Palacio Manco Capac was truly exceptional. When my husband unexpectedly needed medical attention, Pilar at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for a doctor to come to the hotel. We are extremely grateful to Pilar and the entire staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care. The accommodations were beautiful, the service was excellent, and the restaurant has an amazing view. Every member of the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. We would absolutely recommend Palacio Manco Capac to anyone visiting Cusco.

We absolutely had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It is located on top of the hill overseeing the plaza de armas, which was so much fun during the month of June as we were able to see the festivities throughout the city. It was a great location to see the sights around Cusco as well! The staff was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for better experience. They helped us by storing our luggage, providing to go breakfast bags when we had morning excursions, helped set up rides to various places, and just made sure we had a great experience. When we come back, we will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone! *I also loved having the alpacas in the garden!

If you’re looking for a luxury hotel in Cusco, but don’t want to stay in one of the bigger chain hotels, Palacio Manco Capac is the perfect choice. We had a master suite which was beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you - a special mention to José who went above and beyond to fulfil our requests. We were apprehensive about being cold in the rooms, based on other reviews, but we needn’t have worried, as we were definitely warm enough. The location is on a hill, about a 10 minute walk from the main square. It was a bit of a challenge on the first day when acclimatising to the altitude, but the walk was fine after that. In fact, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. We had no trouble ordering taxis to and from the hotel and being picked up for excursions. Thank you to the team for such a memorable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Palacio Manco Capac.

We had an excellent stay at Palacio Manco Capac! This boutique hotel is perched on the hill offering amazing views of the city of Cusco. The location is very safe and it is only a 10min walk to the main square. We really enjoyed the historical architecture of the building as well as the 3 friendly alpacas who live in the central courtyard! Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our window opened up to the alpaca courtyard which we especially enjoyed. The breakfast buffet as well as the restaurant were delicious. The staff at this hotel made our stay here extremely special. Everyone was kind, attentive and helpful. We especially had great service and good conversations with Jhon, Carmen and Jose. These three people really exemplified incredible customer service and offered such a special personal connection to our stay at the hotel. We would definitely stay at Palacio Manco Capac again! Thank you for adding to our wonderful time in Cusco!
