Best experience ever! It is nice to go to a place like this and almost seeing no other people except for our incredible team of David, Betto, Erica and Michael.

Day 1
1
Pick up from your hotel in Cusco between 4:30 am, to drive you across the Andes towards Capuliyoc, arriving at approximately 8:30 am. After breakfast, start a 4-hour trek downhill from Capuliyoc (9550 ft / 2911 m) to our lunch spot at Chiquiska (1893m / 6210 ft). Along the way, you can enjoy some absolutely stunning views of the Apurimac canyon - one of the deepest in Peru, and spectacular panoramas of the different landscapes: from the highlands of Peru to the dense vegetation of the cloud forest. After lunch we continue our journey for another 2 hours down to Playa Rosalina (1478m / 4849ft), your tents and a hot drink will be waiting for you. Here we will have dinner and camp for the night. Distance: 10.8 km / 6.7 miles Approximate Hiking Time: 6 hours Highest Elevation Crossed: 2,911 m / 9,550 ft Camp Elevation: 1,478m / 4,849 ft Meals: Breakfast, snack, lunch & dinner Accommodations: Camping Difficulty: Moderate
Day 2
2
After breakfast, You will cross a suspension bridge over the Apurimac canyon and start a 4-hour hike to Marampata ( 2911 m /9550 ft). We will stop for lunch at a picturesque spot with breathtaking views of the mountains and the river. After lunch, it's another 2-hour ascent to Choquequirao (3030m / 9940 ft). The lost city of Choquequirao is located in a spectacular place: perched in the Peruvian Andes overlooking the deep canyon. This is a very important city from the Inca empire, built towards the end of their rule. Choquequirao was probably one of the entrance checkpoints to Vilcabamba - the last capital of the Incas - and was only recently re-discovered in the early 19th century. Our campsite is located right next to the archaeological site and so you have the freedom to visit this mysterious place at any time you like and as many times as you like, whether its to enjoy the sunset, sunrise or just for some quiet 'me-time'.
Day 3
3
We will wake you up bright and early with a nice cup of hot coca tea or coffee to witness the amazing sunrise over the mountains. After breakfast we have the entire day to explore this magnificent Inca city. Your guide will take you on a comprehensive tour - taking you to the most beautiful spots and teaching you about the history of Choquequirao and of the Incas. Choquequirao (cradle of gold) is nicknamed the twin sister of Machu Picchu, but is almost twice the size. For this reason it is expected that this largely unknown location will very soon become one of the most popular tourist destinations in South America. After you have taken all the time you need to discover Choquequirao, we will return to the same campsite for dinner and to spend the night. Distance: 8 km/ 4.9 miles Approximate Hiking Time: 4 hours Highest Elevation Crossed: 3,066 m / 10,059 ft Camp elevation:2,073 m / 6801 ft Meals: Breakfast, snack, lunch & dinner Accommodation: Camping Difficulty: Easy
Day 4

We will wake up for a second time is this magical place. After breakfast, it is a 3 hours downhill trek to our lunch spot at Santa Rosa (2230 m / 7300 ft). We will then continue downhill for a further 2 hours, before trekking uphill for another 2 hours, until we arrive to our campsite at Chiquiska (1800m / 5905ft). This a perfect day to enjoy the surrounding landscape and nature. We will pass a wide range of different flowers and birds along the way and the sound of waterfalls can be heard in the distance. Distance: 8 km /11.32 miles Approximate Hiking Time: 8 hours Highest Elevation Crossed: 3,100m/9,300 ft Camp Elevation: 1,450m/4,350 ft Difficulty: Moderate Meals: Breakfast, snack, lunch & dinner Accommodation: Camping
Day 5

On our final day we will get up, have breakfast and prepare for our last 4 hour trek uphill to Capuliyoc. Here we will have lunch and say good bye to our team of chefs and porters that have accompanied un on this expeditions. We will then take our private transportation to the archeological site of Saywite; a beautiful carved rock that remains a mystery to archaeologists. You will have plenty of time to explore before we return to Cusco and drop you off at your hotel around 5pm. Distance: 8 km / 11.32 miles Approximate Hiking Time: 8 hours Highest Elevation Crossed: 2,850m / 9,407ft Difficulty: Moderate Meals: Breakfast, snack, lunch & dinner Accommodation: Camping Difficulty: Moderate

Reviews
This was an amazing experience. It was me, my husband and sister on the hike. Our guide was fantastic and made sure it was a beautiful experience for us. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable and safe experience. The food was absolutely fantastic. We couldn't believe how good it was and so much! The canyon is absolutely spectacular, you are surrounded by snow capped moutains every day and the stars at night were brighter than I had ever seen them before.
We had a great experience in a 2-week booked tour with TreXperience. Tour included hotels in Lima, Nazca, Cusco and Ollantaytambo, trek to Choquequirao, & Monchu Picchu. Nazca lines flight was wonderful, and tour guide Celeste SO friendly. Trips to Paracas - Ballestas Islands - Huacachina (birds, penguins, sand boarding/dune buggy ride was a blast, her English & friendliness wonderful. Our tour guide on the Sacred Valley tour was Daniel, another great Guide. Our trek was the highlight of the trip, & TreXperience has this down! Some of our group got sick & honestly were not up for the fairly tough 3,000 to 4500 ft of daily climbs & decents. Guide David (excellent English) helped with the tummy problems & modified the hike to fit our abilities, resulting in a perfect experience for us. He coordinated for horses when some climbs were too hard for our ladies. His love for his job, wildlife, & culture shined through every day!! Food...wow! Chef Estebon was amazing, these guys worked SO hard to make trek food wonderful & there was a LOT. We saw 3 condors & a Giant Hummingbird thanks to him & the horsemen. We did 2 days at Monchu Picchu, & TreXperience got us great times & circuits, including No 3, which enabled us to climb the Gringo Killer overlooking the city. We sometimes got concerned if the guidance for the next day would be in time but it always was, & the office folks ultimately came through just fine...just trust in their system and it'll work out. We used WhatsApp & they took care of any questions we had.
This was an adventure of a lifetime. The views of the mountains and the stars were incredible. Our guide – David was very informative, funny, patient, and adaptable. He even had the chief cook a birthday cake in a skillet. He made all parts of the trip memorable. We ended up having to adjust the trek based on our physical abilities. David worked everything out and always with a smile. The food on this trek was amazing. Our chef cooked three course meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. I’ve never been hiking and came back gaining weight. All in all it was an incredible experience with an incrediable team. I would highly recommend.
Our group did the Choquirao Trek (5d) with a one-day trek to Aqua Caliente and one-day tour of Machu Picchu tagged on at the end. The Choquirao Trek was spectacularly beautiful and extremely challenging, but completely worth the effort and time. There are fewer people on this lesser-known gem. If you choose this trail, be sure you are experienced with trekking and up for the challenge. Lots of steep inclines and some areas with loose footing. The lead guide (Tony) at TreXperience was extremely knowledgeable, positive, and full of energy. He provided a wealth of information on the Inca history and information on the natural history of the area. The assistant guide (Giovani/Jovani) was super patient and supportive and always willing to answer questions on plants, wildlife, and the region.
We actually had 7 days with Choquequirao and Macchu Picchu, but I don't see that option in the drop-down. There were a few issues with registration and charging consistently among the people in our group, but it was more or less worked out and the value for what it cost was excellent. From the guides to the cooks to the horsemen to the drivers, everyone made a solid effort to make our experience smooth. The sights were unbelievable and the knowledge of our guides to educate us on the history and the archeology was superb.
This trek was an amazing experience. The mountains are so demanding, yet so rewarding at the same time. The views, the trails, and the Inca ruins are all amazing. Going beyond that, the guides, porters, and chefs were all amazing people, delivering an unforgettable experience, and in-depth knowledge and history. The chefs prepared amazing meals, especially considering how remote we were and the limited equipment they had to work with. The whole team works very hard all day everyday! We had Tony Montana as our primary guide, and really enjoyed his energy and excitement to share his culture with us. He knows the mountains and kept us on track while making realtime decisions to help a member of our group that was struggling. I never questioned Tony's abilities or decisions while on the trails. He's the best guide on Peru! Also a shout out the Yovan, who was our secondary guide. He was excellent, and could be a lead guide himself. If you have the option to choose your guide, you can't go wrong with Tony or Yovan!
We traveled as a nine person group that knew each other from the US to trek to Choquequirao. We then drove with a van from Yanama to Lucmabamba to continue our hike to Aguas Calientes and finally Machu Picchu. We spent six nights in tents and the last night in a nice hotel in Aguas Calientes. In addition to us nine tourists there were three cooks/support staff, two guides, two horsemen and twelve mules. To summarize, this was to me an unforgettable trip! Incredible views, strenuous hikes, excellent food and tent camping. All things I love to do. To put my review into perspective I thru-hiked the John Muir Trail last year and I don't mind some of the less hygienic conditions one encounters during these trips, such as no or cold showers, less than ideal toilet situations and no running water. Our two guides (Thony and Giovanni) were very knowledgeable to educate us on the Incas and anything else related to fauna & flora and to lead the group as a whole. TreXperience did generally a good job of the logistics during this trip. Food, tickets, van and hotel arrangements. This was all done behind the scenes leaving us to enjoy the hike, Inca ruins, eat and sleep. The company was also able to provide an ad-hoc mule for one of our less fit hikers to allow completion of the trip. I do have some criticism towards TreXperience related to their accounting and planning. When we first arrived at their office to pay the remaining balance, they did not want to honor the agreed upon pricing at first. Apparently, mistakes were made in totalizing the overall costs with selected opinions. Right or wrong, it took us a while to convince the company to honor the initial price and two of us are still waiting for a partial refund. Also, our two guides had to wait three hours at our hotel for us to arrive from the Sacred Valley Tour also organized by TreXperience. It seems some simple communication could have avoided this. One of us paid last minute for a single tent, but this wasn’t communicated to the trek planners and only a double tent was available. Lastly, one group member and myself had initially booked a single room in Aguas Calientes, but this information was also lost somewhere and we had to share a double room. I suggest anyone booking with TreXperience to follow up on WhatsApp to get clear confirmation on what was booked including any opinions and confirm pricing before making a down payment. To end things on a high note, I want to compliment our chef (Mickey Mouse) and helpers for the excellent local food they provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner, also accommodating the four vegetarians in the group. Every meal included various local dishes to choose from and it was impossible to not overeat and happily fall asleep beneath the Milky Way.
Great trip. Amazing to experience Choquequirao alone with the Condors. The trek there is demanding but beautiful. Luxury to end the trip in MachPicchu. David was an excellent guide.
We had the best time on our Choquequirao trek. Our Guide was Sebastian and we were accompanied by the great chefs Beto and Moises as well as the horse woman Rosa. We did the trek in 5 days and had plenty of time to explore the Inca city. The hike itself is very beautiful, yet sometimes challenging due to the steep passages in and out of the canyon. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and could share a lot of facts about the the environment and the history. The rest of the crew did also an fantastic job. The meals were extremely delicious. Additionally, eating vegetarian wasn’t a problem at all. We can highly recommend the Choquequirao Trek, if you want to do a trekking trip without tourists masses. TreXperience is the perfect company. We can only recommend everyone from the crew.
We just got back from an incredible 5 day / 4 night private trek to Choquequirao. We wanted to trek away from the crowds of Machu Picchu, and we found exactly what we were looking for. We had a team of 4: G (our guide), Esteban (head chef), Feliciano (assistant chef), and Henry (our porter and horseman). They made the entire experience unforgettable. G met us the night before at our hotel in Cuzco to walk us through what to expect, and the next morning they picked us up right on time at 4:30 a.m. for the 4-hour drive to the trailhead. When we got there, Esteban and Feliciano made us a delicious hot breakfast, and that set the tone for the week — we ate so well. And the views from breakfast were like being in a scene from The Sound of Music. Every single day felt special. G was an incredible guide — so knowledgeable on the Inca culture and history. He was super patient and encouraging, especially on the tougher hiking days (looking at you day 2 with switchbacks all the way up!), and always made sure we had water and whatever we needed. We felt really taken care of. Henry was such a hard worker. Every morning started with warm water to wash our faces and hot tea delivered to our tent (which were a luxury!). He worked so hard, always with a smile, and was just a lovely presence to have around. While we had breakfast, Henry would take down our tent, another luxury and everyday after we finished our hike and came to our new campsite, our tent would be up and Henry would deliver hot water to us to clean up immediately and refresh ourselves. Note: You do not need to bring any of your own snacks on this trip! Esteban and Feliciano were the BEST chef and assistant chef one could hope for. The meals were healthy, colorful, full of fresh veggies and fruit — and there were fun surprises too, like fresh donuts at tea time and even a cake with “Peru” written in icing. They seriously thought of everything. We never went hungry — breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea time, snacks for the hike — they kept us full and happy the entire time. When we travel, we usually travel to eat and explore the local culture that way, but on a Trek of this sort, we weren't expecting to eat so well. This was a delightful surprise, I was obsessed with our team, and our chefs made our morning, noon and night. One of the highlights was the traditional Peruvian BBQ on the final day — such a fun way to end the trip. And maybe the most amazing part: they hiked two hours to meet us inside Choquequirao with a private picnic. Having a team so dedicated to making your trip special left us speechless. TreXperience is incredibly lucky to have this team. We felt supported, cared for, and totally spoiled the entire week. If you’re thinking about doing this trek — go, and ask for G, Esteban, Feliciano, and Henry. You’ll be in the best hands.
The whole experience was amazing… views, the choqueqirao site, the food was unbelievable. Grover was very patient and full of information, always keeping us updated on the plans. It was much harder than I thought it would be but absolutely worth it.
The experience was amazing. Such a challenging walk with beautiful sites and views. The Trexperience team took such good care of us ensuring we were well feed, comfortable and they were all so friendly. Our guide had really good knowledge of the entire area and even took us through a secret short cut to avoid the muddy trail. Loved every minute and so happy to have chosen Trexperience and Toro (guide) to guide us through this journey this journey. Gracias.
We had the most incredible guide Toribio who was so knowledgeable and funny and couldn’t do enough for us, He taught us some of the local Quechuan language. As well as our super international chef Juvenal who cooked the most amazing food. We had more food than we could eat and it was so delicious! The porters are absolutely amazing they carry all your gear and are super fast! There were other tour groups and companies on the trail but we always had the best camp sites. Highly recommend this amazing team.
Amazing experience guided by Toribio, amazing views, food and knowledge shared! 5 awesome days, highly recommend, beats the bus ride up.
The last campsite is amazing, I would definitely opt for the five day tour just for the view over Machu Picchu on that night. The guides are knowledgeable fun and try to accommodate everyone, the food was really good as well. They were extremely forthcoming, the group vibe was great, we were laughing all the time even when we were hiking in the rain. Maybe May is a bit safer when it comes to the weather but that's never a guarantee. The best tour I've done during my South America trip. Roger, Miguel and Gilbert really made this trip special.
It was an incredible experience to be part of this trail. What I particularly enjoyed was how much information we received from our tour guide, Roger. Not only on the way up and down, but also at the dining table and during the in-between moments. Everyone grew close to each other, forming a small family during this short trek. The food was simply amazing—I couldn't have imagined anything better. Roger shared so many stories and insights into life in Peru. It was simply unforgettable.
Apart from the amazing views, the food and staff were absolutely great. Our guides, Filio and John did a great job in leading us during the trek and telling us all the necessities about the area.
Really amazing experiences. Very well supported and everything was organised really well. Highly recommend this trek.
The trip was amazing! We where so lucky with weather and staff. Our tour guide filio started with a coca ceremony asking the “apus” (mountain gods) to take care of us and they sure did! No doubt It is a challenging trip but our chef and helper filled our souls with fresh and local food that took us directly to our next campsite. What a beautiful experience.
We had a great guide, Filio, who took good care of us, asked the spirits of the mountains for blessings which reflected in a superb trip in all respect ; weather, food and our health throughout and until the end. Special note on the food which was an experience in itself ! Very challenging route, steep and coarse tracks but the cook deserves a special note, Balbino did magic. Highly recommended.
The trek was well organized and planned. Everything was as explained except we were pleasantly surprised to find better amenities than expected AND cold beer at every site! Our guide, Roger, was excellent and provided us with expert knowledge and pleasant company. The rest of the crew and chefs were also very friendly and the food was surprisingly good. Although parts of the trek were grueling, they always made it enjoyable.
I highly recommend Trexperience. I went on the Karis Trek 4 years ago and the experience was great then, and standards have remained high. The whole process from initial contact, booking, payment and ongoing communication is excellent. Once on the trek all logistics are excellent from initial briefing, hotel pickup, baggage storage and equipment rental if needed. The guides, cooks, and support staff know their jobs well, making for a superb experience. Our guide Roger Calsin is friendly, knowledgeable and can handle needs on the fly as when one of our party needed to hire a horse due to health problems. I will go on future treks with this company.
10/10 on a recommendation Scale. Going to Choquequirao is a lifetime experience and our guide Roger as well as the cooking team of Walter, Felix and Jilber’s team made the hike an adventure. With all their kowledge and the amazing cooking skills they made us feel being part of the stunning peruvian culture. Thanks again for this!
Absolutely amazing experience - more than a backpacking trip. Filio and his team of Jorge, Andre, & Jilver were phenomenal from the level to the attentiveness & care around the trail they showed to the jokes and laughs. Can’t recommend this team enough. Trail itself is a great test of physically and mental will over a few days. Great time to disconnect and reflect while also enjoying some killer views and a 10/10 culutural immersion.
This review is for the 5D/4N Choquequirao trek. Many positives about this experience. The chefs Alejandro and Beto were real stars. We were astonished by their work ethic and at what they were able to prepare in spartan conditions. The guide Filio varied the plan according to our ability, which was appreciated. General organisation was good. The trek is hard work and almost entirely consists of steep uphills and downhills. However, for us (two early 30s males in decent physical condition), we ultimately felt like that we could have done this self-guided at a fraction of the cost, with very little loss. The route is very clear and there are good facilities on the way offering cheap accommodation (not just camping) and food. I would advise anyone looking at this trek to really consider whether a guided experience is right for you. Sadly our overall conclusion was that it was not right for us and that we had overpaid for the experience ($690 per person at time of writing, before equipment hire and tips).
Amazing experience! My mother and I did the 5day/4night trek to Choquequirao. Our guide, Filio, was incredibly patient with my slow pace and had the perfect balance of using breaks to catch our breath, drink water, and observe our surroundings. He would also take opportunities to share more about his background or provide information about the plants/land around us. He always had good humor, remained flexible to our needs/requests, and was happy to chat and answer questions. When we arrived at Choquequirao, Filio had a plethora of knowledge to share about the site and Inca history in general. The remainder of the Trexperience staff that joined us were amazing as well. We were joined by Daniel (chef), Elizabeth (support chef), and Erbert (porter). We were incredibly impressed with all the food provided and the quality of its presentation and taste. Every single meal was delightful. On our final morning we had jokingly requested chocolate cake and sure enough Daniel and Elizabeth had it prepared, even decorated with strawberries! Erbert managed all of our supplies with care and even with the repetition of setting up and tearing down at each site everyone remained positive, more often than not laughing and joking. It was a really fun time to be able to travel with this group and I would highly recommend this option for anyone interested in a trek to Choquequirao.
This hiking adventure was above and beyond the expectation. Me and my wife reserved this trip with no idea about how it is going to turn out. We were greeted by our awesome guide JJ and he was very informative and supportive throughout the whole 5 day hike. The porters and the chef balbino and chef assistants (pablo and javier) were the most humble and hard working people ive ever met. They would carry almost 50lbs of baggage through the hills faster than us hikers to make sure our meals and tents were ready by the time we get at the spot. And then food that we got served three meals a day for 4 days were just so delicious and beyond expectation. Overall this trip was one of the best decision we took as a couple with lots of unforgettable memories. You will not regret it…
This was our third trek with three different outfitters With out a doubt trexperience was by far the highest quality Our guide FILIO was very patient with my wife as she must be careful on the downside the food was like restaurant quality thanks to SYNOVIAL all the equipment was excellent we even had a 4 person tent which gave us extra room when we return to Peru next year all our trekking will be organized through TREXPERINCE if possible get FILIO & SYNOVIAL on your team
The company is wonderful! Our luggage was lost and we were unable to meet the trek at its beginning- but the company’s personnel stayed in contact and the moment I had my gear to go on the trek they arranged for me and my group to meet up with our guide partway through the trek. The food was amazing, the Guide JJ was knowledgeable, personable, and informative. They took what could’ve been a missed experience and brought us right up to speed and all the way through to see (and photograph) the amazing sites at Machu Picchu!
Operator advertises "hot shower" which does not exist. We paid a premium for their service because of this. Pace was exhausting getting up super early and then finishing at 2pm just so the crew could get their day done. We could have taken a more relaxed pace to actually enjoy. The tipping is awful. The staff must be underpaid because tipping "envelope" was talked about daily. We were presented with multiple envelopes to fill with cash. A "recommended amount" of 6000 Sol (USD 1500) was provided which is equivalent to 75% of the total cost of the tour. We found this obscene along with the "envelope ceremony" we were pressured to participate in. The guide was not the best, but we went at an off peak time so maybe not the A team.
Wow, what an amazing experience. I do think this is one of the best services offered because of the quality, thoughtfulness, and people - and it was a life changing experience for me. I felt equipped and welcomed not just to the journey, but to the rich history, land, plants, animals, culture and beautiful people in Peru. I learned more than I expected and have a greater appreciation for the trail, Quechua people, and for life in general. Charly and his team of 5 porters guided us through a 5 day 4 night trek, and made sure we were safe, healthy, and happy the whole way through. The chef prepared authentic food and some of the best I’ve ever had in my life hands down. I don’t think I would want to see Machu Pichu with anyone else. Thank you Travel Experience for the once in a lifetime opportunity.
The TreXperience team went above and beyond to make this trip memorable. Every detail was consideratly planned and professionally executed by guide Joyce, chefs Leo and Margot, and Horseman Michael. Every meal was a highlight! Food was delicious, authentic, and plentiful! It was amazing to watch this team create gourmet food in backcountry camp settings. Guide Joyce was a perfect fit for our group. He ensured our safty while sharing a ton of knowledge about Peruvian and Inca culture. It was a rockstar team! Special thanks to Juan Carlos and Tom in Cusco for planning a once in a lifetime adventure!
We just finished the 5 day trek to the Choquequirao ruins (4 days trekking + 1 day at the ruins) with TreXperience. It was a fabulous trip. The views were incredible and since the only way to get to the ruins is by hiking, there were only a few dozen people there the day we toured them. We are so glad that we chose TreXperience. Even though there were only 2 people (my and my husband) in our group, we still had a guide, chef, sous chef, and mule wrangler. We felt so spoiled. Our guide, Americo Pariguana Supa, was awesome. He was very kind and thoughtful as well as knew EVERYTHING about Peruvian history and current issues, Inca history, local plants, animals, birds, etc. As we hiked, Americo was always on the look-out for interesting things to point out to us. He also knew everything about the Choquequirao ruins. We learned so much from him. Our head chef, Vasillo, was also amazing. We ate better on our hike than during our entire 3 weeks in Peru. Every meal Vasillo made was delicious and a work of art. Net, net, I highly recommend this hike and TreXperience. TreXperience communicated well before the hike, their prices were reasonable, the hike plan was well-detailed, and their equipment (tents, sleeping bags, etc) were in like-new condition. If you can get Americo as your guide and Vasillio as your chef, I think you will be just as happy as me and my husband were.
Choquequirao is definitely less known than Machu Picchu, but definitely worth a visit for everyone who wants to do a challenging hike and get to see amazing and beautiful Incan ruins without the mass of tourists like in Machu Picchu. Our guide Eloy was great, a funny guy with lots of knowledge about almost everything that has to do with the Incas. The food we got during our trip was amazing and all thanks to our cook Jaime for that, he made this trip even better because of that. The second day is definitely the hardest but with good acclimatisation shouldn’t be a problem, comparable to Salkantay trek, maybe slightly harder because of the temperature. Overall, a great experience and so worth it if you have the time for this hike 👍
In summer we were going on the Choquequirao trip where Elisban was our guide. During the four day trip he not only guided us very well but also explained the different sites precisely and answered all of our questions accurate. The hole trip was an amazing experience and we can only recommend the hole team.
We had a better experience than we expected. Yes, the route was hard, but the views were beautiful and our guide, David Quispe, along with our chefs, Rosalio and Gregorio, and our porter, Carlos, were patient with us and supported us so much that we didn't worry about anything. We learned so much from David and he was so positive with us that he made the trip easier for us. The food was well made and was tastier than some of the restaurants in Cusco. We went on this excursion to celebrate our anniversary and the team did some things to celebrate and make us feel special. We would recommend this agency and in particular the team to anyone who is thinking about going out to an Inca site in Peru.
I am very satisfied, excellent services from the agency, accommodation, food, explanations, everything excellent.
Absolutely amazing trekking experience! Luxurious, with an individual approach to everyone. We had a mixed group, everyone walked at their own speed and everyone was comfortable. Guide Rodger immediately put us in the mood to enjoy nature, and not to be interested in sports. The guide was very caring and attentive, he told us a lot of things. The porters are amazing; in the morning they brought warm water for washing and coconut tea to the tent. I was on a diet at the time of the hike, and the chef prepared meals for me separately according to the diet. In general, chef Walter and his assistant Felix prepared a variety of traditional food, and they gave us a huge barbecue and even baked a cake in honor of the fact that we reached the final point of the route. In general, the whole experience of the trip with Trexpirience exceeded all my expectations, and it’s worth it. I am delighted!
Excellent trekking , recommended to do this hike with agencies that work with villagers , muleteers of San Pedro de Cachora , official route implemented by COPESCO
