We spent two wonderful weeks in Chania, and this restaurant truly became a special part of our stay. The food was varied, beautifully presented, and very refined — every meal felt like something to look forward to. But what made the experience truly memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. After two weeks, it honestly felt like they had become a little part of our family. Thank you for the delicious food, the warm atmosphere, and for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely miss this place and the wonderful people here!

We had a delightful six night stay at The Chania Hotel. The location is everything, with every part of Chania walkable from the hotel. The rooms are very, very small, but also comfortable. The breakfast was generous and catered for every palette. Room service and bar service was in all honestly a little hit and miss, with the room not really being cleaned every day, but rather the bed being made. If you wanted a certain drink at the bar, you’d have to describe it to the bar staff, not something you’d expect at a five star hotel. The valet parking service for €15 a day was pretty great!

We had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant of The Chania Hotel. We didn’t stay at the hotel unfortunately but we are planning to go next year, which was beautiful, but we went to their restaurant that we truly recommend, you can find it on their website! Every dish was exceptional—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and prepared with high-quality, fresh ingredients. You can really tell that great care and passion go into both the cuisine and the overall experience. What made our evening even more memorable was the outstanding service. A very special thank you to Iralis, who welcomed us with genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth from the very first moment. He made us feel truly valued as guests, and his attention to detail and friendly attitude elevated the entire experience. Thank you to the whole team for such a fantastic evening. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chania and will definitely be back on our next trip to Crete!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Chania and would happily return. The décor throughout the hotel was absolutely superb — stylish, elegant, and beautifully done, creating a really lovely atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options and everything fresh and beautifully presented. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The location is just perfect, ideally situated for exploring Chania and enjoying everything the area has to offer. It made getting around so easy. The only small downside was that we could hear tv noise at night from the other room, but it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really lovely experience. Overall, a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, with beautiful décor and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended.
