Cusco Airport Shared Arrival Transfer

The pickup was seamless! Bright yellow sign, they texted my phone to tell me they were there. Single traveler! Worked perfect. Will book again!

The whole process was smooth. Before hand communication was clear. Once i arrived, they were waiting and off we went.

I scheduled the time for pick up and gave my flight information . They arrived 6:30 pm , not am . I also contacted them the night before that my plane be arriving slightly earlier , no response . I ended up taking a taxi . Later that evening they send me a message that I was a no show and they will not refund my money . I looked on WhatsApp and notice my message was sti unread . I screen shot the message and explained I reached out , again no response . I sent a message back , again no response . They replied sorry it was my day off . I a was not responded my money .

We arrived at 1am and were so happy to see our name on the sign and our driver ready to go. Communication was easy and precise. Highly recommend.

The transfer from the airport in Cusco to our hotel was great. They were there to pick us up right as we exited the terminal. The ride was fast and efficient, and the driver was friendly and informative. An A+ all around.

The experience was great! The guide Jonatan, waited on me patiently as there was a delay due to the big customs queue, and the driver was quite excellent and took me all the way to my hostel.

Booking with Viator is a zip. Communications after the booking until pickup was crisp and there was no hiccups. Our guide and driver were waiting for us at the airport and took us to our hotel without any issues.

Was fabulous!! Had a sign easy to spot. Nice vehicle. The driver and co worker were pleasant. They called our hostel and were told too late to receive us. She told them you can't leave them in the street. Thankful arrangements were made.

Fernando was really nice and punctual. The vehicle was nice and very comfortable. I was concerned at first about my safety arriving very early in the morning in an unfamiliar place, but Fernando made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this service company again without a doubt.

Driver did not show up even after countless calls and emails was sent to the vendor. It was 11pm and we were left STRANDED in a new country.

John and team had to wait 5 hours for our delayed flight from Lima, but were very friendly, professional, courteous, and polite anyway. During the drive to the hotel, John explained many things about Cusco and gave us a good overview of what to see and do.

Wehad a great experience with this service. We booke well in advance of our travel and rexeiced up-to-date communication from the company. Prior tonarrival the guide contacted us via email and Whats App and ket us knkw he woukd be at the arrival terminal with a sign. He was, and on the way to the hotel he gave us some insight on the area ans places we should. Highky recommended.

Upon arrival they were so many personnel at the baggage claim asking for a taxi ride. I was told our driver was outside waiting on us. Once we received our bags we were taking to our apartment in Cusco very quickly.

Everything: from communication to transfer experience was great. We were met at the airport arrivals and provided with a comfortable van. Our driver was nice and knowledgeable. Event though we chose an option "Spanish speaking driver only", the driver knew English, which was a comfortable addition to our experience. I would recommend this company to anyone!

These guys were top notch. Very communicative before we arrived, and they were there on time. Very well marked as to who they were, and our guide, Miguel, was very pleasant. Sometimes you never know what you’re going to get with transportation company, but these guys were on point.

Couldn’t have had a better experience with this group. They were waiting for us at the airport when we landed. Easy communication via WhatsApp. Our Machu Picchu trip was at risk of being cancelled due to protests and the trains being stopped the day we arrived. Lila went out of her way to reach out to us to tell us the trains were running again 2 days after picking us up from the airport. She was very kind and compassionate.
