We stayed for five nights and couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming. We arrived in the morning and although check-in is only at 2PM, they managed to ready our room within an hour. Otherwise, we would have had to wait for around four hours (which would’ve been fine, we were aware of the check-in time when we booked our flight/hotel). So while this was not something we would have expected at all, we were beyond grateful and even got a free coffee while waiting!:) The amazing Greek hospitality continued throughout our stay. Super tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a super comfy, clean room. The hotel is located by a harbor. With the terrace doors closed, you couldn’t hear anything and it was super quiet. We personally loved the location, as it was super close to Chania without it being in a busy part of town. Also, there’s friendly cats!:) Overall, thank you for this romantic, calm and relaxing stay for our anniversary. We will definitely come back! PS: we recommend the Café in the hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Oniros Residences. Katerina was exceptional from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and anything we needed. Her hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well equipped. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Crete. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Oniros Residences to anyone visiting Chania. Thank you, Katerina, for making our stay so memorable!
Great stay at Oniros Residences Apartment. The apartment was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location, only a 3–4 minute walk from the Port of Chania. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended!
A very nice hotel located near plenty of food and shops. The port can be noisy at times with the trucks entering and exiting. The service and staff are amazing. Would recommend.
Great place, the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast they served was really good. My only complaint would be that the hotel is located right at the dock. I understand that it's good business to be the first hotel people see when they step off the boat but the view was marred by the industrial tone of major shipping right across the street.
