Wyndham Cusco Saqsayhuaman

I don’t know where to start. These are some of the amenities not available to the guests. For example, NO cable to watch TV, NO coffee makers in the room, NO lockers, and the hair dryer didn’t work. On top of this, the shower leaked in the Hall way and the faucet leaked all over the counter. I am so glad we took our toiletries because their provision is absolutely not enough. The Oxygen supplement station was out of order. The business center was out of service. Even the thermos to provide hot water for tea was “out of service”! There are 2 things we liked about this hotel. Enrique, works in the restaurant, always polite and courteous towards the guests. He is a very hardworking guy. Another front desk person we enjoyed talking to is Allen. He is also very helpful and gave us good info for the trip. I am not sure how Wyndham allows this particular property to be franchised.

I've never written a review for a hotel or hostel but I had to for them because this was an awesome stay. Easily one of the friendliest most helpful staffs ever. I had gotten food poisoning in Lima the day before showing up. My girlfriend and I showed up covered in vomit and despite the guy who does it being gone they still managed to get it washed quickly not to mention the restraunt catered to me to make the food easier to stomache. After everything finally got back on track for us. We over slept and nearly missed our flight. But thanks to the incredible staff they called a taxi for us and woke us up just in time Even though we had only mentioned it like once or twice. Room was clean and comfortable. Great view. Great shower. Thanks so much for making our time there better. Only con is that it is kinda far from the town square but it's only like 10 sols to get there

Hotel was ok. A bit further away from the downtown than many other hotels. Be warned there are some rooms that get blasted with interior lights from the hallway with no way to block the light. The restaurant looks more like a sitting area than an actual restaurant, but I just say the waiter we had was awesome. If you can sit on the glass enclosed porch to get some awesome views.

Nice Hotel in the upper side of Cuzco with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Receptionist and staff are very friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast could improve but not bad.... limited selection . Room could be noisy at times as the walls could use more sound proofing. Overall I would consider staying again. Taxis are available as per request. Hotel is 1.8 km to Saqsayhuaman ruins and horse back riding.
