turismo Speed. Estou aguardando me devolverem o meu dinheiro . Era um sonho ir conhecer as ruínas. Comprei 02 pacotes do passeio para eu e meu esposo , totalizando 4.039 REAIS. Não teve o passeio . Acordei 2 da manhã e Cheguei em macchu picchu e não tinha guia ( até agora não apareceu ) . Eu entrei em contato com a agência de turismo ( falou que ia comunicar ao guia - mas que até agora não apareceu ) . Uma pessoa me ligou pedindo para eu comprar o bilhete de bus das 9:00 pq eu teria que chegar na montanha até as 10:00. Gente eu entrei no parque arqueológico correndo procurando para que lado eu tinha que ir . Até que fui informada que o ingresso era para o circuito 1 ( este circuito é o mais difícil acesso . Somente atletas fazem Porque tem + de 3000 metros de altitude em subida sob pedras. Então não fiz por que fiquei com medo de passar mal e me Perder e sem guia. O que eu iria fazer ? Tentei entrar nas ruínas , fui barrada por que o meu ingressei não dava acesso. Então fiquei sentada chorando sem ver nada sem ter acesso a nada sem ninguém para me auxiliar . Não desfrutei do sonho de ir ver as ruínas de Machu pichu . Lembrando que paguei 4039,00 reais . Enfim fiquei o dia inteiro esperando o trem de volta , dia desperdiçado , pq eu poderia fazer outro passeio em Outra agencia . Suplico que viator me devolva o dinheiro pois não fiz o passeio . Caso não haja devolução , vou procurar meus direitos com um bom Advogado . NAO INDICO COMPRAREM . São irresponsáveis , é só querem O seu dinheiro . Águardando retorno da empresa viator .
