Picked up on time, clear directions as to where to get bus. 9.45am pick up for Rethymno, not too early. Drive took just over an hour. Guide gave info on the bus about the town and a map. We had 5 hours free time which was plenty to see the harbour, pop in a museum, do some shopping and grab a bite to eat.

Demirti did an excellent job of explaining the sights and history of the island. We got to pick out the stops and how much time to spend at each. Recommended.
Good day out. Hotel pick up promised when booking but had to go to central meeting point. A bit longer in Chania would have been nice and guide made a bit of a faff about dropping off and meeting again in Chania.
Great day out value for money. Good amount of free time and not being dragged round in a mass group. Great information and advice given of what to see and where to go.
We booked this trip via TripAdvisor and got a corresponding ticket. It also said, there would be a pickup from the hotel. After the booking we received an email saying we would have to go to a pickup location, which was close to the hotel. The provided Google maps link didn't work. Nevertheless we were at the right place on time and when the bus came the guide didn't recognise our ticket. We were also not on his passenger list. After some back and forth, and showing him an email we got, we were allowed to get to the bus. All in all this made a somewhat chaotic impression and we would possibly have been left behind, if I wouldn't have produced that email which hinted on the company running the bus. Obviously, the company doing the tours is not the same that was selling the tickets and the communication between the involved parties seems to leave room for improvements. The tour itself was okay. Basically it's just a bus ride to Chania. The guide was rather chatty and gave us a map along with some recommendations of what might be worth seeing in Chania.
Really nice courier who gave some good background on Chania. Plenty of time in the city to explore. Back at a reasonable time.
We opted for this full-day trip to Chania from Rethymno primarily to avoid the hassle of driving ourselves. While the coach provided a straightforward means of transportation, the overall experience felt more like a shuttle service than a guided tour. Upon boarding, our guide handed out maps and briefly highlighted areas of interest before we disembarked in Chania. There was minimal interaction thereafter, and we were left to explore the city on our own. For travelers seeking in-depth insights or engaging commentary, this might fall short of expectations. The coach itself was a double-decker, which was spacious in terms of seating. However, the ceiling height was quite low. At 5'4", I found my head nearly touching the ceiling, and my 6' tall partner had to stoop while moving through the aisles. Chania is undeniably charming, and we're glad we visited. However, an unexpected encounter with a swift bird left me with a souvenir I hadn't anticipated. In summary, if you're looking for convenient transportation to Chania without the need to drive, this trip serves that purpose. But if you're hoping for a comprehensive guided experience with engaging commentary, you might want to explore other options.
Transfer to Chania - quaint little area with gorgeous sights. Nice day trip from Rethymno to see different area
Wonderful trip to a beautiful city. Although 5 hours sounds like a lot, we wish we could have stayed longer. The bus was clean, with good a/c. Very nice guide and bus driver. I had a good lunch, great shopping. The restaurants in the side streets behind the fort offer better value for your money.
Pick up was drama free and bus modern and comfortable. With the exception of a map provided and small speech from a very knowledgable and at times funny George, this was very much a return bus ticket as opposed to a guided tour. This was exactly what we wanted so was more than happy with the arrangement and had a great day. Felt like we could have had more time on the day so maybe an earlier and later pick up/departure time would be possible.
This trip was exactly as advertised basically a transfer from Rethymno to Chania. Guide and driver were good. However the legroom on the coach was minimal hence just 3*
Great amount of time given, driver and guide were very friendly. We looked around the chania old town and arrived and departed on good time
Had a wonderful day in Chania, so many shops bars and restaurants, we went to the Port area for lunch to a Fish restaurant, a little expensive, make sure you know the price before ordering a Fish Platter, we payed over 200 euros Yikes! ( just for 2 of us) Otherwise a wonderful day, worth a visit for sure
Trvel to and from Chainia was great with a superb guide. However there were crowds everywhere due to large crusie ship being in port.
Trkp is also great to do with public transport. Chania though very nice/nice city. The guide was ef only for pick up and drop off. Stayed at the meeting point for any questions. No tour of highlights. The guide we had was very much abandoned the word where, for us anyway, sometimes superfluous information was given (for example. where and for what you could buy souvenirs; husband wife, girlfriend neighbors etc.) Will be absolutely well intentioned but was for us toe-curving.
A well-guided excursion to Chania's worth seeing old town. Knowledgeable tour guide as well as pleasant ride.
A great transfer Air-conditioned, punctual and very comfortable bus. It is not a guided tour, but given the price it is normal. In any case you have all the necessary information and advice to freely visit this charming city I strongly advise this transfer It’s definitely worth going
Beautiful photos of the lighthouse, however on our return the guide "dumbed" us along the road to a bus stop....
Comfortable transport , air conditioned , everything was perfect . Punctual and guide at the top Canee is a beautiful town , lots of small streets with shops , beautiful seaside
Immaculate and friendly service! The best tourist agency! They are characterized by consistency and professionalism! I highly recommend it!
we were taken by bus to Chania. On the way we were told some more information about the city. 5 hours stay were just right. I highly recommend it.
Chania's old town with port can be seen in the available time. For more (museums etc.) it is not enough. With booked tour you can easily get there and back. The price for this is reasonable
