This gorgeous, historic property was a lovely final stop of our vacation. It feels almost like you're staying in a chic monetary. It was a joy to return each evening to such a nice abode. The main complaint - albeit a very minor and perhaps silly one - was the bathroom: First, turning the light on meant the fan turned on... and the fan sounded like a chainsaw. Maybe had we not had minor altitude headaches this wouldn't have been so bad, but... alas... we did, so going to the bathroom was quite unpleasant. Second, there is a disk on the shower floor that drove us a bit nuts as we kept slipping on it and almost falling. Third, the shower floor doesn't have a little wall, so our whole bathroom floor flooded each time we took a shower. These are all very first world problems, of course, but just a few tweaks to the bathroom would really make a big difference! Overall, we would definitely recommend this property despite our silly complaints!

The location was the best. Staff were all nice and helpful. Our room is clean except i thought it’s hypoallergenic room. I couldn’t sleep well because i have allergies to certain scents. They put diffusers in our room that made my eyes itchy and gave me runny nose and migraine. Otherwise it wouldve been a nice stay if it weren’t for that. The reception especially upon entering i already knew i will have a hard time.. i just hope they accommodate people with sensitivities to fragrance and just tone down on the scent..
Great stay here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and it was nice to have a separate couch and eating area. Rooms were really comfy. The noise does travel from both inside and outside the room but it didn’t bother us. The staff were really lovely, minus the guy who brought up the oxygen tank for my husband. He just dropped it off, didn’t ask how he was or any instructions. Breakfast was really good and lots of variety. Only issue with the room was that the bathroom had a weird smell.
Gorgeous hotel in a brilliant area of the city with lovely staff. We booked the Imperial Suite which has 2 balconies overlooking a little square which is so pretty in the morning - the room is huge and super comfortable! Breakfast is great in the morning with an omelette station if you want to order one. The cleaning is very good and there is free Coca Tea and water if needed. Would recommend!
Stayed here 3 nights on a group holiday. The room was not as large as other hotels we had stayed in on the holiday but the facilities were good. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was overall very attractive being set in an old colonial mansion, what’s more being very close to the main square with beautiful sites was a real plus. The history is everywhere here in this once Inca strong hold, with the nearby sites. A captivating city with this hotel at close hand to all the sites.
