We just came back from an amazing trip to Peru! RAP Travel helped our big group of 12 people, all in our 40s, 50s and 60s even from the very beginning, customizing our hotel choices, our itinerary, etc. They shared with us their expertise but also listened to what we wanted/needed/had. This is my third time working with Alicia and as always, I trust her and her team 100% and have sent multiple friends to her team, never with any problems. This time, I ventured to bring along 11 other friends alongside with me and RAP Travel did not disappoint. Upon hearing my worries about altitude sickness possibilities, Carlos, Moises and Alicia came to pick us up at the airport and gave us a warm welcome and then we headed down to the Valley. We settled swiftly into our amazing hotel. Carlos came back to give us an informative, fun, relaxing tour of the valley the next day and on the day we were in Cusco. I especially appreciated his patience with me as days passed and different needs arose that caused me to ask for changes in our itinerary - he didn't just listen and adjusted things but went beyond what I had expected! Moises was our driver every day and he always came with a big smile, was professional and we never felt unsafe! He was mindful of even the smallest details such as temperature of the van, routes to take, and giving up updates. The highlight surprise was when he suggested to take us on a different route overseeing quinoa fields, a lake and a glacier! What a treat! We were a group of moms and just so happened it was Mother's Day - the entire RAP TRAVEL team surprised us with roses, candies and a nice mug and note. IT truly made us all feel special! Gracias! Machu Picchu was a breeze - the team takes care of all the details and all the people we met there contacted me via WhatsApp so I never felt alone. Fabiola from customer service was also amazing, helping me with room assignment changes at last minute and always responding in real time. The hotels we stayed at were exactly what we needed and RAP Travel even helped us with the hotels we needed in Lima and in Ica. Having worked with the team for 3 times now, I can confidently recommend anyone to go with them. I have come just as a group of 2 with my brother, with my entire family (with children) as a group of 8 and now with friends as a group of 12. You won't be disappointed. Their professionalism, passion and just genuine love for people and their land and culture shows through. You won't just have a good experience with them; you will get a glimpse at life in the Andes.

We traveled with the agency RAP for 4 days and 5 nights, during which we visited Machu Picchu, Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, the Sacred Valley, and the salt mines. It was an incredible experience! The guides had every aspect of the logistics perfectly organized, and there wasn’t a single thing to criticize. We were even upgraded to a hotel right by the main square, which was very convenient, and it was easy to get in touch with them whenever we had questions. The guides were excellent at providing information, and our guide, Carlos, was an incredible help throughout the trip.

We just did a 4-day tour visiting Humantay Lake, the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and Rainbow Mountain, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was super well-organized, and we felt like we were in great hands the whole time. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

Our recent tour through Rap travel was awesome and spectacular! Everything was very well planned, from entrance tickets to train & bus tickets - all arranged for us. All we needed to do were to be on time for pickups by tour vans. The tour guides were very approachable, attentive and knowledgeable. The hotel we stayed at (SASKA) was located in a strategic location- walking distance to restaurants, shops and markets. It was very well maintained and the staff from the front desk all the way to the kitchen were top notch! Breakfast was good and the items served varied daily. We would like to give a shout out to Justine who took good care of us during our stay. Lastly - we want to show our appreciation to one of the Rap Travel associate, Carlos for making this trip a great and memorable one for us. He went out of his way to make sure things went smoothly and provided updates throughout the trip. The tour guides were friendly and attentive. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have😀. We always got to the locations earlier than the other travel agencies. When hiking, they make sure that you're not left behind which is great. Prepare to hike a lot 🫡.

This trip has been an absolutely wonderful and fantastic experience for us! The guides for all the tours that we took were very knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. The hotel that we stayed was very well kept and the room was good size and cleaned daily. The breakfast was sumptuous and the servers were very pleasant. The tour management group representative that took care of us, Carlos was very responsive, helpful and kind. He maintained daily updates, follow ups and next day's trip plan with us. His customer service is impeccable and made our trip the best it can be and went way and beyond to ensure our comfort. Carlos and his team at Rap travel were amazing! Professional, well-organized, attentive, extremely responsive and made excellent recommendations for our family group of 3 in our mid-50’s. We not only went to Machu Picchu (with our lovely & knowledgeable guide Maria!) but also toured the Sacred Valley with Carlos (awesome!) and hiked up Rainbow Mountain with Jose. he was so supportive during the hike which was quite challenging because of altitude sickness but we made it to the top and it was so exhilarating! We could not have done it without him. We also had a couple of days in Cusco, and stayed at wonderful 4-star hotels, both in the Sacred Valley & in Cusco with delicious, wonderfully prepared meals. We would highly recommend RAP travel without hesitation. Thank you RAP!

My best friend and I chose this tour to celebrate our 30th Birthdays - it was Amazing!!! We had a really nice time visiting Cusco, Machu Picchu and going to the Rainbow Mountain. The tour guides were really nice and we told us a lot about everything. We visited in November and for Machu Picchu this was amazing - it was misty in the morning and sunny by mid-morning, so we got to see it with all weather types. Highly recommend going at 6am and spending most of the day there - circuit 2 and 4 were great! We even hiked up one of the mountains. Carlos, Judy, and Wilson were great and really educated us about each site.

The tour was a great way to experience Cusco, the sacred valley, Machu Picchu and the Vinicunca mountain. We only had 4 full days, and it was the right amount of time. I was there with my best friend celebrating our 30th, so we will always cherish this moment. The tour guides (Carlos, Judy, and Wilson) were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us get immersed to the history of the Incas, and made us feel comfortable throughout the trip. The accommodation provided as part of the package was very adequate, and the overall experience was great.

Everything went smoothly and it was low stress tour. Guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. Carlos made everything very easy to understand and not get lost or worried about missing the train or bus. A meal was provided on the 360 panomaric train both directions. Would highly recommend going with them.

Was referred by a friend. And Gabi and Carlos really took care of me. It was last minute and they got so many things packed into my time here. Sacred Valley on the way to Machu Picchu, all transportation covered, Cusco tour the following day at a time that worked for me, and then Rainbow mountain the last day. Even helped at early and late hours when the bus said they were there to pick me up but weren't.

We booked the trip with Rap Travel and they took care of everything. We worked with them at the beginning and they accommodating with our schedule. They were very helpful. We went to the Rainbow Mountain with RAP travel. Our tour guides David and Alfred were very friendly and attentive starting at breakfast. They checked in with us frequently to make sure we were okay on the trek up to the summit. The trail started slow and steady, and got much harder as it progressed, we had a diverse group, all ages and athletic abilities from all over the world. This trek has been was one of the reasons for my trip to Peru and it was worth every step. Thank you to Carlos and his entire staff.

They are an efficient, direct, warm and very attentive team. They created a flexible package in 1 day for us 3: tours, transportation, consultancies, hotel in Cusco, etc. We came to them on a platform, and they were our salvation, when the previous agency canceled us, the day before the trip. We are without Machu Picchu, because no agency reports that there are no tickets, and that they can only be bought lining up at the Ministry of Tourism. RAP took us to Aguas Calientes on Perurail to buy Machu Pichu tickets, we did shopping at the local Market, we ate and returned to Cusco in the afternoon. The next day we went on a private English tour to Sacred Valley VIP: Chincheros, Pisaq, lunch, Ollantaytambo, Moray and Maras. Luis the driver and Freddi our guide were amazing. Freddi prepared us for our day on Vinicunca Mountain even. Vinicunca Mountain is a spectacle of nature q is at 5036msnm, although the assigned operator was not what was expected, with Freddi's advice, we did our tour alone and perfectly. Machu Pichu was spectacular, Luis took us by private transport to Ollantaytambo, we boarded the Inkarail, we had breakfast in Aguas Calientes, we took the bus, we had private English tour in circuit 2 with Julio. The weather was too beautiful. On the last day, Carlitos has taken us on a unique walking tour from San Nicolas, through San Blas and ending at Plaza de Armas. Beautiful place and excellent information. We had the afternoon off, were given luggage storage and flew to Lima at night. Thank you RAP for showing us what Peru is
