This tour was the best. It turned out I was the only person in the tour group so I had my own guide. The first day I was able to choose the direction of the travel from Cusco to the train. Basically I was given two options. The train ride was amazing and my hotel at the base of Machu Pichu was so comfortable and warm. Up early day 2 and I got to see the sun rise while sitting on the mountain. This tour was brilliant. The company communicated with me from the minute I booked the tour until the tour ended. I 100% recommend this tour and the company to each and everyone of you that would like to visit Machu Pichu.

Day 1

7:45 AM – Hotel Pickup We pick up all travelers from any location in the city of Cusco. Relax in our modern vehicle as your expert guide welcomes you and begins sharing fascinating stories about the region's history and culture. As you leave Cusco behind, you'll pass some of the city's most impressive Inca archaeological sites, such as Sacsayhuamán. We offer an optional stop at the Cristo Blanco viewpoint, where you can capture panoramic views of Cusco's historic skyline, a perfect introduction to the beauty that awaits you in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
8:10 AM – The Largest Alpaca and Llama Farm in the Sacred Valley During this 20-minute visit, you'll come face-to-face with South America's most iconic camelids, including playful llamas, friendly alpacas, elegant guanacos, and rare, highly prized vicuñas. This is a wonderful opportunity to interact with these gentle animals, feed them by hand, and discover how their luxurious wool has shaped Andean textile traditions for centuries. It's an unforgettable introduction to the culture and craftsmanship of the Sacred Valley and the perfect place to take authentic alpaca selfies.
9:20 AM – Panoramic View of the Sacred Valley We'll stop at one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the Sacred Valley. From here, we'll admire the Andean mountains, the Urubamba River, and the vast agricultural fields that make up one of the most photographed landscapes in the region. Our guide will explain the importance of this valley to the Inca civilization, and we'll have time to capture unforgettable photos.
10:00 AM – Explore the Ancient Wonders of the Pisac Inca Archaeological Site We'll explore the impressive Pisac archaeological complex, located high in the mountains of the Sacred Valley. During the guided tour, we'll discover its extraordinary agricultural terraces, stone structures, and ancient ceremonial areas while learning how the Incas developed sophisticated engineering and agricultural techniques. In addition to its fascinating history, Pisac offers spectacular panoramic views of the valley and its surrounding mountains.
11:20 AM – Traditional Pisac Market – Handicrafts and Local Culture We'll visit the colorful Pisac handicraft market, famous for its textiles, ceramics, jewelry, and products made by local artisans. We'll have time to explore its stalls, discover the creativity of Andean communities, and purchase authentic souvenirs from our trip to Peru. An excellent opportunity to experience the cultural traditions of the Sacred Valley up close.
12:30 PM – Buffet Lunch in the Heart of the Sacred Valley Enjoy an extraordinary buffet lunch (with vegetarian options available) at one of the best restaurants in the Sacred Valley. Featuring more than 50 options, the buffet offers a wide variety of Peruvian specialties, traditional dishes, salads, desserts, and vegetarian choices. This will be the perfect time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the flavors of Peru before continuing our adventure.
2:00 PM – Explore Ollantaytambo, the Last Living Inca Town We continue our journey along the Urubamba River until we reach Ollantaytambo. This site was heavily protected, as it served as the gateway to the route leading to Machu Picchu. For this reason, many significant events took place here during the Spanish invasion. Discover its impressive history with your guide.
3:00 PM – Ollantaytambo Train Station – Train Journey Based on Your Selection at Booking After exploring Ollantaytambo, we'll head to the train station to board our train to Aguas Calientes, the town located at the foot of Machu Picchu. During the approximately 1-hour-and-45-minute journey, we'll enjoy spectacular scenery as the Andean mountains gradually give way to lush cloud forest vegetation. The train follows the Urubamba River, offering unforgettable views through its windows. You'll travel in the train category selected when making your reservation. Choose from economy, panoramic, or observatory train service with a balcony.
6:10 PM – Arrival, Hotel Check-In, and Free Time Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our staff will assist us with the transfer to our selected hotel for the night. We'll receive all the necessary information for the following day's visit to Machu Picchu, including the meeting time and recommendations from our guide. After checking in at the hotel, we'll have free time to explore the small town, enjoy dinner at our own expense, or simply relax surrounded by the mountains.
Day 2
2
7:00 AM – Breakfast at the Hotel and Preparation for Machu Picchu We'll start the day with breakfast at our hotel before experiencing one of the most anticipated moments of the trip.
Machu Picchu – Guided Tour of the Inca Citadel We'll board the tourist bus that will take us from Aguas Calientes to the entrance of the Machu Picchu Historic Sanctuary. The most anticipated moment of our adventure has finally arrived! We'll enter Machu Picchu accompanied by our expert local guide to discover the history, mysteries, and extraordinary architecture of this impressive Inca citadel. During the tour, we'll explore the main attractions permitted by our assigned entry circuit while learning about the daily life, religious beliefs, and engineering knowledge of the Inca civilization. The guided tour lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on the assigned circuit. We prioritize Circuit 2, subject to availability. The final circuit and entry time will be coordinated and confirmed before the visit, based on official ticket availability.
11:00 AM – Return to Aguas Calientes, Free Time, and Return Train Journey After completing our visit to Machu Picchu, we'll board the bus back to Aguas Calientes. Depending on the available schedule, we'll have free time to enjoy lunch at our own expense, explore the town's streets, visit its handicraft shops, or relax before our return journey. We'll then head to the train station to board our return train to Ollantaytambo.
4:00 PM – Transfer from Ollantaytambo to Cusco Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo Train Station, our transportation will be waiting for us to continue our journey back to Cusco. This is an incredible two day tour. Action packed with many stops the first day in Sacred Valley with great tour guide Victor. Then, the ultimate Circuit 2 Machu Picchu tour with guide Carlos A (Sifuentes Sullcaccori). Carlos was the absolute best guide we have ever had in over 30 years of travel. His passion and deep knowledge helped us understand the history and characteristics of the Inca settlers and the meanings behind the location. A great story teller who adeptly pulled relevant pictures from multiple books and his iPad to educate our small group. So glad we did this tour and very fortunate to have such incredible guides. The train ride both ways was also amazing with a Pisco tasting and band on the way to Machu Picchu and a fashion show by the train attendants on the way back (most of us purchased multiple baby alpaca articles at attractive prices). Highly recommend this tour.
Our trip to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu was absolutely wonderful and truly unique. The organization was flawless from start to finish. Communication, travel information, and documents were all perfectly arranged. Throughout the entire tour we always felt comfortable, safe, and very well taken care of. All of the guides and drivers were extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to giving us the best possible experience. A special mention goes to our guide in Machu Picchu. He was incredibly knowledgeable, very passionate, and also had excellent photo and video skills. He gave us a three-hour tour of the breathtaking Inca ruins that we will never forget. We booked the panorama train, which was nice but not absolutely necessary. The three-star hotel was perfectly fine for one night. The price for the two days may seem high at first glance, but for us it was worth every cent and we would do the tour again without hesitation.
Best decision we made, so hassle free, it was great having everything planned for us vs the alternative of queuing for hours on end. Our tour guides and drivers were excellent and the standard train and 3 star hotel both exceeded expectations. Could not recommend more!
The journey to get there was an adventure in itself. From the scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley to the final hike up to the site, every moment was filled with awe-inspiring views and a sense of anticipation. Once at the top, the panoramic vistas of the lush mountains and expertly crafted stonework made it clear why Machu Picchu is considered one of the world’s greatest wonders. Our guide (Martin) was incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history of the site to life, sharing insights about Incan engineering, culture, and spirituality. Martin is also a photographer and he knows all the best angles to take incredible pictures. He is super funny and sweet to take care of everyone in our small group. The weather was mostly sunny and misty in the afternoon, which gave the ruins a magical feel, and then clear skies that made for stunning photos and views.
Nice tour from Cuzco to Machu pichu, with transfer picking you up from the hotel, very well organized
So my friend and I booked this option since it provided a night stay in Aguascalientes to get an early start at Machu Picchu. The first day we were picked up by our tour guide victor and driver for the day, Jorge. We initially thought that this would be a group tour transporting many of us on a van, however to our surprise it was just my travel group of two and our tour guides on a private tour ! The first day we fed and met alpacas, llamas and learned the difference between them. Then we stopped in Pisac to learn about archaeological ruins with the great expertise of Incan history from our tour guide victor. We then stopped at Ollantaytambo and had a buffet Peruvian lunch (that was included) with live entertainment. Finally we stopped at Ollantaytambo to see more ruins and get more history from Victor, photo ops and free time to roam the archaeological site. All of our tickets were included and given to us at the beginning of the trip, round trip bus ticket , round trip train ticket and Machu Picchu entry ticket ( we got circuit 2) . Clear instructions were given to us as we boarded the train to Aguascalientes and met by another tour guide who led us to our hotel for the night. The hotel was cozy, steps away from the trains and bus station in aguas calientes. Our luggage was stored there for the day without any issues. Once we boarded the bus to Machu Picchu we met our final tour guide of the journey; Carlos. Carlos was so knowledgeable, funny, gratefully took photos of is and knew all the good photo ops, knew great English and made our tour group (6 total people) feel like a little family. Overall, my friend and I were a bit nervous & surprised to be on a personal tour in a private car in a foreign country but the folks at fly Cusco and victor, Jorge and Carlos made is felt taken care of and safe and explained every step of the way . 10/10 would recommend them to anyone ! The relieved so much stress surrounding the journey to Machu Picchu from Cusco as it can be a. Long and complicated one for those who have never traveled there before .
I absolutely loved my 2-Day tour provided by this operator Flycusco. Firstly my coordinator Rayza for constantly updating me via WhatsApp regarding anything to do with the tour. Secondly my first tour guide for Day 1 named Carlos and our driver Martin. Carlos was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the different places we visited and helped to explain everything clearly. Martin did an excellent job both picking me up and sending me to each location on time. On Day 2 I had a second guide named Judy who was excellent. She explained and revealed so many things about Machu Picchu I never knew before, and she helped take great pictures of me too. From start to finish the Flycusco Team took excellent care of me and I felt both safe and satisfied with the tour provided :)
The service was excellent !! Thanks Rayza for everything !! The tour guide was friendly and punctual
My friend and I took this tour 2 days ago and it was sensational! Our guide in Cusco kept us on time and was very knowledgeable. Our guide in Aguas Caliente and Machu Picchu was very knowledgeable, super friendly and went the extra mile to take photos for our group at all of the right locations. It was great not to have to stress about getting from Cusco to Machu Picchu as it's not that straight forward. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I highly recommend this tour!!! Muchas gracias!!!
Every detail was perfectly organized. The guides, the drivers, the food. Every person from The agency was sweet, polite. This tour was memorable and I give it a 100!
We loved the drive through Sacred Valley, and the stops facilitated by FlyCusco. We would not have stopped at the salt mines on our own, but it ended up being an interesting stop. Machu Picchu was great, and the whole tour was well put together from start to finish!
As advertised, this is a two-day trip to see an Alpaca farm, two historic Inca sites, views of the Sacred Valley, a stop at a local jewelry shop to explain local craftsmanship, and a very nice lunch along the way, all with a friendly and helpful guide. Then, you are left at the train station (with tickets of course) to go to Agua Calientes (Machu Picchu) where an agent takes you to your hotel, and the guide meets you in the morning to take you on the bus to Machu Picchu for the guided tour, then a train ride back (guide, train, bus, MP tickets all included). This includes the ground transportation to and from Cusco (a two-hour trip if no stops). You have some extra time in Agua Calientes after the Machu Picchu tour and the evening before after arriving on the train. Agua Calientes is a tourist town, full of bars, restaurants, and craft/souvenir shops, amusing with narrow streets lined with shops all begging for your attention, but not an historic site. Machu Piccha speaks for itself. Entering Agua Calientes on the train is scenic. Here, I am just reviewing the bundled tour. The logistics, guide, and transport were all good. The big advantage here is getting this all bundled so you don't miss a logistical detail. The minor negatives: only one lunch is included for food (the breakfast is just the hotel included breakfast). The hotel was close to the train station, clean, modern, but just average overall. The price is significant relative to other options. You have to want to see the other sights in the Sacred Valley and enjoy a night in Agua Calientes. There are two guides and a driver to tip. A bigger negative: a full-sized bag on the train costs $100 in luggage fees and this is not made clear in the ad. So, you need to pay the extra $100 or find somewhere to store your bag in Cusco and travel with only a roller bag or backpack. The tour company might hold your bag for you.
The guides are very knowledgeable and good in English, highly recommended! Itinerary is well organized, packed but not too demanding.
Machu Picchu and the Vistadome observatory train were fabulous! The tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable about history and traditions. Our daughter also loved the alpaca farm.
This was a very well executed 2 day tour! We were greeted by our tour guide Effie who spoke very good English & our driver I believe his name was Marty. Effie did a amazing job explaining all the sites/history of all the amazing stops on the way… we were taken to a amazing buffet lunch escorted all the way to the train station & picked up from the train station to the hotel in Machu Picchu. Our tour guide Miguel picked us up from our hotel the next day & took us up to Macchu Picchu which was simply breathtaking he was very knowledgeable & educated us on how it was built & gave us all the ins & outs of Macchu Picchu he was such a great tour guide.
Usually I avoid using packed tours at all. But as we did not plan our trip in advance and it was a bit tricky I decided to try this one. And the experience was wonderful. 1. Very good organization: Someone met and supported us on every part of the journey. We never waited or felt along. We had a clear printed schedule and our first guide explained everything to us. 2. Best guides: Our first guide Efrain was carrying, knowledgeable and patient. He told us so much about Inka, Perú, region of Cusco and answered dozens of questions! He really loves his motherland and cares about people. Our second guide Alex had a very interesting background and shared many details about Andean culture and traditions. It was just great. 3. Food: On our first day we had lunch in a buffet restaurant. I suffered from an altitude sickness and could not just eat anything. But food there was clean, healthy and tasty. So I easily found options and even felt better after. 4. Accommodation: in Aguas Calientes we stayed in 3* hotel that focuses on Machu Picchu tourists. It was very convenient as they started serving breakfast at 5am. It was clean and had everything required - comfortable bed, air conditioning/heater and a good view on Andes. Overall I want to thank Flu Cusco and our best guides for this unforgettable experience.
Our tour guides Efren & Wilma were informative & clearly love their work. Even better was how well FlyCusco took care of each step from meeting us at our hotel the night before to making sure we understood the arrangements for pick-up/drop-off, transportation, & Machu Picchu tickets. The private tour was especially appreciated. Can not recommend highly enough!
Had an amazing time! We were a family of 4 with a 14 year old and 11 year old. Our guide was Justino, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept us engaged specially the kids. Everything was very well organized. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Machu Picchu!
Taking this tour was the highlight of our entire trip to Perú. As first-timers to South America who speak very little Spanish, we were in great hands from start to finish on this Fly Cusco experience. From a pre-departure briefing at our hotel the night before we embarked, to our tickets for each mode of transportation/park/activity being stapled in chronological order, to a bilingual guide, to private escorts waiting to pick us up and drop us off at our hotels, we did not have to stress during a single moment of the trip. The Sacred Valley is stunning and the ascent up to Machu Picchu was surreal. What made the trip truly lovely, however, was our tour guide, Efrain. He has been doing this for over 20 years and his passion for the Cusco region and it’s history is absolutely contagious. We learned so many fascinating and fun bits of knowledge from his narration throughout the tour. Needless to say he kept us all engaged while simultaneously ensuring we stayed on schedule and making everyone in the group feel included. If I ever come back to Cusco, I would do this tour (again) in a heartbeat!
Justin was cool and nice to talk to. The views from the Vista Dome Train were great. Then, It was a fantastic and informative tour with Victor, he is an excellent guide in Machu Picchu :)
This tour went above and beyond all of our expectations! Our guide met us in our hotel the night before to give us our tickets and review our itinerary. We were given a detailed written itinerary which made everything go so smoothly! He also went over all the information and made sure all of our questions were answered. We would have never been able to see as much or learn as much if we had not taken this tour!
From the get go Fly Cusco Peru travel agency made sure that our comfort was their number one priority during the complete stay. Danny, Effy, Carlos and Jordy were very pleasant to work with. Overall, we had an excellent experience. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and organized throughout the trip. Their knowledge of the local history, culture, and attraction was impressive. Throughout our stay they made sure to cater to all our needs and we were able to customize the entire itinerary around our needs. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour agency to anyone who is looking for a well-organized, informative and enjoyable travel experience in Peru.
The tour was very organized. Efrain was very knowledgeable, nice and very well prepared. He made us feel welcome and has a very nice and professional way to do his tour. The driver Jorge was very nice. I recommend this tour to anyone.
I am a solo female traveller and I had a very safe trip with FlyCusco. I took a 2 days tour for sacred valley and Machu Pichu. The guides are very friendly and explain so well. They took great pictures for me too. Absolutely recommend this. Note: I only wish they had better hotels in Machu Pichu town. I guess you can request ahead on what type of hotels you are looking for.
We absolutely loved everything about this tour! Jhordy was so helpful and informative upon pickup. Efran (Effy) was our personal guide for the entire two days. Everyone was exactly on time for every meet up. Each leg of the tour was carefully planned and documented for each of us (five total). No detail was overlooked. Effy was full of knowledge and stories. He was also very attentive and caring with our children, at one point playing soccer with them. I highly recommend this tour and this tour company!
Ify made our trip absolutely amazing. He was one of the best guides we have ever had. So flexible and accommodating and knowledgeable. I would do other tours with him. The company as a whole was a class act, so smooth and organized. The tour was amazing and worth every penny. What a great experience!
If you want top see the Secret Valley and Machu Picchu, this is the tour to use and see everything, to learn everything and feel safe. Efy was amazing guide, he show us all the places and teach us history that most of it you can even find in the travel books. He was patient with us, taking it easy and took photos at any time we asked him too. From the early pick up up until the drop off at your hotel Efy and Fly Cusco will take care of all of your needs. We stuck in Agua Calientes because of the two days protests in Cusco, Efy made sure we got place to stay in the city, negotiated hotels and made sure we are settled in, he was informing us and keeping us updated on everything that was going on in Cusco, and after everything settled he got us back safely and at earliest time possible. In Machu Picchu there was heavy fog in the morning, he was telling us no rush, we will see the citadel, just relax and enjoy, and he was right. A lot of people after two hours gave up and continue the tour but our guide Efy made sure we see what we all came for, and I am very grateful for it, thanks to him and his persistence we didn't miss the one of the best and most viewed wonders in the world. I highly recommend this agency to book any tour if you want to see everything without hustle. And if you are in luck to get Efy as your guide, well, that's a double luck. Thank you FLY CUSCO Peru for the unforgettable experience. Kosta
When my trip to Machu Picchu was nearly ruined, they managed to help me pick up the pieces and accommodate my unique circumstances. With haste, they put together transportation and your guides so that my significant other and myself could enjoy the experience we flew to Peru for. Jhordy and his team was professional and incredibly hospitable, and I highly recommend them! Jhordy pieces together all of the details and smoothed out every possible hole in the plan. Avelardo woke up at the crack of dawn to ensure that we made our journey successfuly. The tour guide, Javier, was informative, fun, and generally phenomenal! They will absolutely ENSURE you have an amazing trip no matter what hurdles you may find! AND we have some absolutely stunning pictures as a direct result. I truly could not be more impressed! A major thank you to the entire team!
A good worth for the money I paid for the two day tour which included visits to the sites in the Sa c red Valley of t he Incas and Machu Picchu. They included lunch, breakfast a nd an a c commodation for one night. The train ride was quite an experience. The guide was superb and did a lot to explain the Inca civilization. Never felyt rushed. Everything was exceptionally organised. Highly reccomended.
I was a little scared because this trip was quite expensive and there were not so many reviews. However, I was very happy with the trip, it was well organized and the guide was one of the best I have ever had. He explained everything well, so not only I understood things but also had fun learning. Machupicchu was wonderful!
Sacred Valley + Machu Picchu Tour We toured Sacred Valley and Michu Picchu with Cesar as our tour guide. He was fantastic. He’s patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and thorough. Above all he’s passionate about his history and protecting the native animals. I highly recommend him for either/both tours. Thanks.
I must say that our tour guide was amazing! He was courteous and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was unheard of. The fact that he was at our service at any given time, had a lot to say about his dedicated hospitality. If you’re looking for the best and safest tour guide to show you the greatest sites, he’s your guy.
Those who do this tour will have a great time. Everything organized, they arrive on time, the van is very comfortable, the guide knows what he talks about. We could dedicate ourselves to get to know Peru and the wonderful places we went without worrying about anything else. Lunch is good-good eh
Merci

We decided to travel to Cusco after a long time we just hoped that our trip would be full of positive energy. We looked for some alternatives and made no mistake, Fly cusco peru definitely covered all our expectations. I highly recommend it I would repeat it without thinking.
My favorite part... was walking around, and suddenly visualizing an impressive Inca empire full of history.
Idealny kontakt i pełny profesjonalizm .Polecam goraco Na pochwałe zasługuja Jordy ,Efrain i Ivone oraz punktualny i rozwazny kierowca Avelardo
I congratulate the tour guide, Victor, for his excellent mastery of the subject, for his enthusiasm in conveying all the historical wealth that the Machu Picchu holds. These were very pleasant moments. 100% recommended by this agency
My boyfriend and I had a great time doing the Sacred Valley Tour to Machu Picchu 2D1N, especially in these difficult times. Our tour guide was Victor, passionate and knowledgeable about Inka history and the nature around us. All the Service provided by Machu Picchu Travel Peru was amazing, it was an amazing experience and surely we recommend this travel agency.
The tour is super fun and the guides are very flexible stopping at different places so you can see more of Peru and the sacred valley. The trip was pleasant with lots of good information about the history of this region. I will also recommend this tour to my friends!
The whole trip is exciting and full of knowledge about learning Cusco, Pisac, Ollayantambo and Machu piccu. Pickup is punctual, transportation is comfortable, a great end-to-end experience even during the Covid19 pandemic. Thank you so much! Thanks to Jhordy and guide Javier.
My brother and I had a great time! First we visited an alpacas farm and fed them, then we visited 2 archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley with stunning views. The train to Machu Pichu was fine, you are required to wear a double mask and face shield inside and there is no food. We had a Voyager ticket. Our tour guide Ephraim was fun, social and able to answer each and every question. The first day we went to dinner together as a group. Efraín ordered a Pisco Sour show and we could see how it is prepared and of course we tried it:) The stay at the hotel was decent, with breakfast. On the second day, we took a transport to Machu Picchu, it is the only way to get there. He climbed to the upper platform with the guidance of Ephraim. It was very foggy and disappointed us, however, Ephraim told us that the main thing was to be patient and wait. We were getting anxious, but Ephraim assured us that it will clear and in fact the wind and sun helped and we could see Machu Picchu from the top. The view is stunning! Then we walk and stroll through the real city with Ephraim explaining about history and more. After coming back down, we had a couple of hours to ourselves, some people went to lunch or walk through Machu Picchu city. Instead, we went to thermal baths and relaxed a bit. Another train ride and a return bus ride, and we returned to our hotel in Cusco. It was a great trip, in a comfortable van and the weather stayed as advertised. Also note that our group was only 6 people and was perfectly small. We really enjoyed it and recommend it to everyone!
