Excellent experience. Driver was on time. We were a party of 12. Minibus was very comfortable and accomodating.

The experience was spotless save for the feedback when ordering. Indeed I ordered and paid , received a confirmation but no contact , nor by mail or telephone to the transport company. It obliged me to look for back up options as we were without news. Fortunately I managed to call Tripdadvisor 2 days before which confirmed everything and gave me the telephone contact. Our coordinator Julia and driver Lefteris were amazing we asked ahead of time if we can Dona few stops along the way and they set up an amazing time from wine tasting to seafood on the coast a stop at a beautiful lake and a swim in the ocean. Timely and comfortable transport with proper AC and Crete music. We got a very quiet driver ; I think k he knew we were exhausted and just needed chill music and a nap.

The company did what they said they would do and got us from point a to point b without any issues However, on the list of things they offer for the trip they mention Wi-Fi and breakfast, well, the driver did not know about Wi-Fi and was offering hotspot to his phone, and as regards breakfast, the driver did not offer us anything, no mention was made or breakfast and we got a bottle of water each.

Great experience. Easy to book. Had a very early pick up time and our driver was early and had waters ready for us. Driver knew exactly where he was going from pick up to drop off.

We needed a 5:00am pick up to take us to a SeaJets Ferry (the only one that day to our destination). Our driver arrived on time and was so nice! He brought waters for each of us, and respected that we were tired, and drove smoothly. He even got us there with time to spare. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with this transfer between Chania and Heraklion. We did a tour immediately before and our driver coordinated with our tour guide to pick us up directly at the last stop of our tour. The ride was very comfortable and included free bottles of water. We also definitely had enough space for all of our luggage for three people. I would highly recommend!

Very efficient and I would highly recommend. I was worried about being them being a ‘no show’ as I had read horror stories from people using Welcome Pickups and getting cancellations for these early transfer rides. To avoid Welcome Pickups, we decided to use Rethymo Easy Travel for our early morning transfer from Chania to Heraklion. They confirmed pickup a few days early reassuring me they would be on time. The driver arrived 15 mins early of the 5am pickup and loaded our luggage into his vehicle. Vehicle was spotless and he offered us a choice of water, temperature as well as music selection. He drove very safely on the 2hr 15min ride to Heraklion and we were even able to catch an earlier ferry than initially planned. A+ for Rethymo Easy Travel. Would use again for our transportation needs in Crete.

The service was superb. We booked two airport transfers as well as local taxis and trips as we were a large family and did not want to hire a car for the whole holiday. The cats and mini bus were on time or earlier every time. Friendly staff. Could not be more pleased.

Tout s est extrêmement bien passé avec le correspondant local qui a été très réactif et agréable. Le chauffeur a été très ponctuel. En revanche, dès difficiles avec le service client en france qui ne parvenait pas à inscrire le lieu de prise en charge ni l heure et communication compliquée. Heureusement que le correspondant en crete à su tout gérer avec nous
