Trianon Luxury Apartments & Suites

This place definitely doesn’t meet the standards it sets out online. Considering this is meant to be a “luxury” apartment, there were quite a few things that affected the comfort of our stay. The positives were the reception and cleaning staff. The receptionists dealt with our queries and the cleaners make your bed and provide fresh towels every day. The other thing that made our stay somewhat pleasant is the location - short walk to the beach & old town, there are some supermarkets and pharmacies nearby and also plenty of restaurants. Now onto what made the stay uncomfortable. Firstly, there was no full size mirror in the living space (in fact, only one mirror in the bathroom). Secondly, no shelves/ chest of drawers in either the living space or the bathroom. Thirdly, for some unbeknown reason, we stayed in a room with the MASTER AIR CONDITIONING, which meant we couldn’t change the AC setting. Not to mention the parking - there is plenty of on-street parking, so don’t bother paying €10 a day for the parking at the car park. Finally, the gym is completely not the same as the photos, there’s very little equipment and what they have is outdated, it’s dingy and stuffy, It’s located in the parking lot, underground and has no AC. Overall, the stay was ok, but this is definitely not luxury accommodation and is not good value for money.

The rooms were big and decent, it easily fits 3 people. We took 2 apartments. The fri tdesk take time to chrkc in and there's parking below the rooms in a garage, but get the magnetic card first from office

We had a wonderful stay at Trianon Luxury Apartments & Suites in Chania. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The problems that need to be addressed in this hotel are the lack of attention to customers who are in the office, and secondly, you can hear everything from room to room. The rooms are not soundproofed. The location was excellent quiet enough to relax, yet close to the old town 20 minutes walk,we took the bus , restaurants, and attractions are near by. A perfect choice for couples looking for comfort, convenience hotel .I recommend

Very good apartments, you can see that they were renovated recently and very spacious specially compared to other options in the area. I guess “luxury” is a bit of a stretch but if you want to have a base to explore the island, it’s a pretty good place. Finding free parking can be complicated
