Easily my favorite cooking class of all time! The small class size created a great atmosphere to connect with the other group and our wonderful instructor, Daniel, who was so warm and expert in Peruvian cuisine. Everything we made, especially the ceviche, was some of the best food and drinks we’ve had in Peru. Do not hesitate to book!

We had a wonderful evening with Fernando. After researching a number of different cooking classes that were longer, I realized I needed a shorter cooking class to fit in our schedule. This class fits the dinner hour - it was informative, a great value, and highly entertaining. If you feel tight on time, this is your class!

A bunch of my friends and I participated in this class and had a blast! It was the perfect amount of time and a great way to spend an evening in Cusco. The location was easy to find and near the center of town. The rooms were very clean and cute. Our chef Fernando was AMAZING!! He did the entire class in both English and Spanish and made sure everyone was accommodated and had a great time. He was funny and lots of fun! We all had a great time, especially with the flaming woks, and I highly recommend this class!

Me and my partner had some much fun. We learned have to make ceviche and lomo saltado. We also made chilcano. Chef Fernando was the best. He’s a great teacher and chef!

We would 100% recommend this cooking class Our chef Fernando was a fantastic instructor. He made us laugh and learn! In my opinion, it was the best ceviche and lomo saltado that I’ve had yet in Peru. We got a taste of both the history of the dish and the fresh ingredients that bring so much flavor!

I had a great time learning to make the foods of Peru (ceviche & lomo saltado)! In just an hour an a half, I became a better chef and can’t wait to use these skills at home - you cannot miss this experience!

This cooking experience was included as an excursion for a tour of Peru with EF GoAhead. It was amazing! It was completely hands on, exciting and so much fun! The recipes were easy to follow and DELICIOUS! We made Peruvian ceviche, a beef dish with vegetables, rice and potatoes, and a delicious cocktail. The instructors were knowledgeable and entertaining. I highly recommend!

The chef was personable and great at explaining everything. The experience was so fun and informative between the ceviche and the lomo. Plus we got to learn how to make both with specificity.

Fernando was a great chef and host. I was the only participant and he made the experience lively and enjoyable. He kept me laughing throughout night.

I did a 10 day trip to Peru and this was easily my second favorite part only behind Machu Picchu. Jose and his kitchen are wonderful. He made the class so entertaining and we got to appreciate the culinary history and ingredients and the food was so good. 1000% recommend for anyone spending time in Cusco

We were excited to experience our cooking class but due to a circumstance out of the hosts control it did not go ahead. When we alerted them, the host was incredibly helpful, kind and made sure we were sufficient compensated right away - it really put faith in the experience.

Brilliant experience at the cooking class. The dishes were varied and incredibly tasty. Fernando was superb - incredibly funny, knowledgeable and engaging. His teaching style was spot on and he was genuinely interested in us as people. Highly recommend this experience!

Me and my boyfriend joined cooking class with Christina and Jorge (not sure how to spell the name correctly, apologies!) and it was absolutely AMAZING!! We learned how to make delicious ceviche, Lomo Saltado and pisco sour! Christina is an amazing person with so much love, passion and great energy! She told us so many interesting staff about Peru and its kitchen! We loved all of it. We were a small group and Christina, our chef, did a great job of teaching us not only the cooking, but the origin of each dish. Two dishes (ceviche et lomo saltado), but very elaborate recipe, which were delicious. Even included flames! Great experience.

Chef Alejandro was exceptional. My wife and I have taken several cooking classes in the past yet our experience with him was head and shoulders above the rest. His knowledge of Peruvian history and how it has influenced the cuisine of the region was mesmorizing and the perfect pairing for the delicious meal he taught us to prepare. On a trip where where explored parts of Lima, Puerto Maldonado, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and the Rainbow Mountains, our class with Alejandro might have been the highlight of the entire thing. Thanks for helping to make our anniversary trip so memorable and special!

We did this cooking class while we were in Peru and it was one of our absolute highlights. Jose was such a wonderful host who taught us how to cook traditional Peruvian dishes. He was funny, informative and made the class extremely enjoyable. The dishes we cooked were so delicious and they were easy enough to replicate back at home.

Jose is a chef, mixologist and true entertainer. The group had the best time being taught some classic Peruvian dishes, and we had a proper laugh whilst we cooked, drank and ate our own dishes that Jose expertly moved us through. An absolute highlight of our trip to Cusco and must do for any food lover.
