Great pickup in a nice car with a bottle of water for everybody. Very friendly and very helpful driver although the driver had to wait for us a longer time (1 piece of luggage did not make the flight...).
Our airport transfer was easy and comfortable. Kyrie Eleni (Mrs Helen) was waiting for us when we arrived and quickly led our large group (six of us) to the van. She had cold water waiting and we were soon on the road. She pointed out interesting sites along the way and answered questions along the way.
We used this company for transfer from Heraklion airport to our hotel, from Heraklion to Rethymno, from Rethymno to Chania and from Chania to the airport. The service was outstanding! All drivers were courteous, on time and assisted us with our luggage. We had some interesting conversations and they were very knowledgeable of the areas we were driving through. The prices were reasonable. And the owner, Antonis, kept us updated on every occasion providing us with confirmation the day before each leg of our trip. I highly recommend this company for transfers and also for their tours, one of which we did in Heraklion, a food tour, which we booked via another company. Our driver was already there waiting for us when we came out 20 minutes early which was wonderful, she was incredibly sweet and helpful, and she helped us with our suitcase the entire time as well (even going into the hotel). She even bought us cold waters! It was a peaceful car ride and went by quickly and smoothly, and the driver was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable!! (especially since it was pretty late at night) It was a great way to start our vacation <3
Driver picked us up at the airport, well prepared with a name tag. Car was big enough and air condition was on. Water bottles for all of us on board. We had a safe trip to the hotel. Great experience!

Notre réservation a été oubliée! J’ai du appeler la compagnie. Nous avons dû patienter 50 min sous une chaleur pas possible à l’aéroport. Après plusieurs appels un chauffeur nous a été envoyé. Le transfert pas super rassurant , vitesse, chauffeur au téléphone ou écrivant des sms… pas top quoi !
