Rogelio was a wonderful guide. It was chilly in the morning at such a high altitude. He even brought oxygen, but luckily none of us needed it. I wish I had better gloves. It soon warmed up and only the uphill part of the ATV was cold. This gets you extremely near the top on a motorcycle for the last bit. The hike down was pleasant and the views were incredible. We then took the ATV’s off-road to a fantastic view of Ausangate, a 20,000 foot majestic Andean peak and here nobody but our small group was around. Good food and an excellent experience.

We had an awesome trip to Rainbow Mountain! The regular bus tour seemed too boring to us, so we decided to go on the ATVs—best decision ever. It was so much fun zipping through the countryside, and it was way more relaxing than hiking for hours. Our guide Rogelio was absolutely top! Super friendly, laid-back, and he showed us spots and viewpoints you’d never see on the standard tour. Thanks to that, we had the scenery all to ourselves in some places, without all the crowds of tourists. He really made sure the day was unforgettable. The organization was stress-free, and the adventure was worth every penny. This trip is a must do. But at a young age. My husband and I breath when we got to the 7 color mountain. That's no one's fault. But it is amazing.

The best agency I did trips in Peru. They gave us all the explanations needed for us to enjoy the trip and took all the necessary safety measures. The trip up to the mountain is fast with the ATV and the rest we go by motorcycle and just 5 min walking, that was really easy. We arrive before mostly of the orher travellers so we can get pictures and enjoy the view without a crowd.

Everything about this tour is great. The very early morning pick up is worth it! Our group took a nap during the van ride to the Rainbow Mountain area (about 3 hours). The hot breakfast and lunch buffets were delicious. The ATV rides were awesome. They take time to teach you how to operate the ATVs and ensure you are a safe driver before hitting the trail. We were mostly prepared for the cold, but the wind while driving ATV can make temperature even lower so plan accordingly with thick gloves, hat, scarf, mask, etc… Visibility of the mountain varies. However, there is a lot happening at the viewpoint with llamas, alpacas, and other things to photograph. They also sell warm drinks and snacks at the viewpoint. As for hiking/walk, the last leg of the incline to get to the highest point is pretty steep, but manageable if you pace yourself. We saw Red Valley from the top. The second half of the excursion is an ATV ride to a more private valley where you see many alpacas and llamas grazing. Notably, you will not know your exact pick up time until the evening before your tour. I think everyone is picked up between the 3am-4am window. Our pick up time was 3:45am and they communicated this through What’s app the day before. Highly recommend!

I would recommend for this tour and tour agency to be removed from listings on Trip Advisor and Viator. The breakfast was freezing cold in a hut on the way up, where we also had lunch on the way down. It was fine, but not comfortable or above average. We did not get to ride the ATVs to the top as clearly stated in the tour listing and instead were offered to hike up or pay extra for a motorbike ride (something they clearly advertise as to why this trip is different than others, because other trips “make you hike 2 hours”). We refused as we had paid for the “5 minute walk,” but other people either paid the extra or did the hike. Our tour guide ended up paying for us to go up and tried to charge us again coming down, which we refused again. After attempting to argue with us, he ended up paying the drivers and said he would follow-up with the company who eventually said they would “cover it.” As if we already weren’t getting what we paid for, and they were doing us a favor. Come to find out that people in our group had all paid for different tours. It’s as if our tour was downgraded without us knowing. Another couple had paid for a tour that required 30 soles per person for a motorbike trip up and down the mountain and were forced to pay 180 soles for 2 people. It seems like a scam that is being run by this company with false advertising, just to see if they can get away with it. I will be following up with Viator to ensure that this company is not allowed continue these false advertisement and scam activity.

We had an amazing atv tour of Rainbow mountain with a group of 7 friends! We each had our own atv which was easy to operate and we got to practice beforehand. A quick 20 min ride up and then a 10 min hike up to the top viewpoint. The altitude is noticeable so recommend taking the atvs which are also just fun!

They are getting a two star review only because the actual tour (from the moment we reached rainbow mountain) was decent. The ATV was fun and there were good views of the rainbow mountain. After that, we had one hour to walk around the top instead of trekking all the way. However, if I have to rate the tour agency itself, it's definitely one star. 1. Comms and pick up - The day before, they asked me if I wanted a 3am/4am pick up, the difference being the 3am pick up means we are the first batch on rainbow mountain, so I chose that. I was told to wait for my pick up at 310am. The driver was nowhere to be seen after 15 mins and we were standing in the cold. I contacted the tour operator who said there was some issue. The taxi finally came at 350am. - Would be useful if we were told what to prep for rainbow mountain because it was really cold at the top. I had to Google what other reviewers said 2. Wrong tour description - They need to update their website because they said we would "return to Cusco and hotel drop off approx 12pm". I chose them because this meant I had the afternoon free. However, I checked in again the day before and they told me it takes about 12 hours so I should be back around 3pm. Also, we would be dropped at the square rather than hotel. I don't have any issue if it was clearly stated in the description but this was not the case. 3. Unsafe - Enroute to rainbow mountain, there was a roadblock. Our driver got arrested for having a false ID! The van had to be driven to the police station and all of us had to wait there for an hour for a replacement vehicle. We ended up reaching Cusco back at 530pm instead. While the back up driver tried his best, this definitely put a dent in the whole experience. Do not recommend.

This tour was the perfect tour for me, I had a short amount of time, and this tour was perfect, for two reasons, one of them is that it was on an ATV so it sped up everything, second is that I chose the short route, so this avoids the long trail. Speedy Tours Offers Both & long or a short route, whatever accommodates the tourist. Also worth mentioning, they offered a 3am tour which is a little earlier than usual, but you beat all the other tourists. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely incredible experience. Edgar was very attentive and helpful throughout. He provided lots of useful and interesting information, answered all of our questions, and knew all the best spots to get the best photos. He also volunteered to take photos for us so we have so many wonderful photos without having to resort to selfies or ask other random visitors to the mountain.

The views were great, the food was delicious, and our guide, Edgar, showd us all of the best photo spots. He made sure that the trip was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would absolutely book with this guide again!

The company does not communicate very well with the guides and we were picked up way earlier than when we were supposed to be at 4 AM. We also had to send the address we needed to be picked up at about 10 times to several different people in the company and they still went to the wrong place. After all the chaos, it was a great time and we all enjoyed Rainbow Mountain a lot! It was a quick ride up the mountain on the ATVS and there was breakfast and lunch provided as well.

Me and my partner took this tour and enjoyed every second of it! I was so worried about the altitude and that we have to walk, we literally walked for less than 5 mins and arrived at the top! Our tour guide Edgar, was amazing! Showed us the good spots for taking pictures and always stayed close and caring! The whole experience of riding the road in Peruvian mountains on an ATV, seeing the sceneries, breathing in the air, passing the lamas and alpacas on the way, exceptional! Me and my partner love adventurous activities, riding ATVs wasn’t difficult at all and had a bit of adventure added, but also I 100% rather to ride on ATVs rather than a bus! We loved our experience and didn’t even feel the altitude!

The agency that served me was wonderful, guide always explained things in Spanish and English. The ride vehicle was also good.

TERRIBLE, never take this tour, the tour was at 4 am and they wrote to me the day before at 9 pm to tell me they were picking me up at 2:50 am, they had moved it to 3 am. The car LOUSY condition, had no air and had to go with legs almost hugged to be able to sit and I am 1.60 cm tall not to fit in a mini van, zero explanations of the mountain and the bike was bad, I had to tell my boyfriend to drive it because it has an internal fault that does not even allow to put the changes.

Please no security in 5 minutes explain to you how the bike works, they let minors drive. Everyone screaming doesn't even understand each other. Life's better not to walk There's no medical emergency in case something happens.

The mountain itself is very nice no worries. But it’s better to do Palcoyo because here it’s caught tourist as possible! We leave very early in the morning breakfast very well but then it is quad with men who think that women do not know how to drive. Very macho! Quad tour nice but not much interest because all the tourist buses pass us in front. Horses or motorcycles to help us ride but you have to pay otherwise 50 min walk. But of course we walked! Quads stop far down, otherwise we still have to pay 200 soles! Pure hustle!

It is definitely the best , the best option in our case we went super early when the mountain was practically empty , climbed it in quadricycles in less than 25 min a SUPER experience and more without the crowds of people. All super quiet good breakfast.

First of all It was an unforgettable experience, mixing normal tourism with a share of adventure and adrenaline when driving ATVs. We booked more than a month in advance and were always quick to respond and accurate with the information delivered. Once in Cusco we were picked up at the hotel and set off on a journey! We met our driver Boni and our Guide Edgar, both very attentive informed and proactive for any questions or concerns we had. The trip is long but it was comfortable, as the vehicle was very spacious, (which this time was only for my girlfriend and I) and I must highlight Boni's good driving. Finally as for the climb to the mountain, I can only say good things, the bikes complied excellent, Edgar gave us an induction with subsequent practice in the quadricycles, and then begin the adventure. Along the way you can see majestic landscapes and a lot of fauna, intermediate stops are made informative and obvious to take many photos, in which Edgar always offers kindly to take them, to get to the final part of the route where you climb the mountain in our case on motorbikes of locals to walk 5 min to the viewpoints of the colorful mountain, having more than an hour to take more photos and appreciate the Andean beauty. Thank you very much for the beautiful tour and the fun experience you gave us, we absolutely recommend it if you want to see beautiful landscapes and live feel the adrenaline of driving through them.

Punctual and helpful staff. Riding the quad-cycle was quite calm and safe. The place is amazing the route is beautiful! Breakfast and lunch very simple (do not create expectations) more is ok... It was sensational to get to the top of the mountain comfortably! It's worth it!

We arrived at the agreed time and place and we didn't see anyone coming to pick us up we were waiting 11⁄2 hours and calling and sending WhatsApp messages communicating that no one has come and calling them on the phone and no one answered or picked up the phone
