We stayed here 3 nites from August 2nd had not very good experience at this place, initially we requested if we can they can arrange cab to train station as we are reaching very late like 930 pm to San Pedro station from machu pichu previous day they told they send cab , we were shocked to learn that they don’t send any once we arrived that too we agreed to pay for cab I.e it’s not free service they provide. If they could not arrange in first place they should not be agreeing to it, and then secondly they do not have free shuttle to airport when we chk for it they told they charge 35 soles … one more problem I see in room is the temperature adjustment when we keep even at 20 in nite the air come as dry air which makes our nose and mouth so dry by morning. Also I see very wired bites on my legs which could be mosquitoes or bed/ bedsheet bugs I am not sure of .. this is my overall really bad experience after spending hell lot of money to a room . Also I see the receptionist are not at all smiling and dnt care much once we chk in they never bother even to give a smile when we approach them .. Really I dnt recommend this hotel very horrible experience

I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. (Shoutout to Mayara R especially for her kindness.) It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs.
you can always rely on Novotel for a great experience. this hotel is built around an old colonial style courtyard that is absolutely georgious. staff very friendly and polite too. thank you for the stay. good location only 5m from the town main square.
Lovely colonial mansion just minutes away from the main square. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. And a special thanks to the warm and friendly Mayara for the welcome.
Lovely hotel with a great location. I stayed at the colonial suite with my family. The room was very clean and spacious. It has a small balcony and 2 TVs, one on the first floor and another upstairs in the loft. The bathroom is spacious and has outlets for 110V and 120V. I wished I knew known this ahead of my trip to bring my hair tools. The hairdryer was ok but got overheated and stopped working. Be careful when arriving at the hotel and using your toiletries open them slowly as they could have air pressure from the elevation. The breakfast buffet was great and all staff was very helpful and always smiling and happy to help. They have a baby alpaca that my kids loved and enjoyed petting and taking pictures with.
