I messaged this company yesterday as my daughter was on a flight to Heraklion and it had been delayed. She was attending a summer school and needed to be in Rethymno at a certain time and the bus would not have got her there in time. Two hours from her flight landing I messaged the company. They answered immediately and said they would wait with a sign in arrivals at the airport to collect her. I really appreciated the efficiency of this company and my daughter said the driver drove safely and was very welcoming.

We initially booked Rethymno Easy Travel for transfers from the Heraklion airport and our resort in Rethymno, Crete. They were so kind to communicate with us when our flight from Athens to Crete was delayed by more than an hour and were waiting for us when we did arrive. We also used them for trips from our resort into the town of Rethymno and to Chania for excursions. Communication was prompt, booking pickup times was easy, the drivers were on time and very courteous, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. They even provided bottled water on several trips. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely use on our next trip to Crete!

We were picked up at Heraklion airport, the driver was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. The car was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We travelled to Rethymno where we were staying at a boutique hotel in the old town. As this area has no vehicles, the driver called the hotel and advised them when we were approaching, the hotel then sent someone to meet us. Our return journey was confirmed the day before and the location for pick up was confirmed, again a very polite, professional driver and a very clean, roomy vehicle. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

I hosted a group of 23 women in Crete a few weeks ago. Rethymno Easy Travel was recommended by our hotel. I cannot praise these folks enough. Julia and her husband Giannis run the business. She made suggestions over a year ago when we were planning the trip that were awesome! Their availability to shifts and changes in our schedule was unsurpassed and she was so very patient with lots of changes! She also met us in Rethymno on our first visit and guided us to the Baklava Bakery. Many of the women opted to hire them for their personal trips. We also used them for transfers to and from the airport at all hours of the day. They showed up with smiles on their faces, even serenaded us and were so grateful to us for hiring them. They gave us thank you gifts when we left. The best....simply the best.

OMG the best customer service ever!!! This husband and wife ran business is superb!!! They kept in great communication with me prior to arriving in Crete, he picked us up at the airport and drove us to our resort and gave us insight on what to do since we came outside of tourist season. We enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and welcoming nature so much that we used them for a round trip taxi into the city and rented a car during our stay!! We were looking for a reliable taxi company to take us from Heraklion Airport to Rethymno at a fair price and came across this company. The price-performance ratio was great and the drivers were very punctual and friendly on both trips. They also gave us some good tips for our stay on Crete. As a nice little extra, there were even two chilled bottles of water ready in the taxi upon arrival, a really nice gesture! Since we were so satisfied with the first trip, we decided to choose this company again for the return trip. Communication via WhatsApp was uncomplicated, fast, and reliable. Overall, a really great experience. We would recommend the company at any time and would book again during our next stay on Crete!

Top Service and highly recommended... Booked relatively short notice as I was on my wife's birthday and 25. wanted to give a little surprise on the wedding day. ...:-) Arrangements with Julia and special requests such as 25 (beautiful but expensive) red roses, chilled prosecco and strawberries on board were promptly implemented. Julia's husband was waiting for us on time at the airport and celebrated the surprise for my wife - then very relaxed drive to our hotel - I would book again and again before I have to get on a bus and drive to 10 hotels Thanks again for everything to Julia & the team !!!
