Johnny was a very knowledgeable guide, he made sure we were always informed of the plans and explained each part very well. We really enjoyed all the activities and the accomodation along the way, especially the eco lodge on the first night. We loved circuit 2 at Machu Picchu and Johnny finished the tour with a fabulous insight into the history. Would highly recommend

Had an excellent time. Really well organised trip, the activities en route were very enjoyable and the accommodation was all very good. Highlight was definitely our tour guide “big daddy”, he was great fun and very helpful. If you can book with him definitely would recommend. We did the jungle trail Machu pichu, and would highly reccomend.
The views and scenery were amazing, everything was really well organised with good accomodation and food. In particular, our guide Señor John (Big daddy) was the best and would definitely want to do another Trek with him! He was very informative and funny!
I could not ask for a better experience. The agents are quick to respond prior to your trip and they arrange all entry tickets and rides for you. Stif, our guide, was always so happy to help and explain things about Peru and its culture to our group. The array of fun activities kept a smile on my face the whole time, and having a smaller group helped us all to connect quickly and receive a great experience. This is well worth every dollar spent, especially to be so immersed in the land, working your way to Machu Picchu. It was a level of satisfaction to be accomplishing so much and challenging myself that I will always be proud of myself for. Thank you, Conde Travel!
Incredible experience and the guide even more so! We went with 10 friends and it was very fun. You live the Inka experience to the fullest.
From beginning to end, our trip with Conde was an amazing experience. The night before, we met with our guide and were able to have all of our questions answered. Our guide, Manu, went above and beyond to handle everything for us and ensure that we had an unforgettable experience. Despite unpredicted rain on the mountain biking day, we still had an amazing experience. Rafting and zip-lining were super fun additive experiences that I highly recommend. The accommodation was as expected with comfortable beds and hot showers. It was so nice having a tour guide with us every step of the way that had detailed knowledge of Peru and its history. Our trip was also well planned out with food stops along the way that highlighted the gastronomy of Peru and unique experiences (like grinding coffee by hand). Traveling through Conde Travels is well worth the money and I highly recommend.
Had the best 4 days with Jonny, we could not have asked for a better guide, fun, informative and helpful. We loved all the activities too.
We did the Inca Jungle trek and had an amazing time! Johnathan (Johnny) was our tour guide and he was fabulous - very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about Peruvian and Incan culture and history. All of the activities - biking, hiking, rafting, and zip-lining - were so fun and the trip went very smoothly. Plenty of food at all stops. We absolutely loved staying the Bella Victoria Ecolodge and would consider staying there again if we returned in the future (the other accommodations were basic yet sufficient). Visiting Machu Picchu on the last day completed an unforgettable four days! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure and fun when visiting Peru and Machu Picchu!
My two sons (17,15 years) and I had a wonderful trip of 4 days. Something to never forget. We had Jimmy as guide. He was the best. Friendly, helpful, relaxed, communicates good, speaks good English and he knows a lot about flora, fauna, Inca trails, Inca history and life around Cusco (experienced guide!). Good food, nice places were we stayed. And the best for last Machu Picchu!
4-day Inca Jungle experience was awesome from beginning to end. Our tour guide Walter has great knowledge and experience. He really made us feel like friends, not tourists. Is a taught hike for those not used to it, but I say is worth preparing yourself for it. The places we got to see and live were incredible; and the people we meet along the way were very kind and friendly. Oh and the food…delicious. They take in consideration if you’re also a vegan.
We had the best time during our 4 day jungle trek. Jonathan was the perfect guide and shared all his knowledge about Peru and the local culture with us, which was so nice. We also loved the fact that we could get in contact with real locals. And ofcourse was the visit to Machu Picchu the perfect end for these amazing four days. Thank you Jonathan!
Was a little hesitant on booking this tour, for there are lots to choose from. Glad I did, Price was right on point, actually kinda feels like I got more then what I paid for. The tour company reached out when I had a question or when they needed to via WhatsApp, so communication was there. There were 4 of us on the hike, our tour guide Johnathan, was great! Questions were asked, he was on point with them. To be honest, my favorite part was the biking, the equipment could be a little better I think, trouble with couple of the bikes, but still very smooth, and great way to start a tour. Never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. Very impressed with the transportation to and from Machu Picchu. So happy I booked this tour, definitely going to recommend to my friends back home!! Ya'll ask for Johnathan, he'll take care of you!! =)
We did the 3 day/2 nights trek. Our guide Walter was incredible, he was very knowledgable and was very funny. On the first day we got a bus to the top of the Andes and they cycled down; this was somewhat sketchy since the bikes were a bit faulty but very fun nonetheless. We also went to some hot springs in the evening which were fantastic. The second day was two 3 hour hikes with lunch in between (which was excellent). The final day was quite hard and we spent all day walking up to macchu pichu, around it, and then a 2 hour hike back to the bus followed by a 6 hour bus ride which was quite grim. On the whole it was a brilliant experience and I wholly recommend it.
We had a great experience with a variety of hiking, rafting, biking and ziplining thanks to our guide Stif! He told us all about nature, peruvian manners and the Inca culture. We would recommend it to everybody who likes a bit of adventure, its a really nice way to discover Peru. Hakuna Matata!
I had a fantastic trip in August 2019 on the 4 day Inca Jungle trail. I was in a group of just 5 people, led by our truly excellent guide Eduardo. Everything was well-organised: transport, delicious meals, accommodation and even small details like having our main bags taken from place to place so we didn't have to carry anything heavy during hikes or other activities. During the hikes, Eduardo shared so much interesting knowledge about wildlife, plants, Incan history and Peruvian culture, and we had the chance to try traditional food and drink. I can't recommend this trio enough! Brilliant fun activities, incredible views at Machu Picchu and along the Inca trail and I'll never forget the experience.
IT WAS AMAZING!! We had an amazing inca jungle trail, with our fantastic group 'incatastic' and our guide Steve! After a complete and fun briefing from Nixon we were ready for a 4-days trail. All the people of conde travel are happy to help you with everything. Even for repairing your shoe soles, which were lose after the first hike. The trail was awesome with all the different activities. Steve the guide was there to help you with everything and to tell you all about the things you see and explore. They really spend time with you, even to have fun together in the bar after a long day of hiking.
We did the four day Inka Jungle Tour with Jonathon. The tour starts off riding bikes down paved road for several hours. This was very fun as most the ride I down hill. You see some stunning views. You then go to your first lodging to drop your stuff off and go rafting. Very fun day but exhausting. The second day is hiking part of the inka trail. Jonathon was great about showing us different plants and fruits along the way. You get to see the process of coffee and experience more great views. You end the day at hot springs which was needed after a long day hiking. Third day was zip lining. You do several zip lines and get to do some other climbing. The. You hike for a couple hours along rail road tracks to aguas caliente which is where you stay for the night before Machu Picchu. Fourth day we woke up early and hiked to Machu Picchu. Some of the group took the bus from town but I recommend hiking. Machu Picchu was amazing. Overall this was a very cool trip. Jonathon was great answering all of our many questions. The food each day was pretty good, especially the last dinner. You get to know the group over the four days and develop friendships. I would recommend this tour
We had a great time with Conde Travel. Walter and Lenny met us at our hotel the night before our tour was supposed to start. They were very accommodating, having to reschedule the time because of our delayed flight (side note: try to get into Cusco more like two days early because we were delayed several hours, and almost didn't make it in before the tour and we were supposed to leave Lima at 2pm. Other tourists we spoke to in Cusco had similar problems whether it was with flights or the buses). Walter and Lenny went over our tour and what we needed to bring, or leave in their storage facility. Alfred and Lenny were our guides for the first day for downhill biking which was way cooler than I expected. Alfred split with another group so we only had him for the first day, but he seemed really cool. Lenny continued with us for the next two days. Lenny was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and we enjoyed our time with him. At dinner, Lenny was great at giving us a rundown of the upcoming day. We weren't able to go rafting the afternoon of the first day because we visited in the rainy season and the river was too rough. The evening of the first day we went to the hot springs in Santa Teresa, and they were really nice. I liked that there were decent facilities, including a snack and drink area. The view from the springs is really pretty too, green mountains and at least one waterfall in the distance. The morning of the second day we started off with zip lining. I would highly recommend zip lining, it's probably the best course I've done with really long zip lines over a river valley. After zip lining, we rode to Hydroelectric, and then began walking or trekking to Aguas Calientes. This walk was uphill about 10 minutes and then flat the rest of the way. It was a really nice walk along railroad tracks and the Sacred River. The lunch stop on the way was a great place and the food was good. There were little fruit outposts along the walk, and I even got really good ice cream on the side of the path. We were able to see the tip of Machu Picchu sitting on top of the mountain we were trekking around. Aguas Calientes (or Machu Picchu Village) is a really unique town and I'd recommend taking advantage of the option to stay one more night in Aguas Calientes (opposed to the 4 day trek with the additional hiking day). The restaurant in Aguas Calientes was really good. Machu Piccchu was the very early beginning of day 3. Lenny woke up really early and held our place in line for the bus, we met him around 5:15am I think. Walter had recommended for us to take the bus instead of hike up to Machu Picchu (thank god he did or we would've been completely exhausted before even getting to Machu Picchu. It would've been at least two hours for us to get up to Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes, once at the base, it's almost entirely stairs straight up). We also bought entrance into La Montana at Machu Picchu, and that was a rough hike too, so we really were glad we got the bus. Lenny accompanied us into Machu Picchu and we had a basic tour up top after we were inside. Lenny did a great job. We kind of gave him a run for his money after losing my husband inside Machu Picchu (totally not Lenny's fault), but he was great and literally had to chase him down once we saw him a few terraces above us. Lenny was fantastic. We would recommend Conde Travel. Walter even met us after getting back to Cusco wanting to follow up with us, and make sure everything went well. He really wanted to know any suggestions because he stated the company was working towards making the experiences even better for customers. Conde Travel also offered to take us to a different part of the river for rafting the day after we got back since we weren't able to do the rafting in Santa Maria, but we were really exhausted and were short on time so we ultimately didn't do it. Walter was very nice and asked if there was anything else they could do for us, even if it was a city tour. It didn't feel like they were trying to sell us on anything, it was more like they wanted to make sure we weren't wanting of anything. I would highly recommend this company. I would also recommend spending more time in Cusco! It's not just about Machu Picchu. The tour to the glacier lake looked really cool, and we loved all the little cities along the way! Ps. Bring a lot of bug spray & sand flea repellent (I think they call them something else there, the mosquito type bugs that live in the dirt). Also, the weather looked chilly when we were supposed to be there, ranging between 46 degrees and 60 degrees, but it really didn't feel cold, even when it rained it seemed more of like a tropical location. We ended up packing way too many cold weather clothes. Lenny said the weather stays the same almost all year except they just have a rainy season and dry season. We definitely could've gotten away with one rain jacket, one long sleeve shirt, and a couple t-shirts.
We booked this tour with Conde Travel, because the tour guide José was very nice. The Inka Jungle Tour is very varied and offers a lot of fun. The bike tour is very funny and the guides on the river rafting are very professional and funny. On the second day we were hiking. The track is beautiful and we learned a lot and had great conversations with our guides. The ziplining on the third day is pure adrenalin and was run by a very good agency. The ascent to the Machu Picchu on the fourth day we started very early (4AM). It is worth to be up early because even at 8 o'clock many tourists, who chose the easy way and take the bus, are already on the mountain. Then you can hardly move anymore. On our tour we had together with José Susan as tour guide, which is still learning. Thanks to her, we had a lot of fun and on the last day the bus could not go to Cusco due to high tide as planned, she organized an accommodation for everyone on the bus in an uncomplicated and fast way. We were very happy, because at this time José was no longer with us and Susan was a great help. I would book again with Conde immediately as they have great people as guides and also give young people a chance. A special thank you to the great, funny conversations with Susan. Thanks to her, I was able to improve my Spanish and I was able to help her with English.
We had an awesome time doing the Inca Jungle Trek. All the activities were fun (mountain biking, rafting, trekking, ziplining). Our group consisted of seven people including the tour guide. Our tour guide Alfredo made the tour even more special! He knew a lot about the nature and culture and put a lot of effort in teaching us about the things we saw. Additionally he was very responsible and did an great job organizing the trip and giving us all information. On top he was a very funny guy and we had great evenings chilling at the hostels. If you are looking for a fun adventure on your way to Machu Picchu I would totally recommend the tour!
We did the three day two night trek and we had a really amazing time. At the beginning our leaders Lenny and John had very poor communication with us and didn’t even bother to introduce themselves. Once we got to Santa Teresa we switched guides and got jimmy!! Jimmy immediately introduced himself and told us exactly the plan and got us all excited for what’s next. We had family dinners together and he really made our experience amazing. He was patient and very kind. He knew his history and really taught us a lot. Thank you jimmy for being awesome!!! As for food and accommodation, they were great. They cater to dietary requirements too.
I chose this tour hoping for a little more fun and excitement than what you’d expect from a 4 day trek and that’s exactly what it was. Such an unreal adventure and so many unforgettable memories. Our tour guide Jair was so passionate about his job and had so much to share with us, incredibly grateful to have someone who was so knowledgeable and had so many stories to tell. Definitely the highlight of my trip to Peru!!!
Really enjoyed the trek, it was such a good mix of adventure activities and walking. The accommodation was surprisingly comfortable and hot showers if you were lucky. The best part was the guide Jose who entertained us from start to finish with humor and information about the lovely machu pichu. Highly recommend
This was one of the best experiences I have ever had it was so much all because of the tour guid. Jair was so much fun and went out of his way to accommodate all our needs and was full of information about Machupicchu. I highly recommend asking for Jair if your looking for a good time! Thanks for the memories!
I highly recommend using this company to do the trek. We had great time. Everything was well organized, great activities - especially rafting. There were 2 days involving some hiking (elevation ~500m) but we had plenty of breaks and pace was good. My trip was with Jair and he was just great. The guide can make or break your trip so ask the agency for Jair.
The 4 jungle trek was amazing from start to finish. Such good value and incredible scenery with good food and excellent hostels throughout. Jose led us as the Sexy Alpacas and did an incredible job. He is knowledgeable, funny, caring and an all round top class guide. He got the atmosphere and the pace just right making sure everyone’s needs were catered for. An unforgettable trip that I would highly recommend.
Together with a friend I did the Inca Jungle tour, it was amazing. Rodrigo or Roro our guide was amazing, the landscape was beautiful and the activities we did were awesome. Also the food and sleeping places were very nice. We booked by Reserv Cusco and in the office they were very friendly. This tour was absolutely one of the most amazing things I ever did, I were really recommend it.
Conde Travel completed exceeded all our expectations. We were a very large group (approximately 18) of us. Everything was done to keep us together as much as possible. Our tour guides Jai & Jose we’re nothing short of amazing & extremely knowledgeable about everything. Biking was awesome & everything that followed afterwards was great as well. They accommodate all types of visitors (our group ranged from 18-63) & for the most part every aspect of the tour worked around everyone’s different “athleticism” if you will. After the 4 day your was over we spent another night at the conde hostel and Luis was also a wonderful host who showed some of us around the town of Cusco. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone looking to explore Peru in a more adventurous form!
We booked the Inca Junge Trail and it was fantastic. The biking and the zip lining were lots of fun, the accommodation was good and the food was delicious. Best of all was the fact that we were only two people on the tour which made it a private tour with our fantastic guide Henry who was lots of fun and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to book with Conde Travel because of the small groups and the good accommodation.
Excellent experience. 100% recommended. José's work and dedication as our guide were the key to the success of our trip.
A wonderful discovery of this fantastic country: Peru! A special mention to Eduardo, our guide, who allowed us to particularly enjoy this tour with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a true passion for his country that he shared with us by introducing us to the culture, customs, and life of the Inca people. We also shared the daily life of Peruvians and discovered the hospitality and kindness of the local inhabitants. A very beautiful encounter. Thank you very much, Eduardo
This very good experience, the rhythms of the activities are very well thought out. Everyone who coordinates the activities is very professional and the food and lodging were great. We highlight Jhimmy’s good vibe, he’s a bloke, you can tell he knows a lot and enjoys conveying what he likes. Besides it is very good vibe, made us the trip:)
The tour was amazing, we had fun experiences. We could see high views and know very interesting places. Jhimmy, the guide, very attentive and patient.
I had heard about an excursion to Machu Picchu with Fun and Sports Things to do, and when I contacted several agencies to arrange it, Conde travel was initially very responsive. Reply in a few minutes to my messages, then I was called, and nice surprise: the Guide speaks French! This was a big + decisive in my choice, a big thank you to my Guide Manu! Then once the excursion is booked, apart from the water bottles to plan, everything is included, which is comfortable. I found the meals even hearty! The accommodations are also quality, a big + for the first night, in recent eco lodge surrounded by nature and with superb views of the mountains. The Guide adapts to the needs and has given many explanations about Peruvian culture, history, fauna, flora during hikes, coffee making... Things to do were great fun, mountain biking with great mountain views, sporty and fun rafting, and ziplining a sensational mountain experience! If you want a mix of culture, sport and fun activities, this excursion with Conde travel is perfect!
We performed at Inka Jungle and it really was spectacular. Our great guide was Jhimmy, always very attentive, with a lot of Inka data, agriculture and the Pacha itself. I highly recommend that if you can choose it, do it. He taught us a lot about plants, names, uses, functions, we even tried many of them along the way. As for the tour, it was great. Complete recontra. The first day we went down 3km of mountain biking and then went rafting with a team of great and very careful guides. We slept at the place of some families in the jungle, whose cabins were very prepared to receive people. It was incredible. The second day we walked 8 hours from Santa María to Santa Teresa. A spectacular walk where we passed through incredible places, Jhimmy taught us a lot along the way, and we stopped at the houses of farming families where each stop was a new learning experience. They even taught us how to make coffee, we carried out the procedure almost from scratch until we drank it. It was epic. The next day we did a zip line crossing mountains and the river, also wonderful. From there we drove to Hidroelectrica to walk towards Aguas Calientes. The last day we went up to the sanctuary of Machupichu and Huaynapichu. Everything is crazy, 100% recommended, it shows that they have the tour very well prepared and organized, there are almost no waiting moments. Do it if you can!
Jhimmy was an AMAZING guide. He helped us, he accompanied us, he explained a lot. And above all VERY good person. I highly recommend the tour and Jhimmy as a guide
The truth is that it exceeded expectations. It was an unforgettable trip, we had a very, very good time. hilarious! The guide Stif, super attentive, friendly, very fun, excellent treatment, and attentive to all the details. 100% recommendable! It is a trip to do as a family with friends as a couple, alone. where you combine great activities: bike, rafting, ziplining, trekking and a lot of very interesting cultural content! with the finishing touch in Machu Picchu. excellent!! Do not miss it!
The entire organization went smoothly. The accommodation was day 1 above our expectations in the middle of a nature reserve which felt a bit like a jungle. Day 2 and 3 was accommodation clean (but basic). The food was delicious, clean and more than adequate. During 2 meals the drinking was not included which is not so bad but this would be better communicated in advance. The briefing moments were always clear. Got a lot of explanation and during the walks there were plenty of rest moments. Very nice alternation between action, nature and relaxation. The MB, rafting and zipline was super cool and felt safe. We were with a family of 5 and unfortunately on day 1 two sick people were probably eaten something bad the day before we left. Our guides helped to find solutions, alternatives, suggested to go to the doctor, tried to help with all kinds of Peruvian patch remedies,...Daniele and Stiff were top guides! Definitely recommended.
Perfect: the best was the guide, Walter.. Enterprise behaved very well.. We didn't have to spend on anything. All perfect, well coordinated and very responsible.
We had 4 cool days ziplined, mountain bike and walked a part of the Inca trail. We had received a lot of information about the places we visited by our Guide EDGAR CARDENAS PEREZ super cool Customer! Very very helpful, we were Never faced with surprises by him!
We made the experience with my partner. The guide of Conde Travel was José. A very nice, friendly, empathetic, informed and responsible person, with a vocation for Customer Service. Activities are carried out in film landscapes. Every day is an experience to live, see and tell... Every minute is an unforgettable story. Certainly it is a physically demanding journey, especially if you go from a country above sea level. The height is felt, especially in oxygen demand and physical recovery times in activities. Still being trained. But it's worth it. The only detail to improve is the condition of the bikes and that as the changes are overdue at times towards making the bikes impractical. Anyway, being relegation did not involve an extra effort. We emphasize that the security team in this activity is really very good. We recommend always wearing long pants and long sleeves because mosquitoes bite a lot, especially in rafting activity... Still using repellent. Truth is wonderful. No doubt that our guide had a lot to do with this being an unforgettable experience. Cheer up!
In the 4 days that lasted the excursion we did not lack anything!! Our guide Jhonatan Lopez attended us wonderfully and if at any time we had any inconvenience, he knew how to solve it! Very good tour and Service always 10 points!!
4 wonderful days and a lifetime experience. I thank Henry Quintano for having accompanied us at all times, because in addition to our guide he was our friend and was always at our disposal. Everything lived was beautiful and the fact of arriving at destination is a reward that is priceless!! Machu Picchu is magical!
