Long ride from Heraklion to Chania. Would recommend service if you don’t have issues with motion sickness. Roads are narrow at points and lots of weaving through smaller streets and areas. Friendly service.

Our driver was fantastic. He met us at the ferry in Heraklion to transport us to Chania. He had parked really close to where we had exited the ferry and had our name held up to find him. Our driver was so professional and kind. He told us wonderful details about the island of Crete. He dropped us right in the area at our boutique hotel site.
Mercedes Benz mini van picked us up from the Heraklion Port! We had a 2.5hr drive to Chania and it was a very easy/pleasant ride. The driver was dressed nicely, spoke excellent English, and was at the port waiting with our names easily readable.
We had a wonderful experience with our driver, Leftheri. He was courteous and gave our party of 6 a smooth ride from Heraklion to Chania. The vehicle was spacious, comfortable and spotles! Leftheri was also very helpful with tips about our visit. Highly recommended!

The driver met us when our ferry arrived and was friendly and professional. The drive was broken into two sections with a short break approximately half way.
This private taxi service was great. The driver was waiting outside the ferry port with our names showing. The taxi was big, there was 4 people and 4 luggage, plenty of room. We were given a bottle of cold water which was a nice touch as it was very warm outside. The driver was nice and polite and a very safe driver. The journey didn't seem to take long time at all. Would highly recommend
Just what you want. Picked us up on time at the ferry. Carried our luggage to the van. Dropped us off two hours later by our hotel.
Booking the pick up was easy. However I had to email pick up time, didn’t get a response, I called customer service to confirm pick up time and I was assured we would be picked up at our request, and that did occur. Very nice riding vehicle, driver was attentive even stopped for a bathroom break.
Our ride was great- the driver was very professional and punctual. He brought us straight to our hotel but he offered to stop at a coffee shop on the way. Great service and would highly recommend.
Our driver was waiting for us with a sign at the airport when we arrived, and we were transported in a roomy van with nice cool waters and snacks! It was a pleasant and stress free transfer from Heraklion to Chania.

The car was small, there was no water, the driver made me get him coffee and complained about how long it took, complained about how heavy the luggage was, and was just generally unpleasant. He did drive fine and got us to the correct location but not without more unpleasantness. I do not recommend.
The driver met us at the ferry dock as planned, helped with luggage, friendly and good driving! Very easy to set up, and seamless from start to finish.

Our driver was prompt/ friendly - lovely clean roomy vehicle and very comfortable ride from Heraklion to Chania. It was drive we did not want to take on ourselves as we are not familiar with the roads of Crete. Our driver gave us safe transfer. Totally worth every penny !

Picked us up on time, clean car, and super professional. However, the driver dropped us off outside of the airport and not at departures which made it really confusing to navigate. We had to find our own way to the airport (~5 mins walk) and then find departures terminal on our own. If you had a lot of luggage or little kids, this could have been a struggle.
Our driver was in time and super professional. The trip was close to 2 hours l which allowed us to see the scenery and the changes in the landscape Crete has to offer from Heraklion to Chania. You can rent a car and make stops along the way But we really enjoyed this tranfer. I'll do it again.
Pickup at Heraklion port for transport to Chania for family of 6 + luggage. Fortes, the driver, was waiting for us when we disembarked and very welcoming. The van was clean and spacious.

Very professional driver/guide (Bill) who picked 7 of us with a lot of luggage, and dropped us at Chania. We ere late to come to the car by 15-20 minutes and he was patient and helpful. They were in touch once our reservation is in to answer out questions about scheduling etc. very professional and highly recommend
Our driver was on time, waiting outside the hotel door when we emerged to begin the trip. He was friendly, a good driver, and got us to the boutique hotel in chania with a lot of turns, but none of them the wrong way. Overall, a very nice experience, well worth the money.

We had booked round trip from the airport to the hotel. Booking and communication was very straightforward and fast. The drivers arrived on time and with comfortable vehicles, into which our large suitcases could easily fit. The rides were very pleasant with nice conversations with the drivers.
