It was a fantastic experience. Wilber and the driver were excellent. Wilber was very knowledgeable and shared so much information with us. We enjoyed every stop of the tour and Wilber’s explanation of everything that we saw. He was very accommodating to our requests as well.

Experience was great! Orginally reached out to coordinate airport transport to my hotel in Cusco. After realizing how easy they were to work with, I booked ALL my transfer with them and also luggage transports. I booked over 6 different services during my time in Cusco and Sacred Valley. Cusco Private Transport company provided great service for our group - organize our transport to the Sacred valley and Rainbow mountain. The vehicle was in perfect condition, very clean and comfortable. The drivers were very punctual and communicative, and also flexible with the stops for rest and pictures. Our family absolutely loved the transport services provided by Cusco Private Transport and coordinated by Mr. Hilario! He provide lots of reassurance the whole time from start to finish. He was upfront from the very beginning in providing a reasonable quote for the services. Communication was very easy via Whats App. We used the service for airport and hotel transfers, tours of the Sacred Valley, and Humantay Lake. Jhon, one of the drivers and guides, was absolutely amazing! Jhon was so accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. He provided lots of history and knowledge of the Sacred Valley and only took us to places to where we wanted to go. Jhon did not try to steer us into places/vendors where we didn't want to. Our entire family (including the kids) loved Jhon!

This is the best private transportation that we could ask for in Cusco. The driver picked us up from the airport and did the 2 hour commute to take us to the train station so we could go to Machu Picchu. They were professional, incredibly friendly, made us feel safe, and got us to our destination on time. Once I returned from Machu Picchu, they picked me up from the train station and got me to the airport right on time! Definitely recommend!

We used Cusco Private Transport for all of our tours around Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu, and we had an incredible experience. A huge shoutout to our driver, David, and our guide, Yesica! They were always right on time and incredibly professional. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Yesica and David went above and beyond to cater to our children's needs, keeping them engaged and adjusting the pace whenever necessary. David is a very safe driver, and Yesica is a wonderfully knowledgeable and patient guide. Highly, highly recommend this team if you are visiting Peru!

Our guide Victor was reliable, friendly, trustworthy and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was a problem. Victor stopped at a couple of sites along the way to our accommodation so we could take some photos. An amazing experience where we felt very safe.

Hilario and his team took care of all our transportation needs over a week long period. This included airport pickup to Ollantaytambo, daily trips to various Sacred Valley sites, return to Cusco and daily site transportation for 9 Gringos. We asked for driver only as our oldest son is well versed in Inca history and site specific information. They were very flexible and accommodating with various changes in plans. Their van easily fit our group and the driver stayed with us all day patiently waiting at each site.

Our service was impeccable. Communication was perfect. Our driver was amazing. We even had to change last minute because of other transportation issues and our driver slept in his car to wait for us the next morning. I wish this company existed in the United States. We would use them any opportunity we could.

We just finished our private transport / tour with Christian from Cusco Private Transport and had the best time. He was incredible and offered a wealth of knowledge at each stop in the sacred valley from Cusco on the way to Ollantaytambo. Our travel schedule was tight as we had to make our train in the early afternoon in Ollantaytambo, but he was able to work with us to be able to see all of the stops we wanted and then some and still make the train with time to spare! He was able to get us to the best spots and without the crowds and even acted as our personal photographer along the way. I could not recommend this service enough compared to the group tour options.

Had a fantastic private day trip for 2 in the Sacred valley with our driver Frank. We had a great ride with Ilario through the Sacred Valley. He picked us up on time in a clean and spacious van. At one point one of my party realized they didn’t have their passport over an hour into the drive. Ilario immediately called the hotel we were picked up from who were able to find the passport in my friends suitcase. Without skipping a beat Ilario took charge of the situation and told us not to worry he would have someone deliver it to us at our final destination with him in Ollataytambo and we continued on our way through the Sacred Valley and making all our planned stops.
