She was very attentive and professional, making sure the pressure and techniques were perfect throughout the entire session. The massage was both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective for tension relief. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt thoughtful from start to finish. Highly recommend Namaste Plaza Spa, and specifically Issely, if you visit — absolutely worth it!

My wife and I enjoy getting massages while travelling, particularly after plane travel or hiking. Namaste did not disappoint as a true oasis of relaxation in Cusco. Close by to the city center, the staff were helpful from the very start; we had some scheduling changes last minute that were handled effortlessly. The massages themselves (Inca Mix) were very relaxing, invigorating, and made us feel new afterwards. We had Issely and Melissa, and they were great! Maria Paz at the reception was also very professional and polite! Overall, a great experience!

Eliana was amazing. She knew where it was hurting and applied perfect pressure. She still checked with me if the pressure was ok. Would go back if we were staying longer. The receptionist Gabriela was helpful and made us feel very welcome. The spa was clean, atmosphere nice and calming.

I was at the SPA on 17/05 and I was delighted with the experience! I was very well attended to when I arrived by Alexandra (or Alecsandra). She was super receptive, analyzed my complaints and recommended the best option. I went in for the massage and the atmosphere was incredible, a fragrant room, low lighting, a comfortable stretcher and a spectacular massage. While I was having a massage, Alexandra entertained my cousins with tea, flowers, photos and everything else. I highly recommend it!
