Mansion Alcazar Boutique Hotel

We went there for what they call tea service. Its from 3-5. It was delightful and well worth the $15pp! It includes wine, pastries sabor y and sweets and choice of coffee.

Excellent location. We were within walking distance of many attractions. Old world charm. Beautifully appointed and excellent food available in the restaurant. The staff is one of the best we've encountered, ready to take care of anything you ask for, Excellent! Definitely returning.

We had a lovely stay. Pablo helped to make sure we had everything we needed from transportation to lending me a pair of scissors and answering all our questions. He was truly very kind. Breakfast was delicious. My only feedback would be to improve the sonorization of the rooms that share walls with the common areas. Sometimes the other visitors were quite loud. We had a couple people thay had very loud phone conversation outside our door. Otherwise, everything was absolutely perfect. We truly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful decor, good location and friendly staff, however not a 4-star and not worth the price for a night. We had an interior room, our windows looked into the reception. The room was stuffy with old air and walls are paper thin so we heard people entering and exiting the hotel at all hours. We stayed 3 nights and only had hot water once. At one point we had no water at all. There is no kettle/coffee maker provided in the room either
