I can't imagine organizing visiting Machu Picchu by myself. There are so many moving parts - drive, train, bus, tour guide, tickets to Machu Picchu - so I'm happy I got this tour. I didnt have to worry about anything especially having to acclimate to the altitude was already too much to worry about. The coordinator was also really helpful and responded very quickly when we had an emergency where I thought I lost our tickets. Seeing Machu Picchu in personal is indescribable. Highly recommend to go and highly recommend this tour.

This is an amazing experience and takes all the work out of planning your trip to Machu Picchu. Everything gets booked, multiple forms of transportation to and from Cusco, a wonderful guide (ours was Miki, he was excellent, and easy going) and truly responsive concierge service from Karina. This is worth every penny. We didn’t want to stay in Aquas Calient, so this was a simple way to get to site from Cusco in one day. Everyone from drivers to guides communicated with me so I knew what to expect.

We had the most amazing experience at Machu Picchu - one of the highlights of our trip to Peru! Thanks to Aremika Travel, everything was so seamless. We got all our tickets & a detailed itinerary in advance. We were picked up by private car & taken to the train station. The train via Inca Rail was an unreal experience!!! The most gorgeous views!!!!! The guide, Henry, was so informative & took really good care of us. One of the members in my group struggled to walk & Henry made sure my friend was seated while we waited for the bus. Henry also went at a slow pace to accommodate my friend. It was one of the best experiences in Peru.

We had a great experience! Clear communication. Smooth transportation and transitions between transportation. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely easier and simpler to book the entire day as a package vs. trying to make all the arrangements ourselves. Just a great day!

This was an amazing experience from start to finish! There is a lot of transportation involved when doing a day trip from Cusco and the team was really informative and communicated everything we needed to know about our itinerary the day before. We didn’t have to worry about any of the logistics and were able to just fully enjoy the day! Our guide Daniel was AMAZING and super informative throughout the tour, we did Circuit 2 and were able to see both the panoramic top level views & actually go inside the citadel and learn about all the different areas and why they were built! Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to do a day trip from Cusco! Also worth noting we opted for the later time slot which got us to Machu Picchu around 2:30pm and the view was completely sunny and clear and there wasn’t many crowds, it was great!

Considering what a popular tourist destination it is, a Machu Picchu trip is surprisingly tricky to plan — it usually involves trains, buses, AND lengthy transportation to and from Ollantaytambo from Cusco if you’re staying there. It felt much easier to allow an experienced travel agency handle the logistics for us, and we are very glad we chose Aremika Travel for it. The trip was as seamless as possible. Our coordinator, Carina, was extremely detailed in sharing our itinerary and providing all necessary tickets and info in one place. On the day of the tour, she also checked in to make sure everything was going according to plan. (It did!) The guide and taxi drivers Aremika booked for us were all prompt, kind, and professional. Our guide Pavel went the extra mile in ensuring we got the most out of our tour. I hope to do Machu Picchu again someday — it really is that amazing, and pictures can’t do it justice. When I return, another booking with Aremika will be the first thing on my list.

What an incredible experience. Machu Picchu speaks for itself, it's simply amazing to be there and see for yourself what the Inca's built, and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. As for the tour, I left the tour absolutely impressed. It was a door to door experience and there were so many logistics between hotel pickup, bus, train and entrance tickets, and the return trip. Everything was explained to me very well and at no time did I not know what to expect. Our tour guide Carlos, we adored. So knowledgeable about Machu Picchu history and significance. I learned a lot and left with great appreciation. Worth every dollar. I would recommend Aremika travel to family and friends without hesitation.

I was a solo traveller and nerves can get the best of you specially with plenty of connecting transports. Never did i felt lost nor stressed - it felt i was travelling with family where I was being checked regularly to make sure that I will be in time for the next step. I was met by a staff for a check in or updated via WhatsApp. I commend the team for their team being a well oiled machine. Communication is well above and beyond. Amazing! I did this tour on my birthday and Carina made it very special by coordinating a sweet treat with incarail. It was a long day but worth it! It’s a bit pricey but booking through an agent makes it a bit less stressful :) muchas gracias!

It was an amazing experience! By far on my favorites!

Getting to Machu Picchu from Cusco needs a lot of organising: two taxis (from hotel to the bus), two trains and four buses. You could book this (and also the Machu Picchu entrance ticket and a Machu Picchu guide) yourself, but then you would need a holiday. Carina at Aremika Travel sorted this lot out very efficiently and the trip worked very well. She was in touch through the day, supplied tickets for each step via WhatsApp, issued a detailed itinerary and made sure someone was in hand to guide me through the trickiest bit, getting from the train in Aguas Calientes to the bus up to Machu Picchu where my guide (the excellent Maria) was waiting. For the last leg my taxi driver requested my live location via WhatsApp and was ready when needed. Simples! You could save money by not using an agent but then you would definitely need to book a lot of separate tickets and possibly miss the trains and buses and then get to Machu Picchu at the wrong time. I have heard you would be refused entry in that case but don't know the reality.😕. Certainly every stage of the trip was timed: I had to be on specific trains and buses so having an itinerary planned with experience definitely helps. It was a great day: be aware that even if the weather forecast predicts thunderstorms, as it did for my trip, you might get perfect sunshine, as it did for my trip. Of course the opposite is also likely ...

The whole process went seamless. There is a lot of logistics included but they communicated clearly every step of the way. My tour was early. Hotel pick up was 4 a.m. from Cusco. Machu Pichu entrance was 9.am. the guide was waiting by the entrace. He was very knowledgable and passionate about Inca culture. I had a great time and learned a lot about this incredible place. Recomend sunblock, hat, and be able to take some layers of clothes off. This place is at a lower elevation than Cusco so it gets very hot. Bring water. Once inside, no vendors and no bathrooms. After this great tour the bus will drop you in the town where you can have some typical peruvian food before boarding the train back.

The whole process went smoothly eventhough, there was a lot of logistics involved. The tour guide for machu pichu itself was exceptional. Super knowledgable plus you can tell he really enjoys history so he was very engaging. Machu Pichu itself is everything one thinks of and them some. It is not just the ruins but the entire scenery is totally breathtaking. Plus to but there were two wild resident llamas just hanging around up there. Once the tour is done you catch the bus down to the town where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. It is important to remember that there are no bathrooms upthere so plan accordingly because you will be drinking lots of water.

This is a fantastic trip to an incredible site. You get picked up at the hotel and guided through the train and bus rides. The guide spoke clear English and was hospitable. It’s a pricy trip unfortunately, but it’s a must do in Peru.

Everything worked like a Swiss clock from the picking up from the hotel, boarding on the train and be greeted by a superb tour guide who was passionate about his heritage and demonstrated a in depth knowledge of the Inca civilisation and customs. Harold is the tour guide. Make sure you have him on your tour around matchu pitchu as Harold is NOT the usual tour guides one gets on these tours. Our guide was great! Train ride no food or internet. I the train did not look. I like it did on picture. It was not what they advertised on viator. Make sure you have all of your tickets for the plus train and to enter into the park. No one gave the directions from train to how to get on the bus

The Machu Picchu trip was an absolutely incredible experience! Our tour guide Hamilton was absolutely incredible and had a well rounded knowledge of the historical site. The length of the tour was well paced giving time for photos and questions but also not too drawn out.

Excellent experience, very well organized, great communication from the moment they pick you up from the hotel, to the time they drop you off after an amazing and magic experience They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and it was all planned very well. Also the train, bus and Machupicchu visit went well. I was traveling solo, and met a beautiful Rio platense, but I would suggest to go with your soul mate, it is a magical experience. First of all: We made a mistake with the date, and Aremika Travel managed to rebook everything the day before our visit. We are extremely grateful for that! The trip itself was wonderful. Everything was on time. Nice car, nice people everywhere. We were lucky to be in a small group (4 pax) with a super guide. Partly cloudy and some drizzle, but that gave us some fantastic mysterious pictures. Don't skip the trip only because you are afraid of bad weather. Our experience: It was fantastic anyway!
