We trusted this company because of its publicity and favorable reviews, but the trip for my husband and I and a couple of friends, did not turn out as we expected. Transfers and hotels did not go as agreed. They twice sent a small taxi where the bags of the four could not fit. We did not contemplate our age to be located in an accessible place in Aguas Calientes. The hotel in Cuzco was changed and we were sent to another where the room lacked windows. On a tour we were not given breakfast. The Macchu Picchu entry came at the last minute and we claimed it. We are very disappointed in this company.

The service was extremely personalized, I made a last minute reservation and every second they were super attentive always pending every detail of the itinerary, the hotels, they gave me a tour of the center of Cuzco. They made us feel welcome from the first moment they made us feel welcome!! We were given tips to manage the height as we are from Costa Rica and were not used to it. Everything was wonderful! I only have to recommend them 100% If I return I would not hesitate to recommend them again!
